Abstract

Pattern description

A lighting device with light diodes relates to the field of lighting technology and is intended for the creation of easily adaptable spatial lighting systems.

It is known that the modular design of devices shortens the design time of apparatus, reducing their production costs, simplifying their operation and modernization ("Polytechnic dictionary" edited by A. Ju. Iszlinski, Moscow, "Encyclopedia Radziecka", 1989, p. 311). There is known a lighting device with light diodes, comprising a body, provided with openings, the shape of which is adapted to mechanically fasten connecting elements made on the body of the connected light emitting module (Sz2012107247 A1 (LU2012107247 A1), MPK P2152 / 00 (ΜΠΚ P2152 / 00), published on 8/16/2012).

The design of the known device does not allow the possibility of changing the configuration of the lighting device, because it is made of unique elements, the preparation of which increases the labor consumption and increases the production costs.

There is known a lighting device with light diodes, each module of which is equipped with a connecting member forming another pair with a corresponding member mounted on the body of an adjacent module (1T520100118532 A1 (1T520100118532 A1), MPK Γ2155 / 00 (ΜΠΚ Γ2155 / 00), published on 13.05. 2010).

The known solution requires the presence of at least three modules to ensure their reliable connection with each other. Moreover, the simultaneous connection of the members of two differently oriented modules increases the labor intensity and increases the production costs.

There is known a lighting device with light diodes, comprising a hollow supporting body element, intended for mechanical holding of lamp modules by means of screws passing through the wall of the supporting body element and screwed into the lamp module body (patent 1G57810958 W2 (1Γ57810958 B2), MPK G21U29 / 00 (ΜΠ Γ21Υ29 / 00), published on October 12, 2010).

Patent 1157810958 is the closest equivalent of the invention as filed in terms of purpose and design, and has been accepted as a prototype.

The technical effect of the invention is to expand the arsenal of lighting devices with light diodes, easily adaptable to various outdoor lighting purposes. Another technical effect of the invention is an increase in the technological efficiency of the structure, reduction of the labor intensity of assembly and operation at the expense of connecting modules without the use of fastening elements, which reduces the production cost.

The LED lighting device comprises at least one base node in the form of an inclined element, the outer wall of which is provided with longitudinal grooves, and at least one profiled LED module mounted on the wall of the base node by means of a connecting element, made to be fitted therein. front portion of said light diode module and forms a unidirectional spline connection with said grooves on the base node.

It is optimal to make the base node in axial symmetry. The outer wall surface of the base node at the mounting location of the light diode module may be cylindrical with the guiding circumference. The lighting device comprises a base node 1, a profiled linear module of light diodes 2 and a connecting element 3. The base node 1 has a wall with a cylindrical surface 4 and with longitudinal grooves 5, a face with a shaped optically transparent plate 6, serving as an additional source of radiation it from an independent cluster of diodes luminous 11 or a carrier of sign and graphic information. The cover 7 is intended to protect the area of the base node 1 and to hang it on a supporting surface (not shown). The linear module of light diodes 2 has the profile necessary for mounting in the connecting element 3, which on the other hand is provided with a cylindrical wall 8 provided with elements 9 made to be splined with grooves 5 on the cylindrical surface 4 of the base node 1. The cover 10 is designed to protect the area of the LED module 2 from the influence of the surrounding environment. In the case of joining several basic nodes 1 into a lighting system, the light-diode modules 2 are equipped on both sides with connecting elements 3 adapted to be fixed on the surface of the corresponding basic node 1.

The process of connecting the LED modules of the lighting device does not require additional fastening elements and ensures the accuracy and certainty of their positioning. The device is easy to use and operate.

Various configurations of the lighting device with LEDs are possible, but at the expense of the shape of the profile of its body. Moreover, it is easy to add a large surface which can be a light source.

The variants of the construction elements presented in the description are not exhaustive. Constructions of the invention that provide comparable results may have a variety of embodiments suitable for practicing the invention as claimed. The elements of the structure have technological shapes that can be made with the use of known devices with automatic control.

The LED lighting device comprises at least one base node in the form of an inclined element, the outer wall of which is provided with longitudinal grooves, and at least one profiled LED module fastened by means of a connecting element to the wall of the base node, made of a front portion of said LED module being fitted therein and forming a unidirectional multi-spline connection with said grooves on the base node. The lighting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer wall of the base node has a cylindrical surface. 3. A lighting device with light diodes comprises at least one base knot in the form of an inclined element, the outer wall of which is provided with longitudinal grooves, and at least one profiled module of light diodes fixed by means of a connecting element on the wall of the base knot, made with the possibility of mounting the front part of said light diode module therein and forming a one-way multi-outlet connection with said grooves on the base knot. 2.
