Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest urządzenie wystawiennicze, stosowane w ekspozycjach wystawowych i sklepowych do mocowania półek, haków i zaczepów. Dotychczas półki, haki i zaczepy w ekspozycjach wystawowych i sklepowych były mocowane przy pomocy wkrętów, śrub bezpośrednio do ścian pomieszczenia lub ściany mebla ekspozycyjnego. W nowszych rozwiązaniach do mocowania półek, haków i zaczepów zastosowano profile mocujące, przeważnie metalowe. Znane jest z opisu patentowego nr EP1748118 urządzenie wystawiennicze zawierające profile mocujące ulokowane pod elementami maskującymi ulokowane na podłożu nośnym. Celem wzoru użytkowego było opracowanie urządzenia wystawienniczego bardziej stabilnego i uniezależnionego od ewentualnych nierówności podłoża. Cel wzoru użytkowego osiągnięto w ten sposób, że element maskujący przymocowano do podłoża nośnego. Rozwiązanie według wzoru użytkowego jest bardzo łatwe w wykonaniu, a przede wszystkim daje możliwość swobody aranżacji ekspozycji, zarówno w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych, na konstrukcjach usytuowanych na przestrzeni otwartej, czy też w końcu w meblach ekspozycyjnych. W sposób bardzo estetyczny przykrywa profil mocujący i po wykonaniu ma praktycznie postać szczeliny.
