Description
Opis wzoruPattern description
The object of the utility model is a roofing element equipped with a photovoltaic element placed thereon. The European patent granted no. EP2401448B1 describes a ceramic tile with a photovoltaic cell attached to it on spacers. Each cell has individual electrical contacts. Laying such tiles is therefore quite cumbersome and requires multiple connections, which often happens in a hurry. Statistically, some of these connections turn out to be imperfect or break down over time due to oxidation, resulting in energy losses and a loss of efficiency in ways that are difficult to detect. From the publication of the European patent application No. EP2815433A1 a roofing module is known which comprises a frame in which an array of photovoltaic cells is arranged. As a result, some connections can be made at the factory and the reduction of efficiency resulting from imperfections is avoided. The disadvantage of this solution, however, is the cumbersome method of implementation and the fact that such a module does not necessarily fit well with the standard roof covering. Its assembly requires cutting and flashings.
The purpose of the utility model is to provide a roofing element with a photovoltaic element placed thereon, which is easy to install, easy to manufacture and provides high energy efficiency, also on roof slopes facing away from the south.
Element pokrycia dachu jest ponadto wyposażony u góry w zaczep, a u dołu we wpust umożliwiające modułowe łączenie z innymi elementami pokrycia dachu. The roof covering element according to the pattern has a photovoltaic element placed thereon. This element is characterized by the fact that it comprises twelve tiles pressed into one sheet of metal, arranged in parallel planes and arranged in two rows of six. Once your production line is set up, manufacturing such items is simple. In addition, such a solution makes that the photovoltaic elements placed on individual tiles are connected with factory electrical connections, thus avoiding energy losses on imperfect electrical connections performed on a regular basis during the roof assembly. The total height of the roofing element ranges from 800 mm to 1000 mm, and the total width of the roofing element ranges from 1500 mm to 2000 min. Experiments have shown that the highest efficiency is statistically achieved with such dimensions. Although, assuming constant insolation, it can be concluded that the larger the element, the more connections can be made at the factory and the higher the efficiency, in practice it happens that due to the shading or littering of the roof, some photovoltaic elements do not give full voltage. In such a situation, the efficiency of the entire roofing element drops. The optimal dimensions indicated above were selected experimentally. Each of the tiles has a cross-section comprising a first arcuate edge portion and a second arcuate edge portion between which there is a hollow edge surrounded by a flat and completely in one plane edge. Above the recess is a photovoltaic element, while in the tile above the recess, there is a groove adapted to accommodate wires led along the panel and led into the groove. The photovoltaic element comprises a first solar glass plate, a photovoltaic cell disposed thereon, and a second solar glass plate covering the photovoltaic cell, joined by lamination and dimensioned such that the width of the first solar glass plate is smaller than the width of the recess and greater than the width of the cell. while the width of the second solar glass plate is greater than the width of the recess, so that the second solar glass plate partially overlaps the flat edge to which it is bonded with the adhesive layer. The length of the second solar glass plate is shorter than the length of the recess, so that a first gap and a second gap greater than or equal to 5 mm are left between the top and bottom edges of the second solar glass plate and the top and bottom edges of the recess, respectively. Thanks to this configuration, an air channel is created under the photovoltaic cell through which air can flow freely, cooling the photovoltaic cell and thus increasing its efficiency. The roofing element is furthermore provided with a catch at the top and a groove at the bottom for modular connection with other roofing elements.
Wprowadzenie dachówek według wzoru w trzech odmianach: prostej, lewoskrętnej i prawoskrętnej zapewnia montażystom dobór takich, które zapewnią najbardziej efektywne wykorzystanie dachu. Zakres kątów nachylenia został dobrany eksperymentalnie. Zastosowanie zbyt dużego kąta nachylenia skutkuje wzajemnym zacienianiem się dachówek.Preferably, the edge plane of each of the tiles is inclined with respect to the plane in which the tiles are positioned at an angle ranging from 10 ° to 15 °. Depending on which side of the plane is inclined, a left-handed or right-handed tile is obtained. The use of a left-handed tile on a roof slope that is oriented in a south-eastward direction ensures that the photovoltaic elements are oriented more south, and consequently better collect the sun's energy. The use of a right-handed tile on a roof slope that is oriented in a south-west direction ensures that the photovoltaic elements are oriented more south, and as a result also better collect the sun's energy. The introduction of tiles according to the pattern in three varieties: straight, left-handed and right-handed allows the installers to choose the ones that will ensure the most effective use of the roof. The range of inclination angles has been selected experimentally. Using too high an angle of inclination results in mutual shading of the tiles.
The adhesive preferably contains an admixture of nano-copper filings. Thanks to this, it has a better thermal conductivity and at the same time shows anisotropy in this respect, it dissipates heat well from the photovoltaic element to the metal of the tile and worse from the metal of the tile to the photovoltaic element.
Preferably, the patterned roof covering element is provided with a junction box attached to the bottom into which the cables are introduced, which facilitates assembly. In addition, the box can accommodate a shunt diode system that allows cutting off the shaded chains of cells connected in series, thus optimizing the efficiency of the entire surface of the element in the event of a decrease in the power of individual cells.
An object of the pattern is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1a shows a roof covering element with a pattern in a plan view, Fig. 1b shows a roof covering element with a pattern in a cross section in the plane aa, Fig. 1c shows a roof covering element according to a pattern in cross section. in the bb plane, Fig. 2a shows an enlarged photovoltaic element on a roof tile, Fig. 1b enlarged a photovoltaic element on a roof tile in a cross section in the aa plane, Fig. 1c shows an enlarged photovoltaic element on a roof tile in a section in the bb plane and Fig. 3 shows a roofing element with a pattern in a bottom view. In a first, simple variant of the pattern, the roofing element in the pattern is a metal sheet on which twelve metal roof tiles 1 are embossed, as shown in Fig. 1a. Each of the tiles 1 is 276 mm wide and 344 mm high. They are arranged in two rows of six tiles so that the tiles in the row are adjacent to each other with their longer sides. The width of the entire roofing element is 1736 mm, while the height is 900 mm. The width is greater than it would appear from the multiplication of 276 mm by 6 tiles due to the fact that the outer tiles are slightly wider. The roofing element is provided with a hook 15 at the top and a groove 16. At the bottom, a plurality of roofing elements can therefore be combined modularly.
The single tile 1 terminates on the left with a first arcuate edge portion 11 and a second arcuate edge portion 12 on the right, as shown in section in Fig. 1b. Between the first arcuate edge portion 11 and the second arcuate edge portion 12 there is a recess 3 surrounded by a flat edge 13. The flat edge 13 fits completely in one plane, so that a flat photovoltaic element 2 can be attached thereto. As shown in Fig. 1a, the first the arched edge fragments of the outermost tiles on the left side are longer and continued so that they can overlap with a typical metal roof tile. Similarly, the second arched edge fragments of the tiles on the right are elongated so that they fit "overlapping" a typical steel roof tile.
The photovoltaic element 2 comprises a first solar glass plate 21 and a wider second solar glass plate 23. Between the first plate 21 and the second plate 23 there is a photovoltaic cell 22. The first plate 21, the second plate 23 and the photovoltaic cell are joined by lamination.
As shown in Figs. 2a and 2b, the second plate 23 is positioned with respect to the first such that it protrudes from the left and right sides by a margin of 10 mm above it. This margin is connected to the edge 13 of the tile with glue 14 containing nano-copper filings. As a result, this glue conducts heat better, but has anisotropic properties, it dissipates heat well from the cell to the metal tile, and worse from the metal tile to the cell.
Szpary 31 i 32 mają szerokość 10 mm. The height of the second plate 23 is smaller than the height of the depression 3. Consequently, as shown in Fig. 2b, a first gap 31 is formed between the upper edge of the second plate 23 and the upper edge of the depression 3, and a first gap 31 is formed between the lower edge of the second plate 23 and the lower edge of the depression 3. second gaps 32. Gaps 31 and 32 are 10 mm wide. Thereby, an air channel is created and an air stream flows through the slit 31, cavity 3 and slit 32 from below to cool the solar cell 22 as shown in Fig. 2c.
Gaps 31 and 32 can be slightly reduced, however, they should not be narrower than 5 mm. Photovoltaic cells are shaped like two squares with cut corners connected to each other by one side. Along the cells, electrodes 5a, 5b run through the center as shown in Fig. 2a. Wires are connected to these electrodes, which are inserted into a groove 4 above the recess 3. Thereby, the wires from all the tiles in the panel can be easily collected at one point. At this point, a junction box 6 is attached to the underside of the roofing element, as shown in Fig. 3. In a left-handed pattern form, the height of the right second arch member 12 is greater than the height of the left first support member 11. Consequently, the flat edge 13 of each tile 1 tilts and the photovoltaic element 2 tilts with it. The angle of inclination is 13 °. As a result, the photovoltaic element is inclined with respect to the plane of the roof slope and can be positioned more towards the sun than the slope if it is tilted from south to west. The angle of inclination was selected experimentally. The use of too high an angle of inclination results in mutual shading of the tiles, and too small one does not give the expected increase in efficiency when installing on slopes deviating from the south direction. In the right-handed form of the pattern, the height of the left first arc element is greater. The introduction of tiles according to the pattern in three varieties: straight, left-handed and right-handed allows the installers to choose those that will ensure the most effective use of the roof. The patterned roof covering element constitutes the entire module. Thanks to its use, the installation of photovoltaic cells on the roof is simplified and the multiple connection of individual cells on the tiles is avoided. At the same time, this module does not differ much from a typical roof covering and fits the dimensions of typical steel roof tiles, so that its installation does not require cutting or additional sheet metal work.
