PL 69 516 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest urzadzenie do remontu uszkodzonych podpór i przesel zapory stalowej przegrody przeciwrozlewowej w strefie podwodnej w warunkach powietrzno-suchych. Konstrukcje hydrotechniczne podczas normalnej eksploatacji ulegaja róznym uszkodzeniom, które sa powodowane zmiennymi warunkami meteorologicznymi, hydrodynamicznymi, uszkodzeniami korozyjnymi, jak tez uszkodzeniami mechanicznymi powodowanymi przez plywajace obiekty. Powstale uszkodzenia wymagaja napraw, które wykonywane sa poprzez osoby wyposazone w sprzet do plywania lub nurkowania. Naprawa tych uszkodzen przysparza znacznych trudnosci pod- czas wykonywania przy wykorzystywaniu znanych urzadzen. Z opisu patentowego PL-200560 znane sa urzadzenia do remontu konstrukcji hydrotechnicznej, zwlaszcza palowej w postaci odkrytej od góry komory, która uformowana jest z rozlacznych sekcji, o prostopadlych do dna sciankach. W dnie komory uformowany jest otwór z obwodowym kolnierzem uszczelniajacym do przymocowania urzadzenia na remontowanej konstrukcji. Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie z czterech przystajacych do siebie otwartych z dwóch boków cwierckomór. Dno kazdej cwierckomory ma postac prostokata z cwierckolistym wycinkiem. W krótszej sciance kazdej cwierckomory wykonany jest pólkolisty wyci- nek. Do dwóch pionowych zewnetrznych krawedzi kazdej cwierckomory przymocowane sa trwale pionowe listwy stykowe, z przelotowymi otworami do polaczen srubowych. Do cwierckolistych krawe- dzi kazdej cwierckomory przymocowana jest trwale cwierckolista listwa stykowa. Do kazdej pólkolistej krawedzi przymocowana jest trwale pólkolista listwa stykowa. Ponadto do kazdej krótszej scianki cwierckomory przymocowany jest zbiornik balastowy. Na wszystkich listwach stykowych umieszczone sa warstwy materialu uszczelniajacego. Urzadzenie wedlug wzoru uzytkowego jest proste w wykonawstwie i nie nastreczajace trudnosci w obsludze oraz ulatwia naprawe uszkodzonych podpór i przesel zapory stalowej przegrody przeciw- rozlewowej w strefie podwodnej. Wzór uzytkowy objasniony jest blizej na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiona jest w rzu- cie aksonometrycznym jedna z cwierckomór, a na fig. 2 – calosc urzadzenia. Urzadzenie sklada sie z czterech przystajacych do siebie otwartych z dwóch boków cwierckomór A, B, C, D. Dno kazdej cwierckomory A, B, C, D ma postac prostokata z cwierckolistym wycinkiem. W krótszej sciance kazdej cwierckomory wykonany jest pólkolisty wycinek. Do dwóch piono- wych zewnetrznych krawedzi kazdej cwierckomory przymocowane sa trwale pionowe listwy stykowe 1 do polaczen srubowych z przelotowymi otworami 4. Do kazdej cwierckolistej krawedzi kazdej cwierc- komory A, B, C, D przymocowana jest trwale cwierckolista listwa stykowa 2. Do kazdej z bocznych pólkolistych krawedzi przymocowana jest trwale pólkolista listwa stykowa 3. Ponadto do kazdej krót- szej scianki cwierckomory A, B, C, D przymocowany jest zbiornik balastowy 5. Na listwach stykowych 1, 2, 3 umieszczone sa warstwy materialu uszczelniajacego. Do górnej powierzchni kazdego zbiornika balastowego 5 przymocowane sa oczkowe uchwyty 6. W uchwytach oczkowych 6 mocuje sie elementy zaczepowe 7 w postaci srub rzymskich, które sluza do mocowania urzadzenia do remontowanej zapory stalowej. Cwierckomory A, B, C, D ustawia sie w ten sposób przy remontowanej zaporze stalowej, aby utworzyc obwodowa komore robocza. Pionowe listwy stykowe 1 laczy sie ze soba przy pomocy srub i doszczelnia sie przy uzyciu materialu uszczelniajacego. Równiez doszczelnienie pomiedzy konstrukcja remontowanej stalowej zapory i pólkolistymi li- stwami stykowymi 3 oraz cwierckolistymi listwami stykowymi 2 uzyskuje sie przy pomocy materialu doszczelniajacego, który nakladany jest przez nurków. Stabilnosc komory roboczej uzyskuje sie poprzez mocowanie srub rzymskich 7 w miare wy- pompowywania z niej wody. During normal operation, hydrotechnical structures are subject to various damages, which are caused by changing meteorological and hydrodynamic conditions, corrosion damage, as well as mechanical damage caused by floating objects. Any damage that occurs requires repairs that are performed by persons equipped with swimming or diving equipment. Repairing these damages causes considerable difficulties during the execution with the use of known devices. From the patent description PL-200560 there are known devices for the repair of a hydrotechnical structure, especially a pile, in the form of an open-top chamber, which is formed of separate sections with walls perpendicular to the bottom. In the bottom of the chamber there is a hole with a circumferential sealing flange to fix the device on the renovated structure. The device according to the invention is characterized by the fact that it consists of four congruent to each other open at the two sides quarter cells. The bottom of each square chamber has the shape of a rectangle with a square section. A semicircular cut is made in the shorter wall of each square chamber. Vertical contact strips with through holes for screw connections are permanently attached to the two vertical outer edges of each quarter chamber. A quarter-leaf contact strip is permanently attached to the square-shaped edges of each chamber. A semicircular contact strip is permanently attached to each semicircular edge. Moreover, a ballast tank is attached to each of the shorter walls of the quarter chamber. All contact strips are provided with layers of sealing material. According to the utility model, the device is simple to manufacture and easy to operate, and it facilitates the repair of damaged supports and screens of the steel anti-spill barrier in the underwater zone. The utility pattern is explained in more detail in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of one of the quadrilateral cells, and Fig. 2 shows the entire device. The device consists of four congruent quadrilateral chambers A, B, C, D open on two sides. The bottom of each quarter chamber A, B, C, D has the form of a rectangle with a quarter-circular segment. A semicircular section is made in the shorter wall of each quarter chamber. Vertical contact strips 1 for bolted connections with through holes are permanently attached to the two vertical outer edges of each quarter-chamber chamber. The semicircular contact strip 3 is permanently attached to the side semicircular edges. Moreover, a ballast tank 5 is attached to each shorter wall of the quadruple chamber A, B, C, D. Sealing material layers are placed on the contact strips 1, 2, 3. To the upper surface of each ballast tank 5, eyelets 6 are attached. In the eyelets 6, catch elements 7 in the form of turnbuckles are mounted, which are used to fasten the device to the renovated steel dam. The A, B, C, D borehole chambers are positioned in this way at the renovated steel dam in order to create a perimeter working chamber. The vertical contact strips 1 are screwed together and sealed with a sealing material. Also the sealing between the structure of the renovated steel dam and the semicircular contact strips 3 and the square-shaped contact strips 2 is achieved with the help of a caulking material, which is applied by divers.
