Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie gry planszowej, przeznaczonej dla dzieci i mlodziezy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystke, zdobienie oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l- prezentujacym opakowanie w widokuogólnym od frontu. Wzór zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie gry planszowej, przedstawione na rysunku, fig.l i na fotografii, fig.2 jest uksztaltowane w formie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu. U góry scianki frontowej opakowania znajduje sie wzdluzny pas 1. Na tym wzdluznym pasie 1 jest rozmieszczona figura przypominajaca w swej formie wydluzony w poziomie owal 2. W wydluzony owal 2 jest wpisany stylizowany napis o charakterze informacyjnym. Ponizej pasa 1 znajduje sie rysunek 3 przedstawiajacy wiezowce i drapacze chmur. Rysunek ten stanowi tlo dla motywu graficznego, który tworza gwiazdki róznej wielkosci, ukladajace sie w owal. Wewnatrz owalu zakreslonego gwiazdkami sa rysunki monet ulozonych jedna na drugiej oraz stos banknotów. Rysunek 3 jest ograniczony od dolu lukowo wyprofilowana linia 4, zachodzaca na boczne scianki. Ponizej lukowo wyprofilowanej linii 4 tlo opakowania tworza przecinajace sie linie 5 oraz nieregularne plamy 6. Linie 5 stylizuja przecinajace sie linie siatki poludników i równolezników a nieregularne plamy 6 zarysy kontynentów. Na takim tle jest rozmieszczony stylizowany napis euroMONOPOL a w lewym narozu, u góry napis Maly. Boczne scianki 7 i 8 opakowania sa zaopatrzone w napisy informacyjne takie jak na górnym pasie 1 scianki frontowej, napis euroMONOPOL oraz rysunki stosu monet i banknotów.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is for the packaging of a board game intended for children and young people. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors, decoration, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the packaging in a general front view. The design is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the packaging in a perspective view. Among the essential features of the industrial design are that the board game packaging, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, is shaped like a flattened cuboid. At the top of the front wall of the packaging is a longitudinal band 1. This longitudinal band 1 features a figure resembling a horizontally elongated oval 2. A stylized informative inscription is inscribed within the elongated oval 2. Below band 1 is figure 3, depicting skyscrapers. This figure serves as a backdrop for a graphic motif composed of stars of various sizes arranged in an oval. Within the oval outlined by the stars are images of stacked coins and a stack of banknotes. Figure 3 is bounded at the bottom by an arc-shaped line 4, overlapping the side walls. Below the arc-shaped line 4, the background of the packaging is formed by intersecting lines 5 and irregular spots 6. Lines 5 stylize the intersecting grid lines of meridians and parallels, while irregular spots 6 represent the outlines of continents. A stylized euroMONOPOL inscription is placed against this background, with the "Maly" inscription in the upper left corner. Side walls 7 and 8 of the packaging feature information inscriptions similar to those on the upper stripe of front wall 1: the euroMONOPOL inscription and drawings of a stack of coins and banknotes.
