Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest smoczek zbudowany z części gryzakowej oraz przymocowanej do niej części mocującej posiadający higieniczną osłonkę na cylindryczną tuleję części mocującej. Wzór użytkowy ma zastosowanie w produktach dla niemowląt i małych dzieci.The object of the utility model is a nipple made of a teether part and a fastening part fixed to it having a hygienic cover for a cylindrical sleeve of the fastening part. The utility model is used in products for infants and young children.
Powszechnie znane są smoczki zbudowane z części gryzakowej i części mocującej wyposażonej w cylindryczną tuleję zakończoną tarczą z miejscem umożliwiającym naniesienie ozdobnej aplikacji. Widoczna jest przezroczysta osłonka higieniczna (11), tarcza na ozdobną aplikację (12), ruchomy uchwyt (13), tarcza ochronna (14) oraz część gryzakowa (15). Tarcza na ozdobną aplikację posiada stopkę (121). Tarcza ochronna posiada gniazdo mocowania (141).
