Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest profil moskitiery ramkowej, który charakteryzuje się prostotą montażu oraz kompensacją szczelin między profilem ramki moskitiery a ramą okna. Z opisów ochronnych polskich wzorów użytkowych 58544, 67011, 67010, 61484, oraz 123669 znane są profile z komorą otwartą przeznaczoną na ramkę z siatką przeciw owadom. Profile te są kształtowane ze stalowej blachy metodą wielokrotnego zginania lub ze stopu aluminium metodą wytłaczania. Otwarte komory profilu mają w przekroju poprzecznym kształt zaczepu hakowego. W komorach tych umieszczana jest ramka z siatką przeciw owadom. Pomiędzy profilem moskitiery a ramą okna występują szczeliny, przez które mogą przedostawać się owady. Szczeliny te są wynikiem sposobu mocowania oraz zmienności wymiarowej profilu moskitiery jak i ramy okiennej.The subject of the utility model is a frame mosquito net profile, which is characterized by simple installation and compensation of gaps between the mosquito net frame profile and the window frame. From the descriptions of the protective Polish utility models 58544, 67011, 67010, 61484, and 123669, profiles with an open chamber intended for a frame with an insect net are known. These profiles are formed from sheet steel by multiple bending or from aluminum alloy by extrusion. The open chambers of the profile have the shape of a hook in cross section. In these chambers, a frame with an insect net is placed. There are gaps between the mosquito net profile and the window frame, through which insects can get through. These gaps are the result of the method of fixing and dimensional variability of the mosquito net profile and the window frame.

Istotą wzoru użytkowego jest taka konstrukcja profilu z komorą wewnętrzną oraz komorą otwartą przeznaczoną do umieszczenia w niej ramki z siatką przeciw owadom, która charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera dodatkowo komorę, w której znajduje się uszczelka szczotkowa. Korzystne jest również, gdy w komorze wewnętrznej tego profilu występuje co najmniej jeden wypust, który wzmacnia jego konstrukcję oraz umożliwia wsunięcie do komory wewnętrznej narożnika wewnętrznego. Ponadto, na bocznej powierzchni profilu, od strony komory, występuje co najmniej jeden rowek centrujący wkręt w miejscu przeznaczonym do mocowania.
