Dodatkowo deflektory, o ksztalcie wedlug wzoru, dzieki naglemu zawróceniu kierunku przeplywu plomieni, umozliwiaja wytracanie sie znacznych ilosci czastek stalych ze spalin. Osiadaja one bowiem juz w dolnej strefie kotla nie zanieczyszczajac scianek wymiennika kotla i przewodów spalinowych, a spaliny wydostajace sie z przewodu kominowego zawieraja znacznie mniej pylów. Ponadto nowy ksztalt deflektora zapewnia, ze plomienie i gorace gazy spalinowe kierowane do dolnej strefy komory paleniskowej wlaczaja do pracy równiez dolne czesci wymiennika. Zwieksza to efektywnosc dzialania i sprawnosc kotla. Powierzchnia PLEN 70 255 Y1 2 Description of the model The subject of the utility model is a deflector for solid fuel boilers, suspended above the retort burner in central heating boilers for all types of solid fuel. The deflectors known from the state of the art from the side of the action of flames and incoming combustion gases have the shape of a flat or convex disc. A deflector for solid fuel boilers with a stationary bed is known from a utility design description protected by the law Ru 65531, characterized in that it has openings on its surface, in which the reaction of combustion of combustible parts takes place. The area of the deflector is comparable to the cross sectional area of the boiler. From invention application description PL.386411 a heat exchanger for heating liquids is known, especially in central heating installations. According to the application description, the deflector - the deflector is built as a disk-shaped vessel filled with flowing liquid, which together with the discharge pipe constitute additional elements of heat exchange. This deflector contains a heating medium which additionally receives heat from the flame. From the description of the utility model application W.121167, a deflector for solid fuel boilers is known, consisting of four heat-resistant shapes similar in appearance to the inverted letter "V". From the top, these shapes are connected at an obtuse angle with a heat-resistant rectangular shape. The shapes on the front surface have holes in the number and diameter depending on the required pressure reduction of the gases burnt under the deflector. The deflector in the boiler combustion chamber is located in the form of shapes facing the retort burner. The purpose of the utility pattern is a new deflector shape to increase the boiler efficiency. The deflector for solid fuel boilers, suspended above the retort burner, according to the utility model, is characterized by the fact that a monolithic deflector with a shape close to the end cap, in the frontal plane, with straight edges, the concave surface is directed towards the flames, at whereby the outer diameter of the deflector is greater than the diameter of the furnace outlet of the retort burner. Preferably, the wall of the deflector is thickened at least half way along the axis of symmetry of the deflector so that the portion of the paste surface facing the flame is flat or convex. Preferably, the wall thickness of the deflector, as measured on the axis of symmetry, is at least equal to the height of the deflector so that the inner surface of the deflector has a concave-convex shape. The main advantage of the design deflectors is that the flames and exhaust gases hitting the bottom surface of the deflector are returned to the bottom and dispersed significantly. Such a deflector to a greater extent burns the exhaust gas, significantly reducing the emissions of carbon monoxide, even up to 80%, and increases the efficiency of the boiler compared to deflectors known from the state of the art. In addition, the pattern-shaped deflectors, thanks to the sudden reversal of the direction of the flame flow, enable the loss of large amounts of solid particles from the exhaust gas. They settle already in the lower zone of the boiler without contaminating the walls of the boiler exchanger and flue gas ducts, and the flue gas coming out of the flue pipe contains much less dust. In addition, the new shape of the deflector ensures that the flames and hot exhaust gases directed to the lower zone of the combustion chamber also activate the lower parts of the exchanger. This increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the boiler. It is also extremely important that the effects of the so-called cold return, because the lower parts of the boiler are heated up and the condensation of the internal surface of the exchanger in this area will be very limited. The object of the utility model is reproduced in the drawing showing the deflector placed in the boiler: Fig. 1 - shows the view of the retort burner with the deflector; Fig. 2 - shows a section of a fragment of the grate of the burner and the deflector; Fig. 3 is a view of the deflector; Fig. 4 is a sectional view of the concave deflector; Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the concave-convex deflector; Fig. 6 is a sectional view of the concave-flat deflector. The deflector 1 for solid fuel boilers is suspended above the retort burner 3. The monolithic deflector 1 has a shape similar to the end cap, in the frontal plane, with straight edges. Deflector 1, the concave surface 2 is directed in the direction of the interaction of the flames. PL area
