Dotychczas znane stacje bazowe, przekaznikowe w systemie lacznosci bezprzewodowej sa wyposazone w anteny fal elektromagnetycznych i lacza terminal ruchomy – telefon komórkowy, pager z czescia stala cyfrowej sieci telekomunikacyjnej. Typowe wyposazenie stacji bazo- wych sklada sie z anteny na maszcie, urzadzen nadawczo-odbiorczych, przetwarzacza, podzespolów z elektrycznym zasilaniem wraz z dodatkowym wyposazeniem, zasilaniem energetycznym, klimatyza- cji podzespolów itp. umozliwiajacych prace stacji. Stosuje sie anteny wielokierunkowe pokrywajace swoim sygnalem 120° powierzchni. Zestaw trzech anten daje pokrycie calego terenu wokól stacji ba- zowej. Stacje sa zewnetrzne, wewnetrzne, wiezowe z wysokimi masztami, kominowe w kontenerach. Wybudowane sa na bazie jednostkowych projektów budowlanych, wymagaja uzgodnien, zabezpiecze- nia konstrukcji przed dostepem osób trzecich. Wada tych rozwiazan jest brak mozliwosci postawienia w centrach miast, sa zauwazalne, maja latwy dostep do przewodów i konstrukcji, wysoka cene budowy i wynajmu powierzchni, mozliwosc uszkodzenia elewacji budynków. Eksploatacja i konserwacja stacji sa uciazliwe, wymagaja duzej ekipy i sa dlugotrwale. PL PLEN 70 488 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a transmitting and receiving station with an antenna located above the ground for radio signals, which receives radio signals from cell phones, pagers and, after amplification, transmits them to the recipients. The so far known transmitting base stations in the wireless communication system are equipped with electromagnetic wave antennas and connect the mobile terminal - cell phone, pager with a fixed part of the digital telecommunications network. A single base station may cover one or more cells of the telecommunications network. The user terminal uses the station from which the signal is the strongest at a given point and, if necessary, it automatically changes the existing station to another base station. Base stations are placed in containers or in small cabinets that allow the installation of the station on the roof. The typical equipment of base stations consists of an antenna on a mast, transmitting and receiving devices, a converter, components with electric power supply with additional equipment, power supply, air conditioning of components, etc. enabling the station to work. Omni-directional antennas cover 120 ° surface with their signal. The set of three antennas covers the entire area around the base station. The stations are outdoor, indoor, stacked with high masts, stacked in containers. They are built on the basis of individual construction projects, require arrangements, and securing the structure against access by third parties. The disadvantage of these solutions is the lack of the possibility of placing them in city centers, they are noticeable, they have easy access to cables and structures, high cost of construction and rental of space, the possibility of damaging the facade of buildings. Due to the monument protection zone, there is no consent to erect them. Operation and maintenance of the station is cumbersome, requires a large team and is long-lasting. The essence of the utility model is a transmitting and receiving station with an antenna located above the ground for radio signals, which is used to receive, amplify and transmit them to the recipients. The transceiver station consists of an enclosure in which an external transceiver device is placed. There is a processor underneath it. Below this device there is a component that manages electromagnetic waves via the intranet and an external electric power supply. The antenna is located in the top cover. The entire station is located at the bottom of the lighting lamp. The advantage of the station is the possibility of placing it practically in any place without changing the aesthetic values of the area while replacing the lighthouse with the simultaneous establishment of the station. The equipment of all base stations, irrespective of their assembly, consists of the same or similar devices mounted in various configurations, depending on the solution adopted by a given operator or the strict requirements of device manufacturers. The station is extremely easy to install and use. Built in a production plant from miniaturized elements, then as a finished product, it is brought to the assembly site. The station can be quickly installed in places where there are difficulties, and it is even impossible to set up an ordinary base station. It makes it possible to integrate it with other elements such as surveillance cameras, wifi networks and easy integration into the existing environment without disturbing its harmony. Such a base station solution is much cheaper than the currently used solutions, and the assembly is non-tedious and practically imperceptible by the inhabitants. The subject of the pattern is presented in the example of the pattern in Fig. 1, in which Fig. 1 shows the utility pattern in a vertical section, Fig. 2 - section A-A, fig. 3 - section B-B, fig. 4 - section C-C. It consists of a cover 1 with an external transceiver device 2. Underneath it is a processor 3, under which a transceiver device is mounted 4. Below, a sub-assembly 5 with an external power supply managing via the intranet 6. Above above cover 8 there is an antenna 7. The whole station is placed low in the lamp 9. A transmitting and receiving station with an antenna located above the ground for radio signals is used to receive radio signals from mobile phones. In the masking cover 1 there is an external device 2, under which there is a converter 3. Under it there is a transmitting / receiving device 4. The subassembly 5 is attached below with an external, electric power supply 6. At the top of the station above the cover 8 there is an antenna 7 The entire station is located above the ground in the lighting lamp 9. In the transmitting-receiving station, signals from PL 70 488 Y1 3 telephones are received through the antenna 7 and transmitted to the converter 3, where the signal is divided into individual frequencies and transmitted to the external, transceiver of device 2. In device 2, the signal is converted into a digital signal and sent to transceiver device 4, which controls the entire transceiver station and communicates with other transceiver stations and the central base. The control unit responds and transmits the digital signal to the transceiver device 4. Then the signal converted into a radio signal is converted by the converter 3 to the external receiving device 2 and sent to the antenna 7, where it is broadcast. The control panel can also send signals to other base stations. PL PL
