PL PLEN 70 536 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the pattern of the transport bumper. Transport and all related activities expose the transported items to harmful shocks. In the case of fragile items, simply packing in boxes or cartons is not sufficient. Additional measures of protection against the effects of shock are required. Such a role is played by such known solutions as fillers in the form of granules made of soft, most often foamed plastics, sponge scraps, paper scraps, products containing air, as well as corners and various shapes adapted to the transported object, made of materials such as polystyrene, various types of sponges or recycled paper pulp. There are also cardboard transport protectors, usually corrugated. Their required mechanical strength is achieved by increasing the number of cardboard layers, using various forms of spatial modeling, including mainly bending the cardboard at different angles, and using interconnecting and interlocking elements. The gluing and stitching of cardboard layers is also used. The pattern of the transport bumper according to the pattern is entirely made of one piece of cardboard, a cheap and ecological material, in a simple technology of cutting and creasing. The material used in the construction of the pattern ensures sufficient ability to effectively dampen transport shocks, and at the same time has sufficient mechanical strength that the structure of the finished bumper after folding could hold even heavy objects. The construction of the pattern includes fields building its spatial shape as well as supports, latches and reinforcing elements. The flat form of the pattern takes up a small volume, and the functional form of the bumper is obtained, just before use, in the process of manual folding without the use of tools, glue or staples. The pattern of the transport bumper according to the pattern, made of corrugated cardboard, for manual folding without the use of glue or staples, in which the boundaries of the functional elements are the bending and cutting lines, characterized by the fact that it contains a centrally located outer bottom area, inner bottom area, two fields of longer external walls, two fields of longer internal walls, two fields of longer tops, two fields of a shorter external wall, two fields of shorter interior walls, two fields of a shorter top wall, and two fields of each of the seven rectangular elements strengthening. Preferably, there are four delimited trapezoidal areas in the outer bottom area. Preferably, the area of the longer inner wall has a slot corresponding to the slot in the support area. Preferably, the area of the shorter outer wall has a cutout corresponding to a hook on the flap, and a latch wing corresponding to openings in the reinforcement areas. Preferably, the area of the longer inner wall has a projection corresponding to the rectangular opening at the junction of the area of the shorter inner wall and the area of the shorter top wall. The subject of the utility pattern is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the blank of the transport protector, and Fig. 2 shows the three-dimensional utility form of the transport protector created after the pattern has been folded. All cutting lines are marked with a thick line, and bending lines are marked with a thin line. The pattern has the A-A axis of symmetry. To improve the legibility of the drawing, only elements on one side of the A-A axis of symmetry are marked. The blank is obtained from a sheet of corrugated cardboard in a single punching operation with a bookbinding die under the pressure of a roller. In the next creasing operation, the structure of the material is locally disturbed, which facilitates the subsequent bending of the flat blank. The blank of the protector comprises a centrally located outer bottom area (4) in which there are four delimited areas of a support (27) with a trapezoidal outline. Two fields of longer external walls (3, 28) are in contact with the field of the outer bottom (4) through the creasing lines, with which they are in turn connected by the creasing lines of the fields of the longer upper walls (2, 29). The fields (2, 29) are in contact, also through the creasing lines, by the fields of the longer inner walls (5, 30), while the wall (30) is connected by the creasing and cutting lines with the inner bottom area (31). On both shorter edges, the wall (3) is connected through the creasing lines with the fields of the shorter external wall (12), which on one side meets, through the creasing lines, with the area of the shorter upper wall (11), and on the other with a rectangular reinforcing element (13). In turn, the area of the shorter upper wall (11) is connected by the creasing lines to the area of the shorter inner wall (10), and the area of the shorter inner wall (14) is connected to the reinforcing element (13) PL 70 536 Y1 3 by the creasing lines. The successively connected reinforcing elements (7, 8, 9) meet through the element creasing lines (9) with the area of the wall (10), while the successively connected reinforcing elements (15, 16) meet through the element creasing lines (15) with the wall area (14). The wall area (12) has a cutout (20) and wings (21, 22), the cutout (20) corresponding to the hook (25) on the flap (24), the leaf (21) corresponding to the opening (18) in the reinforcement area (9). and the wing (21) corresponds to an opening (23) in the area of the reinforcement (15). The wall area (5) has a slot (1) and a projection (6), the slot (1) corresponding to the slot (26) in the area of the support (27) and the projection (6) corresponding to a rectangular opening (19) situated in the wall field (10) and in the wall field (11).
