Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, przejawiajaca sie w indywidualnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów postac zespolu przednich swiatel samochodu, zawierajacego oprawe, oslone ochronna i zarówki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony (w polozeniu ekspozycyjnym widocznym w stanie uzytkowania) na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja: fig. 1 - zespól przednich swiatel samochodu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z góiy, fig. 4 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 6 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 7 - zespól przednich swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 8 - zespól przednich swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Oslona ochronna zespolu swiatel przednich samochodu ma ksztaltprzypominajacy - w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu - plaski, wydluzony auasi- równoleglobok, którego boki: lewy i prawy sa pochylone w prawo, przy czym kat nachylenia prawego boku jest wiekszy od kata nachylenia lewego boku, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 7; - Powierzchnia zewnetrzna oslony ochronnej ma w prawej wydluzonej czesci wypuklosc w ksztalcie fragmentu powierzchn i bocznej stozka, którego wierzcholek jest usytuowany w poblizu prawego górnego wierzcholka oslony, jak pokazano na rysunku -fig. l,fig. 3, fig. 5 i fig. 7; - W widoku z góry oslona ochronna ma ksztalt luku, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 3; - W zespole swiatel przednich samochodu znajduja sie zarówki, w widoku z przodu okragle i usytuowane pod oslona nastepujaco: dwie wieksze zarówki sa umieszczone centralnie obok siebie, jedna mniejsza w lewym rogu zespolu czesciowo przyslania sasiadujaca wieksza zarówke i druga mniejsza na prawo i nieco powyzej drugiej wiekszej zarówki znajduje sie w przestrzeni utworzonej przez stozkowa wypuklosc oslony, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1; - Z tylu oslony jest umieszczona ksztaltowa oprawa, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 8;Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new form of a car headlight assembly, comprising a frame, a protective cover and light bulbs, manifesting itself in an individual shape, arrangement of lines and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown (in a display position visible in the state of use) in a drawing, in which the subsequent figures show: fig. 1 - a set of front lights of a car in a front view, fig. 2 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a rear view, fig. 3 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 4 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a bottom view, fig. 5 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a right-side view, fig. 6 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a left-side view, fig. 7 - a set of front lights of a car from fig. 1 in a front perspective view, fig. 8 - a set of front lights of a car from fig. 1 in a rear perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: - The protective cover for the headlight assembly of a vehicle has a shape resembling - in a perspective view from the front - a flat, elongated ausi-parallelogram, the left and right sides of which are inclined to the right, the angle of inclination of the right side being greater than the angle of inclination of the left side, as shown in the drawing - fig. 7; - The outer surface of the protective cover has, in the right elongated part, a convexity in the shape of a fragment of the side surface of a cone, the apex of which is situated near the upper right apex of the cover, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 7; - In a top view, the protective cover has the shape of an arc, as shown in fig. 3; - The vehicle's front light assembly contains bulbs which are round in front view and positioned under a cover as follows: two larger bulbs are positioned centrally next to each other, one smaller bulb in the left corner of the assembly partially obscures the adjacent larger bulb and the other smaller bulb to the right and slightly above the second larger bulb is located in the space created by the conical convexity of the cover, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1; - A shaped holder is positioned at the rear of the cover, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 to fig. 8;Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PL PL PL
