PL 70 660 Y1 2Opis wzoru Przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru uzytkowego jest profil montazowo-izolacyjny sluzacy do cieplego montazu stolarki otworowej. Profile podparapetowe, inaczej nazywane styropianowymi blokami podparapetowymi, profilami podokiennymi albo cieplymi parapetami, sa elementami montazowo-izolacyjnymi sluzacymi do cieplego montazu stolarki otworowej. Listwa ta sluzy do przykrecenia parapetu zewnetrznego. Wypust glówny, stanowiacy glówna czesc profilu, sluzy do montazu ramy stolarki otworowej, np. ramy okna albo drzwi. Listwa metalowa w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „L”, osadzona w rowku znajdujacym sie w górnej powierzchni wypustu glównego, sluzy do montazu parapetu zewnetrznego. Pasek z materialu uszczelniajacego moze byc wykonany z dowolnego materialu izolacyjnego znanego znawcom i stosowanego w dziedzinie wzoru, jednakze szczególnie uzytecznym materialem jest tasma rozprezna. Profile wedlug wzoru moga byc wykonane dowolna technika znana w dziedzinie i stosowana w podobnym celu. Stosowane w przedmiotowym wzorze okreslenie „stolarka otworowa” oznacza wszelkiego rodzaju okna i drzwi, w szczególnosci okna PCV, okna aluminiowe, okna drewniane, drzwi balkonowe i tarasowe. Zgodnie z wzorem uzytkowym wyraz „okolo” albo „w przyblizeniu” nalezy rozumiec jako tolerancje wymiarowa +/-5%, odzwierciedlajaca niedokladnosci wymiarowe, jakie moga sie pojawic w trakcie pro- wadzenia procesu wytwarzania. PLPL 70 660 Y1 2 Design description The subject of this utility model is an assembly and insulation profile used for the thermal assembly of joinery. Sill profiles, otherwise known as polystyrene windowsill blocks, window profiles or warm window sills, are assembly and insulating elements used for the warm assembly of joinery. The advantage of this type of product is that the window can be installed in such a way that the formation of so-called thermal bridges is avoided, i.e. places in the building where thermal insulation is significantly reduced. This type of thermal bridges occurs in the case of traditional installation of joinery, which does not use warm window sills. These types of products are present on the market in many varieties, produced by various manufacturers. The sash profiles disclosed in registered Community industrial designs Nos. 001937236-0001 and 002388520-0001-0005 are known. These profiles include main projections for mounting joinery profiles, optionally at least one side projection for mounting an internal and / or external window sill, and mounting cuts on the top and bottom surface of the profiles. In particular, the profiles disclosed in the formulas Nos. 001937236-0001 and 002388520-0005 have mounting cuts on their upper and lower surfaces, made so that one of them is on the border between the main tongue and one of the side projections. Additionally, in the upper surface of the main projection of these profiles, there is a cut in which a strip with an inverted "I" or "T" profile is mounted, on which a strip of expansion material is placed. This strip is used to screw the external window sill. According to the information provided by the manufacturer, the roof profiles in question are made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) or hard technical polystyrene (EPS), and the upper strip is made of PVC. Such types of products are also disclosed in the registered Community industrial designs No. 002939587-0001-07, Polish industrial designs No. Rp.16424 and Rp.20932. Polish utility model application no. W.123110 discloses under-window profiles with main projections for mounting joinery profiles, optionally at least one side projection for mounting an internal and / or external window sill and mounting cuts on the top and bottom surface of the profiles , wherein at least one cut on the bottom surface of the profile is made to be on the interface between the main tongue and one of the side projections. European patent EP 1 788 182 B1 discloses a two-part window sill profile comprising a main projection and two side projections, where the projection for mounting an internal window sill has at its end a stepped cut to which a second, separate profile part fits. In one variant, the profile has assembly cut-outs on its lower face, one of which is on the border between the main tongue and one of the side projections. Another profile of this type is disclosed in the description of the German utility model No. DE 20 2011 100 460 U1. The subject of this utility model is an assembly and insulation profile containing a main tongue adapted to the shape of the joinery profile and side projections for the installation of an external and internal window sill, the profile is made of insulating material, and there are possibly cuts on the bottom and / or top surface of the profile assembly, characterized by the fact that the bottom surface of the profile contains cuts made only on the surface of the side projections, so that the bottom surface of the profile directly under the main tongue and in its vicinity is not cut, and that the upper surface of the main tongue has a cut-out in which there is a metal strip with an inverted "L" profile, resting the inside of the shorter arm on the surface of the main tongue, where a strip of sealing material is placed on the outside of the metal strip. The insulation material is expanded polystyrene (EPS) or extruded polystyrene (XPS). The sealing material is an expansion tape. The cross-section of the assembly cut-outs has a wavy, rectangular, triangular, trapezoidal or semicircular shape. The metal lath is fixed in the groove with glue. PL 70 660 Y1 3 The angle between the main tongue and the side ledge for the assembly of the internal window sill is 90 °, while the angle between the main tongue and the side ledge for the assembly of the external window sill is approximately 94 ° to approximately 96 °. The advantages of the profile according to the pattern in question are its increased strength. No cuts on the bottom surface of the profile made directly under the main tongue and in its vicinity, for example on the border of the main tongue and side projections, due to the even and not reduced profile thickness, ensures increased strength in the place where the loads from the embedded joinery profile are biggest. The risk of damaging the profile under load is therefore reduced. Use of an upper metal strip with an inverted "L" profile, the shorter arm of which rests on the surface of the main tongue, instead of the prior art "I" or "T" profile slats which can act as a wedge also reduces the risk of cracking the profile under load. The fact that the batten is made of metal increases its strength and resistance to cracking, which can occur in the case of plastic battens known from the state of the art. The assembly-insulating profile according to the pattern is used for the so-called warm assembly of the door and window joinery, being an element referred to as the warm window sill. The main tongue, which is the main part of the profile, is used to mount the joinery frame, e.g. a window or door frame. The upper surface of the projection used for this purpose is shaped to match the shape of the frame profile mounted on it. Thus, the upper surface of the main tongue may be suitably profiled and / or provided with cutouts to fit the shape of said joinery profile. The shape of the upper surface of the profile according to the pattern can be any, as it does not constitute the essence of the pattern in question. The patterned profile may be made of any insulating material known to those skilled in the art and used in the pattern art, however, particularly useful materials are expanded polystyrene (EPS) and enhanced strength extruded polystyrene (XPS). A metal strip in the shape of an inverted "L" letter, embedded in a groove in the upper surface of the main projection, is used for the installation of an external window sill. External window sills, usually made of metal or plastic, are usually shaped in such a way that at the end close to the window opening, the main plane of the window sill is curved upwards, forming a mounting strip, which is fastened with appropriate fixing means, e.g. sheet metal screws. to the window frame. In the case of using a profile according to the pattern in question, fixing means, such as sheet metal screws, are fixed not to the window or door frame, but to a metal strip placed in the main panel. The metal lath can be made of any metal used in the pattern field, for example steel, especially galvanized steel. The task of the sealing material, the strip of which is placed on the outside of the shorter leg of the strip in the shape of an inverted "L" letter, is to provide additional sealing of the contact surface of the profile according to the pattern and profile of the joinery. The sealing material strip can be made of any insulating material known to those skilled in the art and used in the pattern art, however, an expansion strip is a particularly useful material. The strip of sealing material is attached to the bar in the shape of an inverted "L" by means of an adhesive. The side projections serve as bases for the assembly of an external and internal window sill. The side recess for the assembly of the internal window sill is positioned at an angle of approx. 90 ° to the main outlet. On the other hand, the side projection for mounting the external window sill is slightly inclined downwards, creating an angle with the main projection in the range of about 94 ° to about 96 °, for example, an angle of about 95 °, so that the projection is adapted to the shape of the external window sills which are slightly tilted downwards. This is to provide a plane on which rainwater will run off. The assembly cut-outs, which can possibly be formed on the upper and lower side projections, serve to accommodate the means of fixing the pattern in a pattern to the surface of the building opening in which it is placed, as well as connecting the window sills to the patterned profile. Such fasteners can be conventionally used construction adhesives, e.g. polyurethane foam, etc. The cross-section of the assembly cuts may have any shape known in the art of pattern, e.g. wavy, rectangular, trapezoidal, triangular or semicircular. The shape of the assembly leakage may be arbitrary, as it is not the essence of the pattern in question. EN 70 660 Y1 4 Depending on the needs and size of the profile, any number of mounting cuts may be found on the surface of the side projections, for example 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 etc. leak. It is also possible that there is not a single cutout on the surface of any or all of the projections. The number of assembly leakages does not matter from the point of view of the essence of the pattern. It is important, however, that the mounting cuts are present only on the surface of the side projections. According to the pattern, on the bottom surface of the profile, no mounting cuts are present either directly under the main tongue or in its vicinity. In this way, one of the above-mentioned advantages of the pattern is realized, ensuring its increased utility. Patterned profiles can be made by any technique known in the art for a similar purpose. Such techniques include, but are not limited to, the hot wire cutting technique and the laser cutting technique. Typically, the cutting devices are linked to a computer that enables the shape of the cut piece to be programmed so that the manufacturing process can be repeated many times with the same end result. The term "joinery" used in the formula in question means all kinds of windows and doors, in particular PVC windows, aluminum windows, wooden windows, balcony and terrace doors. According to the applied pattern, the word "about" or "approximately" should be understood as a dimensional tolerance of +/- 5%, reflecting dimensional inaccuracies that may arise during the manufacturing process. The subject of the pattern is shown in the drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective profile according to a pattern with assembly cutouts with a wavy-shaped profile. Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the profile of Fig. 1. Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of a profile according to a pattern with mounting cutouts with a rectangular, triangular, trapezoidal and wave-shaped profile. Fig. 1 shows the subject of the pattern in a perspective view. The assembly-insulating profile includes the main tongue 1 and side projections 2, 3, which are used respectively for the assembly of the external and internal window sill. The upper surface of the main tongue 1 is adapted to the profile of the joinery that is to be mounted on the profile according to the pattern. In the upper surface of the main tongue, a vertical groove is made, in which a metal strip 5 with an inverted L-shaped profile, made of galvanized steel, is placed. The length of the strip 5 is approximately equal to the length of the profile according to the pattern. The bar 5 is seated in the groove so that its shorter arm rests on the upper surface of the main tongue 1. The bar 5 is fixed in the groove with glue. A strip of expansion tape is glued to the upper surface of the shorter leg of the strip 5, which acts as a sealing element. The length of the strip 6 is approximately equal to the length of the strip 5. The side projections 2, 3 each have three mounting cuts 4. The cutouts shown in Fig. 1 have a wavy shape. As is more apparent in Fig. 2, the line forming the bottom of the mounting cutouts is a segment of a circle. Fig. 2 shows the object of the pattern from Fig. 1 in a cross-section, which shows the differences in the inclination of the side projections 2, 3 with respect to the main tongue 1. The side projection 3 is inclined with respect to the main tongue 1 at the angle of? 90 °, and the side tongue 2 is inclined with respect to the main tongue 1 at an angle? equal to about 95 °. In Fig. 2, the groove in which the metal strip 5 is placed is more visible. In Fig. 2 it can also be seen that the mounting cuts 4 present on the bottom surface of the profile are spaced according to the pattern from the main tongue 1. Fig. 3 are illustrations of other exemplary shapes. assembly cut-outs that can be used in the case of profiles according to the pattern in question. According to Fig. 3, the cross-section of the assembly cut-outs may have a shape, for example rectangular, trapezoidal, triangular or semicircular. Fig. 3 also shows that the number of assembly cut-outs 4 can be different. PL
