Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest trzpień przeznaczony do łączenia elementów części mebli. Metalowy rdzeń trzpienia (2) zaopatrzony jest w główkę (1) współpracującą z mimośrodami meblowymi. Korpus (3), na którym uformowany jest gwint (4) wykonany jest z tworzywa sztucznego, połączony jest trwale z rdzeniem (2).The subject of the application is a pin intended for connecting elements of furniture parts. The metal core of the pin (2) is equipped with a head (1) cooperating with furniture eccentrics. The body (3), on which the thread (4) is formed, is made of plastic and is permanently connected to the core (2).

PL 70 816 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest trzpien do laczenia elementów meblowych. W stanie techniki odnaleziono trzpienie firmy HETTICH HEINZE GMB stosowane do laczenia elementów meblowych znane miedzy innymi ze zgloszenia WO2009095116. Stosowane dotychczas trzpienie do laczenia elementów meblowych skladajace sie z: rdzenia, korpusu oraz gwintu, wykonane sa z metalu. Nie odnaleziono zgloszen trzpieni meblowych, w których gwint wykonany bylby z tworzywa sztucznego. Trzpien do laczenia elementów meblowych wg wzoru uzytkowego sklada sie z metalowego rdze- nia z glówka, korpusu oraz gwintu, przy czym korpus, na którym uformowany jest gwint, wykonany jest z tworzywa sztucznego. Korpus polaczony jest w sposób trwaly z metalowym rdzeniem. Zaleta rozwiazania wg wzoru uzytkowego jest to, ze pozwala na zmniejszenie masy calego trzpie- nia o okolo 25%. Takze dzieki temu, ze gwint wykonany jest z tworzywa obniza sie koszt produkcji trzpienia, gdyz rdzen mozna wykonac w dwóch operacjach. Wykonanie rdzenia z gwintem metalowym wymaga 3–4 operacji. Wzór uzytkowy jest blizej wyjasniony w przykladzie wykonania i na rysunkach, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia trzpien w przekroju, Fig. 2 przedstawia trzpien w widoku ogólnym z przodu. The pins used so far to connect furniture elements, consisting of a core, a body and a thread, are made of metal. No entries of furniture spindles with a plastic thread were found. The mandrel for joining furniture elements according to a utility pattern consists of a metal core with a head, a body and a thread, while the body on which the thread is formed is made of plastic. The body is permanently connected with a metal core. The advantage of the utility formula solution is that it allows the weight of the entire spindle to be reduced by approximately 25%. Also due to the fact that the thread is made of plastic, the production cost of the mandrel is lower, as the core can be made in two operations. It takes 3–4 operations to manufacture a metal thread core. The utility pattern is explained in more detail in the embodiment example and in the drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the pin in section, Fig. 2 shows the pin in an overview from the front.
