PL 70 884 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest ogrodzenie, nalezace do rodzaju ogrodzen panelowych, majace swoje zastosowanie do grodzenia i odgradzania terenu. Ogrodzenie panelowe to jedno z najpopularniejszych rodzajów stosowanych ogrodzen, zapew- niajace ochrone ogradzanych obiektów. Celem rozwiazania wedlug wzoru uzytkowego bylo opracowanie ogrodzenia panelowego, które bedzie szczelnie zaslaniac ogradzany lub grodzony teren, bez koniecznosci uzycia do laczenia pretów z materialem zaslaniajacym dodatkowych elementów laczacych, calosc konstrukcji bedzie trwala, sta- bilna, latwa w montazu, demontazu i uzytkowaniu, a ponadto cechowac sie bedzie estetycznoscia. 1 przed- stawia widok ogrodzenia z jednej, zewnetrznej strony, fig. 2 uwidacznia widok fragmentu ogrodzenia z drugiej, wewnetrznej strony, fig. 3 pokazuje widok pogladowy z poszczególnymi elementami ogrodze- nia, fig. 4 ujawnia inny widok pogladowy z poszczególnymi elementami ogrodzenia, a fig. 5 prezentuje umiejscowienie poziomej listwy ochronnej. Fig. 1 ujmuje prety pionowe 1, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie sztachety 2, które zaopatrzone sa w trzy poziome listwy wzmacniajace 3. Fig. 2 pokazuje pionowe prety 1, pomiedzy którymi umieszczone sa sztachety 2, które zaopa- trzone sa w pozioma listwe wzmacniajaca 3. Fig. 3 ujawnia pionowe prety 1, sztachete 2, pozioma listwe wzmacniajaca 3, pretowe uwypukle- nie 4 i poziome prety 5. Fig. 4 uwidacznia sztachety 2, pozioma listwe wzmacniajaca 3 i uwypuklenie 4. Fig. 5 ujmuje pozioma listwe ochronna 6, umiejscowiona na szczycie pionowych pretów 1 i szta- chet 2. Ogrodzenie wedlug wzoru uzytkowego zapewnia szczelne ogrodzenie i odgrodzenie terenu. PL PLEN 70 884 Y1 2 Description of the design The object of the utility model is a fence, belonging to the type of panel fencing, which is used for fencing and fencing off the area. Panel fencing is one of the most popular types of fencing used, ensuring the protection of fenced objects. They are resistant to all mechanical influences and the effects of time. This type of fencing is used both for fencing larger facilities, such as housing estates, factories, stadiums or schools, and smaller ones, e.g. in the form of single-family houses. Fences and fences in which individual rails are in the form of boards of different shapes are commonly known. These rails are situated on horizontal elements perpendicular to them, with which they are connected by means of connecting elements, eg nails or screws. The PL 200 764 patent describes a fence for fencing and delimiting, with successively spaced vertical posts along the fence, with each post having on its side facing the fence at least one pair of vertical, mutually parallel bars arranged along the plot in horizontal intervals, with the grid panels forming the plot surfaces and at least one fastening element for fixing a given lattice panel on the post facing it, according to the invention characterized by the fact that the spacing of the bars corresponds exactly - in the direction of the plot - to the dimension of one the part of the securing element that passes between the rods, while the other part of the securing element overlaps the bars on the side away from the plot surface. The utility pattern PL 57 197 is also known under the name of the mesh fence. It consists of portable screens embedded in the feet and connected to each other separately by means of connectors. Each cavity is filled with a net made of one-sided bent vertical bars and horizontal bars forming vertically arranged rectangular meshes. The connector consists of two clamps having straight middle parts and half-round side parts. Clamps are twisted with screws. From the description of the utility pattern PL 63 755 we know plot The essence of this solution, according to the utility model, is the combination of vertical elements (rails) and horizontal elements of the fence, characterized by the fact that the rails have at least one opening in which the horizontal element of the fence is placed. The shape of the opening is similar to the cross-sectional shape of the horizontal element of the fence. In the panel fences used so far, only vertical and horizontal bars are used, which result in a fence or an area fencing. However, in order to tightly cover a given area, e.g. a construction site (so that nothing is visible or there is little visibility), additional covering material is attached to the fence posts in the form of unfolded wicker, wooden, wood-like or other elements, e.g. discs or special tapes. In order to successfully mount such an element, it is necessary to use additional connecting elements such as nails or screws, which is time-consuming and material-consuming. Moreover, these additional connecting elements can corrode over time, which weakens the entire structure. The use of nails or screws in the fence necessitates periodic tightening or tapping of the connecting elements, because the vibrations of the fence caused by e.g. wind weaken this type of connection. It should also be noted that in the case of such fences in the state of the art, their construction does not allow the elements of the fence to be disconnected again without damaging the structure, which is of great importance when transporting or maintaining the fence. Moreover, such fences are only functional without any decorative value, which reduces the possibility of using them for fencing of single-family houses. The purpose of the solution according to the utility model was to develop a panel fence that would tightly cover the fenced or fenced area, without the need to use additional connecting elements to connect the bars with the covering material, the whole structure will be durable, stable, easy to assemble, disassemble and use, and moreover, it will be aesthetic. The essence of the utility model is a fence with vertical bars, evenly spaced apart from each other, connected with horizontal bars, characterized by the fact that between the vertical bars there are rails, provided with at least two horizontal reinforcing bars, and each horizontal reinforcing bar has a cross-section the shape of the trapezoid and it is placed in a protrusion, while the shape of the protrusion matches the shape of the sides of the horizontal reinforcing strip. Preferably, a horizontal protective strip is attached to the top of the vertical bars. PL 70 884 Y1 3 The subject of the utility model is presented in more detail in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a view of the fence from one outside side, fig. 2 shows a view of a fragment of the fence from the other, inside, fig. 3 shows a schematic view of with the individual elements of the fence, Fig. 4 shows another overview with the individual elements of the fence, and Fig. 5 shows the location of the horizontal guard rail. Fig. 1 shows the vertical bars 1 between which there are rails 2, which are provided with three horizontal reinforcing bars 3. Each horizontal reinforcing bar 3 is placed in a protrusion 4. This figure also shows horizontal bars 5 and vertical bars 1 which together form a grid in the form of a lattice with rectangular meshes, stiffening the entire fence structure. Fig. 2 shows the vertical bars 1 between which the rails 2 are placed, which are provided with a horizontal reinforcing bar 3. The relief 4 is not visible in this figure, as it has been covered by a horizontal reinforcing bar 3. Fig. 3 reveals vertical bars. 1, rail 2, horizontal reinforcing bar 3, ribs 4 and horizontal ribs 5. This figure shows how the rail 2 is placed in one plane, between vertical poles 1, and in the other plane between horizontal ribs 5 and the ribs 4. The sides B of the horizontal reinforcement strip 3, which has a trapezoidal shape A, match the shape of the ridge protrusion 4. Fig. 4 shows the rails 2, the horizontal reinforcement batten 3 and the relief 4. Fig. 5 shows the horizontal protector 6, located on top of the vertical bars 1 and bars 2. The figure also shows a relief 4, horizontal bars 5 and a trapezoidal shape A of the horizontal reinforcing bar 3 with the sides B marked, to be embossed 4. The whole creates a structure in the form of a net with a cover, in which the rails 2 are placed both between the vertical rails 1, which prevent the rails from falling out to the sides, and the horizontal rails 5 and protrusions 4, which in turn protects the rails 2 before falling forward or backward. The structure obtains full stability and durability only when there are at least two horizontal reinforcing strips 3, and each of the horizontal reinforcing strips 3 is located in a protrusion 4. As a standard, in a fence constructed in this way, there are three horizontal reinforcing strips 3, appropriately positioned in the convexes 4 The horizontal reinforcing strip 3 having a trapezoidal shape A in cross-section and matching its sides B to the convexity 4 ensures the stabilization of the entire structure. The rails 2 are connected to the horizontal reinforcing bar 3 with removable copper staples. The horizontal protective strip 6 is attached to both the vertical bars 1 and the rails 2 directly on their tops, also by means of removable copper staples. The fence posts are preferably made of steel, and the rails, the horizontal reinforcing bar and the horizontal protective bar are made of wood. The materials from which the fence is made are resistant to all mechanical effects and the effects of time, therefore they can be successfully used as target fences. The whole structure is easy to assemble, disassemble and reassemble, and the process of assembling the fence does not require additional screws or nails, which significantly results in lower costs and shorter working time than in previously known solutions. It is also possible to apply the solution according to the applied pattern in sliding and overhead gates, as well as wickets. According to the utility model, the fence provides a tight fence and the area is fenced off. PL PL
