Znane skrzynki i opakowania wysylkowe wykonane sa z plastiku, drewna badz tektury i przedstawione m.in. w publikacjach polskich opisów patentowych nr 195 229 B1 i 218 289 B1, oraz w opisie ochronnym wzoru uzytkowego nr 64526 Y1. Przekroczenie masy owoców w opakowaniu skutkuje m.in. zgnieceniem, zbrylaniem i deformacja ksztaltu, a w efekcie uszkodzeniem transportowanych owoców. Pojemnik posiada uchwyt i kola jezdne. W publikacji CN203903151 (U) ujawniono pojemnik do przechowywania owoców do celów do- mowych. Pojemnik ten posiada korpus, wewnatrz którego znajduja sie wysuwane szuflady. Pojemnik wyposazony jest w kola jezdne. Natomiast z opisu wzoru uzytkowego CN202574781 (U) znana jest skrzynia do przechowywania i transportu owoców i warzyw, wykonana jako prostopadloscienna konstrukcja ramowa. Szuflady skrzyni osadzone sa przesuwnie w wycieciach wykonanych w pionowych slupkach ramy skrzyni. Sciany szuflad posiadaja otwory wentylacyjne. Skrzynia do przechowywania owoców posiadajaca szuflady znana jest równiez z publikacji CN201864211 (U). Przedstawione powyzej rozwiazania nie nadaja sie jednak do stosowania w zautomatyzowanych procesach, zwlaszcza do rozladunku w zakladzie przetwórczym. Skladowanie w warstwach i szczeliny wentylacyjne w korpusie i przegrodach poprawiaja warunki sro- dowiskowe przechowywanych i transportowanych owoców, poprzez obnizenie temperatury i wilgotnosci strefy ladunkowej wskutek skutecznego przewietrzania. Zastosowane ograniczniki umozliwiaja opróznianie skrzynki i sa szczególnie przydatne w opróz- nianiu zautomatyzowanym. Stanowia one blokade przegrody, zapobiegajac jej wypadnieciu razem z owocami. W celu opróznienia skrzynke przechyla sie zsypujac owoce z górnej przegrody. Nastepnie wysuwa sie górna przegrode i zsypuje owoce z przegrody nizszej i ostatecznie z dna. Skrzynka charakteryzuje sie prosta i lekka konstrukcja. 1 przedstawia skrzynke z przegrodami wewnatrz korpusu w widoku perspektywicznym; ? fig. 2 przedstawia skrzynke z przegrodami czesciowo wysunietymi w widoku perspektywicz- nym; ? fig. 3 przedstawia skrzynke bez przegród w widoku perspektywicznym; ? fig. Ogra- niczniki 10 znajduja sie powyzej górnej krawedzi szczeliny 8. Korpus i przegrody 5 posiadaja szczeliny wentylacyjne. PL PLEN 71 120 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a crate for collecting, storing and transporting soft fruits, limiting their crushing and allowing them to maintain their proper quality after harvest and transport to processing plants, with the possibility of automated unloading. The domestic group of soft fruits is divided into three groups: blueberries (Rubus types - raspberry, Vaccinium types - blueberry and highbush blueberry); currants (types of Ribes - black currants, red currants, white currants and gooseberries) and the genus Fragaria - strawberries. Soft fruits, especially strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and currants, require special treatment throughout the harvesting process, from harvesting to delivery to the processing plant. They are very delicate and therefore require the use of special packaging. Currently, nine different types of packaging are allowed for the transport of these fruits. Known boxes and shipping packages are made of plastic, wood or cardboard and are presented, among others, in Polish patent descriptions No. 195 229 B1 and 218 289 B1, and in the protection description of utility model No. 64526 Y1. The quality features of soft fruit are determined by the diversified physical and sensory properties of the fruit, which change, most often in an unfavorable direction, just after the harvest, under conditions of initial storage or storage, and transport to the place of processing or freezing. For each of the packages, a certain maximum amount of fruit (expressed in kg) can be found in them is recommended, which in practice is not always followed. Exceeding the weight of fruit in the package results in crushing, lumping and deformation of the shape, and as a result damage to the transported fruit. In addition, in the case of temperature increase, lack of proper ventilation (airing) or vibration of the load box during transport, the shape of the fruit changes, accelerating many adverse biophysical changes such as juice leakage, fruit spoilage due to microbiological reasons, including non-enzymatic browning, fat oxidation and a general decrease the nutritional value. Moreover, inadequate storage conditions for the fruit immediately after harvest and during transport, too thick a layer in the package and high temperature cause the fruit to evaporate rapidly and deteriorate, which accelerates the rate of their deterioration. The discussed problems are solved by using horizontal drawers in containers or chests, in which the fruit is stored in layers. This allows to avoid the phenomenon of crushing the lower layers of fruit by the upper layers. For example, such a solution is known from the publication of utility model CN205113906 (U) relating to a mulberry harvesting container. The container has a body with sliding drawers inside. The drawers have a mesh bottom, which allows the accumulated juice to drain. The juice is collected on partitions placed under each of the drawers and directed from them to the bottom drawer. The container has a handle and wheels. Publication CN203903151 (U) discloses a household fruit storage container. This container has a body with sliding drawers inside. The container is equipped with wheels. On the other hand, from the description of the utility model CN202574781 (U), a box for storing and transporting fruit and vegetables is known, made as a rectangular frame structure. The drawers of the chest are slidably mounted in cutouts made in the vertical posts of the chest's frame. The drawer walls have ventilation openings. A fruit storage box having drawers is also known from publication CN201864211 (U). However, the solutions presented above are not suitable for use in automated processes, especially for unloading at a processing plant. Their construction also poses a risk of the drawers sliding out during transport. The aim of this utility model is therefore to propose a box which, by enabling the successive stages of obtaining soft fruits and collecting them in layers, would also allow for automation of unloading and safe transport. The essence of the soft fruit picking, storage and transport box having a body formed by side walls, front wall, rear wall and bottom is that inside the body there are extendable partitions. Each of the compartments is made of a plate with a protruding pull-out handle. The partition is mounted on supporting slats, attached to the PL 71 120 Y1 3 side walls, parallel to the bottom. There is a slot in the front wall which is dimensioned to the partition plate and enables it to be pulled out. The slot has a ratchet recess at the bottom for the eject handle. To the body walls, from the inside, limiters are fixed above the upper edge of the slot. The body and partitions have ventilation slots. Preferably, the upper edges of the support slats and the ratchet recess for the pull-out handle form a single plane. Preferably, the stops are made as slat angles and are fixed in the corners of the body walls. According to the current utility pattern, the box enables the layered collection of fruits and their stacking on subsequent compartments. This eliminates the unfavorable phenomenon of excessive compaction and clumping of fruit during loading from the field, possible transhipments and during transport, which allows to reduce the loss in weight of the raw material and improve its sensory and processing quality. Storage in layers and ventilation slots in the body and partitions improve the shelter conditions for stored and transported fruit by lowering the temperature and humidity of the loading area due to effective ventilation. The applied limiters enable emptying the box and are particularly useful in automatic emptying. They act as a blockade, preventing it from falling out with the fruit. In order to empty the box, it tilts, pouring fruit from the upper compartment. Then the upper compartment slides out and pours the fruit from the lower compartment and finally from the bottom. The limiters and the slot with a ratchet recess for the ejecting handle also protect the partitions from sliding out during transport. The proposed solution can be easily applied to the existing and standard packaging and boxes, constituting their simple modification. The box is characterized by a simple and light structure. The form of the box according to the utility model is illustrated in the attached drawing, where:? Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the baffle box inside the body; ? Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a box with partitions partially extended; ? Fig. 3 shows a crate without partitions in a perspective view; ? Figure 4 shows the box from the inside in a fragmentary view of the corner of the front and side walls. The box for harvesting, storing and transporting soft fruit has a body consisting of side walls 1, front wall 2, rear wall 3 and bottom 4. Inside the body there are two extendable partitions 5, each of which is made of a plate, equipped with a protruding handle 6 to eject. The partitions 5 are seated on supporting strips 7, fixed to the side walls 1, parallel to the bottom 4. In the front wall 2 there is a slot 8 adjusted to the partition plate 5. In the lower part of the slot 8, in its central part there is a notch 9 under the pull-out handle 6. The upper edges of the support bars 7 and the ratchet recess 9 for the pull-out handle 6 form a single plane. In the corners formed by the side walls 1 connecting with each other, the front wall 2 and the rear wall 3 from the inside, stops 10 are fixed, made as angles made of slats. The stops 10 are above the upper edge of the slot 8. The body and the baffles 5 have ventilation slots. PL PL
