PL 71 177 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the design of a movable sieve for emptying a chamber dryer. The dryer is constructed in the form of a cylinder with a conical bottom with a metal ring, on which the movable sieve is mounted, and with a discharge opening. The dryer is filled to a height equal to the minimum chamber diameter with moist granular material. Warm air flows through the bed. The dryer is emptied after the drying process using a movable sieve mounted in a discharge cone. Known designs and methods for emptying chamber drying tanks involve the use of valves in the sloping sieve bottom, mechanical devices, e.g., screw elevators, or suction systems, e.g., industrial vacuum cleaners.
