Abstract

PL 71 177 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest konstrukcja ruchomego sita do oprózniania suszarki komo- rowej. Suszarka jest wykonana w formie cylindra zakonczonego dnem stozkowym z pierscieniem me- talowym, na którym mocuje sie ruchome sito i z otworem wysypowym. Suszarka jest napelniana do wy- sokosci równej, min. srednicy komory wilgotnym materialem ziarnistym. Przez zloze przeplywa cieple powietrze. Opróznianie suszarki po procesie suszenia zrealizowano za pomoca ruchomego sita zamo- cowanego w stozku spustowym. Znane konstrukcje i sposoby oprózniania komorowych zbiorników suszacych polegaja na zasto- sowaniu zaworów w skosnym dnie sitowym, urzadzen mechanicznych np. elewatorów slimakowych lub ukladów odsysajacych np. odkurzacz przemyslowy. Celem wzoru uzytkowego jest latwe opróznianie zbiornika suszarki poprzez lej wysypowy dzieki zastosowanie ruchomego sita wg wzoru uzytkowego. Rozwiazaniem wg wzoru uzytkowego jest konstrukcja sita ulozonego na kolnierzu w dnie stoz- kowym komory. Wysyp materialu ziarnistego sprowadza sie do podniesienia sita za pomoca ciegna. Ruchome sito jest obracane i odslania otwór wysypowy. Problemem jest uniesienie sita do góry z uwagi na nacisk i tarcie materialu. Istota rozwiazania polega na zastosowaniu otworu na srodku sita, zablokowanego korkiem, który po odslonieciu powoduje wysyp materialu blokujacego obrót i pozwala na ruch sita do góry. Ruchome sito wg wzoru uzytkowego pozwala na opróznienie komory suszarki przez wyciagniecie ciegnem korka dla odblokowania wsypu i obrót sita za pomoca drugiego ciegna odslaniajacego otwór wysypowy. Sito wg wzoru daje sie latwo zakladac i demontowac w komorze suszacej. The dryer is constructed in the form of a cylinder with a conical bottom with a metal ring, on which the movable sieve is mounted, and with a discharge opening. The dryer is filled to a height equal to the minimum chamber diameter with moist granular material. Warm air flows through the bed. The dryer is emptied after the drying process using a movable sieve mounted in a discharge cone. Known designs and methods for emptying chamber drying tanks involve the use of valves in the sloping sieve bottom, mechanical devices, e.g., screw elevators, or suction systems, e.g., industrial vacuum cleaners. The utility model's purpose is to facilitate easy emptying of the dryer tank through a discharge hopper by using a movable sieve, as defined in the utility model. The solution, as defined in the utility model, consists of a sieve mounted on a flange in the conical bottom of the chamber. Discharging the granular material is accomplished by lifting the sieve using a cable. The movable sieve is rotated, revealing an outlet opening. The challenge is to lift the sieve upwards due to the pressure and friction of the material. The solution involves using an opening in the center of the sieve, blocked by a plug, which, when opened, causes the material blocking the rotation to discharge and allows the sieve to move upward. The movable sieve, as defined in the utility model, allows the dryer chamber to be emptied by pulling the plug with a cable to unblock the hopper and rotating the sieve using a second cable to reveal the outlet opening. The sieve according to the pattern can be easily installed and removed in the drying chamber. The sieve 3 consists of a metal collar 1 with a circular outline, the upper surface of which is closed with a mesh and has a centrally located ring 4 with a filling opening, which is attached to the collar by means of four symmetrically arranged brackets 2, while a tie rod 7 is attached to the outer surface of the collar, intended for lifting and moving the sieve 3. The filling opening of the ring 4 is closed by a conical metal or rubber plug 5 with a tie rod 6 for closing and opening the opening. The solution is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a movable sieve with a central opening and a plug in a top view, Fig. 2 in a side view.
