PL 71 258 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem opisu wzoru uzytkowego jest panel termoizolacyjny z bialego szkla piankowego, przeznaczony do izolacji termicznej, zwlaszcza budynków, w szczególnosci elewacji, cokolów, scian i stropów dachów. Sztywna pianka poliuretanowa przewyzsza wlasciwosciami termoizolacyjnymi panele izolacyjne wykonane z ekspandowanego polistyrenu. Z opisu polskiego zgloszenia patentowego P.392586 znane jest zastosowanie szkla piankowego do wytwarzania drobnych elementów sciennych w postaci plyt, bloków i dowolnych elementów ksztal- towych. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego zostal przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny panelu termoizolacyjnego w pierwszej odmianie, Fig. 2 przedstawia widok per- spektywiczny panelu termoizolacyjnego w drugiej odmianie, Fig. 3A przedstawia widok panelu z przodu, Fig. 3B przedstawia widok panelu z boku, a Fig. 4 przedstawia przykladowy wycinek powierzchni panelu termoizolacyjnego. Umozliwia to zestawianie paneli obok siebie w celu pokrycia wiekszej plaszczyzny (przy- kladowo, elewacji budynku) w taki sposób, aby wypusty jednego panelu wchodzily w wybrania sa- siedniego panelu. Grubosc wypu- stów i wybran wynosi polowe grubosci g panelu. Dlugosc wypustów i glebokosc wybran moze wyno- sic od 1 do 10 cm. Przykladowo, panel moze miec wymiar 50 x 100 x 6 cm, a dlugosc wypustów moze wynosic 3 cm. Wymiary wypustów i wybran moga byc ponadto dobrane tak aby wystepowaly niewielkie szcze- liny, korzystnie do 5 mm, pomiedzy krawedziami poszczególnych paneli zestawionych w plaszczyzne, w celu pomieszczenia w tych szczelinach substancji laczacej panele. Fig. 4 przedstawia przykladowy wyglad wycinka po- wierzchni panelu. PL PL PL PL PL PLEN 71 258 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model description is a thermal insulation panel made of white foam glass, intended for thermal insulation, especially of buildings, in particular facades, plinths, walls and roof ceilings. A popular material for the production of thermal insulation elements used in construction is expanded polystyrene, the advantages of which are low apparent density, low thermal conductivity and low production cost. Due to the low apparent density, thermal insulation made of expanded polystyrene is characterized by unsatisfactory acoustic insulation. Additionally, the disadvantage of insulation made of expanded polystyrene is the risk of rodents infesting them, which is particularly unfavorable in the case of insulation of household buildings or industrial buildings, such as food warehouses. In such cases, it is advantageous to use thermal insulation panels made of rigid polyurethane foam to insulate buildings. Rigid polyurethane foam surpasses the thermal insulation properties of insulation panels made of expanded polystyrene. In addition, when trying to make a nest, rodents bite into the heat-insulating plate made of rigid polyurethane foam, causing it to dust. The particles of polyurethane dust irritate the nostrils and airways of rodents, which discourages them from making nests in a thermal insulation panel made of rigid polyurethane foam. Thermal insulation panels made of expanded polystyrene and rigid polyurethane foam are characterized by low fire resistance, because plastics are combustible materials, which limits their use in thermal insulation of buildings, especially those higher than 25 meters. Various types of thermal insulation panels are known from the patent literature for thermal insulation of buildings, especially their facades, plinths, walls and roof ceilings. The Polish patent document PL 205 858 describes the thermal insulation of building walls having thermal insulation panels attached to the wall with expansion fasteners, on which there is a concealed mesh with a layer of facade plaster, while in thermal insulation panels, the openings intended for expansion fasteners are shaped coaxially to the openings intended for expansion fasteners. hole-shaped sockets, on the bottom of which there are pressure disk heads of connectors, as well as in the sockets there are press-fit insulating lids. From the Polish description of the utility model PL 67263, a polystyrene board is known, intended for the creation of thermal building insulation on the external walls of buildings, having two parallel assembly surfaces oriented identically, with an identical essentially rectangular contour, equidistant from each other by a distance corresponding to the thickness of the polystyrene board. , wherein each mounting surface has two sides that are straight line segments and the other two sides of each mounting surface are waveforms periodically running, the waveforms of the wavy line segments defining the sides being identical in pairs. From the Polish description of the utility model PL 66569, an insulation board is known, consisting of three layers permanently joined together, which has two external layers made of polystyrene, and the middle layer is made of aluminum foil. From the Polish patent application PL 299 266 there is known a multi-layer roofing system having a load-bearing structure, on which a set of vapor-tight and thermal insulation is placed, characterized by the fact that the outer layer is made of prefabricated segments in the form of a multi-layer board, consisting of reflective aluminum foil and foamed polymeric material, and then made of a cement-chipboard, which is also a load-bearing element for the external roof covering. From the Polish description of the utility model PL 62727 there is known an insulating base with a rectangular shape, used especially for floors, consisting of an insulating board made of wood fibers, a laminate of polyethylene foam with a layer of aluminum foil or a laminate of thermoplastics and aluminum foil joined together. adhesive layer. From the Polish description of the utility pattern PL 122 272, a decorative soundproofing panel is known, containing a core of sound-absorbing material, having a pair of main face surfaces parallel to each other and a covering which covers one of the main face surfaces so that it is visible from the outside when the panel is assembled, said covering being made of a textile material, PVC coated and one or more pictures and / or decorations printed on the covering. EN 71 258 Y1 3 Foam glass can be an alternative material to those described above. Foam glass is a porous material with low apparent density, it is characterized by very good thermal insulation properties and high acoustic insulation. The indicated features, combined with the durability of use, resistance to high temperature and resistance to the action of weather factors, determine the usefulness of foam glass in the building materials industry. Foam glass is resistant to the action of moisture, fungi, rodents, mildew and microorganisms, which makes it an insulating material in wet places. Foam glass also has high decorative values, and the manufactured elements can be covered with paints, varnishes, silver, chrome, etc. Due to the fact that foam glass is a relatively new material, its use in construction is still limited. From the description of the Polish patent application P.392586 it is known to use foam glass for the production of small wall elements in the form of plates, blocks and any shaped elements. It consists in the fact that the foam glass in the form of granules with a diameter in the range of 1-15 mm and / or aggregate, the maximum size of which, measured along the longest diagonal, does not exceed 15 mm, constitutes from 70 to 89% of the volume share of the element. The rest of the element is a mineral binder (from 7 to 26%) and a micro-filler (4%). The mineral binder may be a high-clay cement or a mineral-polymer cement or polymer glues. The micro-filler may be foam glass dust with granulation not greater than 0.5 mm. This type of application requires a number of processes to produce an element: crushing the foam glass, selecting the proportions of ingredients, their thorough mixing and shaping. It would be expedient to develop a new-build thermal insulation panel that could be used in particular as a facade cladding for buildings, devoid of the above-described disadvantages associated with the known panels. The subject of the utility model is a thermal insulation panel in the shape of a flat panel with a rectangular outline, width from 50 to 200 cm, length from 100 to 200 cm and thickness from 5 to 15 cm, characterized by the fact that it is made of a homogeneous block of white foam glass with a density apparent from 200 to 400 kg / m 3. Preferably, the panel has rectangular projections on its two adjacent sides, and rectangular recesses on the other two sides with a shape corresponding to the shape of the projections. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a heat-insulating panel in the first variant, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a heat-insulating panel in a second variant, Fig. 3A shows a front view of the panel, Fig. 3B shows a view. the panel on the side, and Fig. 4 shows an exemplary cutout of the surface of a heat insulating panel. The heat-insulating panel 1 has the known shape of a flat panel with a rectangular contour according to the utility pattern, as shown in the first embodiment in Fig. on the other two sides there are rectangular recesses 4, 5 with a shape corresponding to the shape of the protrusions. This allows the panels to be stacked side by side in order to cover a larger plane (for example, the building facade) in such a way that the tongues of one panel fit into the recesses of the adjacent panel. However, it is a particularly advantageous variation of the basic version of the pattern, giving the pattern additional functional features. The use of other types of fasteners may also be considered. The thermal insulation panel 1 may have the following dimensions: from 50 to 200 cm in width s (not counting the protrusions), from 100 to 200 cm in length I (not counting the protrusions), and from 5 to 15 cm in thickness g. The thickness of the protrusions i selected is half thickness of the panel. The length of the tabs and the depth selected may be from 1 to 10 cm. For example, a panel may be 50 x 100 x 6 cm and the length of the tabs may be 3 cm. The dimensions of the tabs and the selections can furthermore be chosen so that there are small gaps, preferably up to 5 mm, between the edges of individual panels arranged in planes to accommodate the substance joining the panels in the gaps. The insulating panel according to the utility pattern of the shape described above is characterized by the fact that it is made of a homogeneous block of white foam glass, i.e. of the glass itself without any admixtures in the form of binders or micro-fillers. The panel is manufactured by foaming the glass in a large-size form, forming a large-size foam glass block, PL 71 258 Y1 4, which is then split into individual insulating panels. Foam glass is used with an apparent density of 200 to 400 kg / m3, more preferably 240 to 280 kg / m3, even more preferably 250 to 270 kg / m3. The term "white foam glass" should be understood as an opaque glass with a white color in the range of acceptable shades from cold to warm. Fig. 4 shows an example of the appearance of a panel surface section. The utility of the insulating panel according to the utility pattern is manifested in the fact that it can be used where high thermal and sound insulation, non-flammability and permanent moisture insulation are required. It can be used in particular in the construction of fireproof partitions, especially in high-rise construction, as well as for noise-absorbing screens, as well as in the refrigeration, chemical, shipbuilding and nuclear power industries. The white panel is characterized by a high light reflection coefficient, it does not heat up like elements made of dark materials. Moreover, the white panel can be easily painted with colored paints in the shade desired by the user. It is resistant to the action of microorganisms and fungi, and in the event of a fire it is a safe, non-toxic material, as it does not emit hazardous substances. According to the description below, the heat-insulating panel can also be used, for example, for sound-absorbing linings. An additional advantage of panels according to the utility pattern is their low apparent density, thanks to which insulations made of them do not burden the structure of buildings. The variation of the panel with projections and recesses also provides additional usability in relation to the panel without fastening elements. PL PL PL PL PL PL
