W celu zabezpieczenia laczników przed dzialaniem warunków zewnetrznych wybrania 12 wypelnia sie zaprawa niskoskurczowa wysokiej wytrzymalosci. PL PLPL 71 304 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the connector of the reinforcing bar of a prefabricated post with the insertion bar of the post of the lower story or the foundation. The description of the Polish utility model 69479 describes the connector of reinforcement of prefabricated columns with threaded rod ends. The fastener comprises an angle bar to which two plates are inseparably attached which are disposed parallel to each other. There is a through hole in the lower plate and the upper plate has a threaded hole. The through hole has a larger diameter than the threaded hole. At the ends of the bars of the upper column, the upper plates of the connectors are screwed on and the nuts are pressed against them. After lowering the pole, washers are placed on the ends of the bars of the lower pole and the nuts are fixed, and the whole mortar is poured. From the Polish description of the utility model application W.126210, the joint of the reinforcing bar of the prefabricated post with the protrusion of the lower-tier post or foundation, which includes a reinforcement bar having bends, is known, and a sleeve is attached to the end part of the bar in a parallel and not separable manner. A stabilizing reinforcement is welded to the sleeve. The upper threaded end of the rod is connected by means of a threaded sleeve to the bar of the post. The socket of the lower tier or foundation post is embedded in the sleeve and fixed to it with nuts. The fastener of the reinforcing bar of the prefabricated column with the strut of the lower-level column or the foundation, according to the utility model, is characterized by the fact that it contains three identical reinforcing bars with bends, the upper ends of which are connected by welding with the reinforcement bar of the column. The lower crimped and threaded ends of these bars are connected to the threaded holes in the flat sheet. In the center of the sheet there is an opening in which the threaded end of the guide rod of the lower tier post or foundation is mounted. A nut with washer is placed on the threaded part of the tapping rod. The washer has a larger outer diameter than the standard washer. The final sections of the rebar with bends are parallel to each other. The plate with holes has the shape of a triangle with rounded corners. According to the utility pattern, the connector is characterized by a simpler structure in relation to the known connectors, especially thanks to the replacement of the angle bar with parallel plates welded to it or a sleeve with stabilizing reinforcement, into a flat plate with holes. A connector was obtained that needed a smaller space and a smaller height of the recess in the post, which positively affects the aesthetic value, especially when the building does not have a raised floor. Due to the use of washers with an enlarged outer diameter, greater assembly tolerances are achieved. The connector can be made directly in the prefabrication plant. The solution according to the utility model can be used both for the connection of a prefabricated column with a monolithic structure in the form of a foundation or column, as well as for two prefabricated elements, for example the connection of a prefabricated footing with a prefabricated column or two prefabricated columns. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the connector mounted on the main reinforcement bar of a column, Fig. 2 shows the connector in cross-section, Fig. 3 - connections of two reinforcement rods of the main reinforcement of the main column with the anchor rods by means of connectors. dimensions of the lower-story column or foundation, fig. 4 - connections by means of four connectors, cross-section. The connector includes three identical reinforcing bars 1 with bends, the upper ends of which are welded to the reinforcing bar 2 constituting the main reinforcement of the column 3. The lower, twisted and threaded ends are connected with threaded holes 4 located in the steel plate 5. The center of the plate is hole 6, in which the threaded end of the strut bar 7 is embedded with the nut 8 and the washer 9 constituting the reinforcement of the lower tier column or foundation 10. The sheet has the shape of a triangle with rounded corners 11. The twisted and threaded ends of the three reinforcing bars of the connector are screwed into the threaded holes in the plate, and the opposite ends of the bars are joined by welding with the reinforcing bar 2 constituting the reinforcement of the column. During the prefabrication of the pole, the spacing of the four plates of the connectors, including the reinforcement rods of the pole, is set exactly, and in order to enable twisting the elements, recesses 12 are left in the prefabricate. During the assembly of the pole, the prefabricated element is embedded in such a way as to guide the lead-out rods 7 through the holes in the sheets. The rectification of the mounted pole is carried out by gentle screwing or twisting the lower nuts of 8 studs on which there are washers 9 with an increased external diameter and the prefabricated element rests. Then, in order to permanently connect the elements, the tabs are screwed to the sheets from above with additional nuts. After installing the pole, a grout is made, i.e. PL 71 304 Y1 3, the free space between the pole and the upper surface of the foundation or the pole of the lower floor is filled. In order to protect the fasteners against the external conditions of the recess 12, a low-shrinkage mortar of high strength is filled. PL PL
