Abstract
A floor shower tray made of an acrylic extrusion with reinforcement is characterized by the fact that it is made of an acrylic extrusion (1) imitating the desired shape, the bottom part of which is covered with a layer of resin laminate (2), and steel plates (3) are placed on it circumferentially. In the usable part of the shower tray, there is a form (4) made of fiber board, where a layer of resin laminate (2) is applied to the steel plates (3) and the form (4) and a layer of higher density polyurethane foam (5) is sprayed on. , the bottom part of which is covered with flexible, lower density polyurethane foam with reinforcement embedded in it (7). The outer layer of reinforcement (7) is covered with a waterproof non-woven fabric (8) permanently bonded to it.
Description
Naniesienie to stanowi podpore bro- dzika. Brodzik posiada otwór do mocowania zestawu odplywowego. Zewnetrzna warstwe zbrojenia 7 pokrywa wodoodporna wlóknina 8 trwale z nia zespolona. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 71 401 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a floor shower tray for use in bathrooms. Known shower trays mounted in shower cabins according to utility model PL 66865 have a structure made of an acrylic extrusion, in which there is a permanently stiffening coating of polyurethane foams with a reinforcing frame made preferably of steel profiles placed in them. The floor shower tray according to the utility model is made of an acrylic extrusion with reinforcement, reproducing a given, arbitrary shape, the bottom part of which is covered with a layer of resin laminate. On the resin laminate there are steel plates placed circumferentially, which are permanently connected to each other or placed individually on each side of the shower tray. In the usable part of the shower tray, a fibre board format is located. A layer of resin laminate is applied to the steel plates and format. A filling of a layer of lower density polyurethane foam is sprayed onto the shower tray extrusion thus reinforced. This application provides support for the shower tray. The bottom part of the polyurethane foam is covered with flexible higher density polyurethane foam with embedded reinforcement in the form of a construction mesh, preferably under plaster or a fibreglass mat. The external layer of reinforcement is covered with a waterproof non-woven fabric permanently bonded to it. The shower tray has an opening for mounting a drain set. The advantage of the utility model is obtaining better rigidity of the shower tray structure, especially in its external and usable surfaces. An additional advantage is the simplification of the technology of its production in relation to known methods of shower tray production. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a shower tray in cross-section. The floor shower tray, as shown in the drawing, is made of a square-shaped acrylic extrusion 1, the lower part of which is covered with a layer of resin laminate 2 and has steel plates 3 permanently connected to each other placed on it circumferentially. A form 4 in the form of a fibrous plate is located in the usable part of the shower tray. A layer of resin laminate 2 is applied to the steel plates 3 and form 4, and then a filling of a layer of polyurethane foam 5 of lower density is sprayed on. The lower part of the layer of polyurethane foam 5 is covered with flexible polyurethane foam 6 of higher density, in which a reinforcement 7 in the form of a glass fibre mat is embedded. The outer reinforcement layer 7 is covered with a waterproof non-woven fabric 8 permanently bonded to it. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
