Rozwi?zanie takie umo?liwia okresowe obracanie (odwracanie) materaca wzgl?dem ramy ?ó?ka, dzi?ki czemu zapobiega si? nadmiernemu odkszta?ceniu materaca na skutek d?ugotrwa?ego nacisku w tych samych miejscach. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Design: The subject of the utility model is a foam-spring mattress pad, used particularly in upholstered mattresses. The pad is a subassembly, assembly, or finished upholstered product intended for lying (sleeping). Pads consist of multiple layers, which may be constructed from materials differing not only in shape and dimensions, but also in their physical and mechanical properties. Pad designs are known that incorporate polyurethane foam elements and spring units, supplemented with additional layers of latex or coconut mat. Mattresses are also known that have zones of varying stiffness, with the distribution of individual zones symmetrically across the width and length of the mattress. This solution allows for periodic rotation (inversion) of the mattress relative to the bed frame, thus preventing excessive deformation of the mattress due to prolonged pressure in the same areas. However, these solutions are unergonomic due to the pressure exerted by specific body parts during sleep. A properly designed mattress should continuously support the spine, without the unnecessary introduction of a divided resting plane. Furthermore, the function of even distribution of the ground reaction on the body should be maintained for various positions, because when the body's curvature changes, deformation should occur on small radii of curvature, while simultaneously supporting the entire body. The solution according to the utility model eliminates the inconveniences associated with the use of known solutions. The essence of the utility model, which is a foam-spring bed, is that the spring layer of the bed consists of at least three blocks inseparably connected to each other, where the lower block is high-stiffness foam, the middle block is spring units alternately arranged relative to the polyurethane foam elements, and the upper block is asymmetrically arranged along the length of the bed asymmetrically arranged foam elements of different stiffness, alternately arranged relative to each other, wherein the stiffness of the foams located in zones B/D/F is at least twice as great as the stiffness of the foams located in zones A/C/E/G. It is advantageous when at least two elements of the top block have at least one arched wall, concave or convex relative to the wall of the element in contact with it. It is also advantageous when the top block has a shaped usable surface. Furthermore, it is advantageous when the top block is covered with thermoelastic foam. It is also advantageous when an additional layer of latex is located on the top block. Additionally, it is advantageous when the blocks have ventilation channels. By using the solution according to the utility model, the following technical and functional effects were achieved: - asymmetric distribution of zones in a way that allows optimal contact of the user's body with a zone of a given stiffness regardless of the sleeping position - obtaining a bed structure that ensures optimal pressure distribution on the user's body, - stimulating the body to assume the optimal position for the spine, - improving the ergonomics of use and the quality of the user's sleep. The subject of the utility model, which is a foam-spring bed, in an exemplary but non-limiting embodiment, is shown schematically in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a top view of the bed, while Fig. 2 shows a side view. Fig. 3 shows the subject of the utility model in an example of another embodiment, as a double-sided bed. Fig. 4 shows the arrangement of layers and individual elements of the double-sided bed in an exploded view. The bed with ventilation channels visible in the individual blocks is shown in Figs. 5-7, where Fig. 5 shows a top view of the bed, while Fig. 6 shows the bed in cross-section A-A designated in Fig. 6. A magnified fragment of cross-section A-A is shown in Fig. 7. The foam-spring bed according to the utility model, in an exemplary but non-limiting solution, consists of superimposed, inseparably connected layers of foam and spring units, which layers form blocks. Lower block 1 is made of polyether foam with a density of approximately 38 kg/m3 and a stiffness in the range of 5.1 to 6.9 kPa. The middle block 2 and the upper block 4 constitute two layers. The upper block 4 consists of foam elements of different stiffness asymmetrically arranged along the length of the mattress base, which create seven alternating zones: 1. Head support zone - marked as zone A, 2. Shoulder support zone - marked as zone B, 3. Back support zone - marked as zone C, 4. Lumbar support zone - marked as zone D, . Pelvic support zone - marked as zone E, 6. Leg support zone - marked as zone F, 7. Foot support zone - marked as zone G. The individual zones of the surface layer of top block 4, marked as A, C, E and G, are made of foam with a stiffness of approximately 2.15 kPa and a density of approximately 25 kg/m3. Zones B, D and F are made of foam elements with a stiffness of approximately 6.0 kPa and a density of approximately 38 kg/m3. Middle block 2 in zones B, D, F and G are made of foam with the parameters of the foams of top block 4, while zones A, C and G are spring units 3. In the exemplary embodiment, each of the elements of the middle block 2 and top block 4 has at least one arched wall which complements the wall of the element(s) with which it is in contact. The distribution of the foams and spring units 3 of the middle block 2 and top block 4 constitutes an alternating and asymmetrical arrangement of zones of different stiffness along the entire length of the mattress. The individual zones are symmetrical in relation to the longitudinal axis of the mattress base. The width of each zone is equal to the width of the mattress base. The length of the individual zones in relation to the length of the mattress base is variable, determined by a wall with an arched outline. The length of zone A at the place of the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bed is approximately equal to 0.15 of the length of the bed, while in the extreme parts of the bed the length of zone A is approximately equal to 0.20 of its length. The length of zone B at the place of the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bed is approximately equal to 0.10 of the length of the bed, while in the extreme parts of the bed the length of zone B is approximately equal to 0.01 of its length. The length of zone C at the place of the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bed is approximately equal to 0.15 of the length of the bed, while in the extreme parts of the bed the length of The length of zone C is approximately equal to 0.25 of its length. The length of zone D at the place of the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bed is approximately equal to 0.10 of the length of the bed, while in the extreme parts of the bed the length of zone D is approximately equal to 0.01 of its length. The length of zone E at the place of the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bed is approximately equal to 0.15 of the length of the bed, while in the extreme parts of the bed the length of zone E is approximately equal to 0.25 of its length. The length of zone F at the place of the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bed is approximately equal to 0.25 of the length of the bed, while in the extreme parts of the bed the length of zone F is approximately equal to 0.15 of its length. The length of zone G at the place of the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bed is approximately equal to 0.10 of the length of the bed, while in the extreme parts of the bed the length of zone G is approximately equal to 0.15 of its length. In the exemplary embodiment, the upper block 4 is covered with a layer of latex 6. In another embodiment, the bed is double-sided, i.e. the lower block 1 constitutes a base on one side for the middle block 2, and on the other side for the middle block 2'. As in the example embodiment, block 1 is made of polyether foam with a density of approximately 38 kg/m3 and a stiffness of approximately 7 kPa. Both block 2 and block 2' consist of foam elements and spring units of various stiffness, asymmetrically arranged along the length of the bed, which create seven alternating zones. The individual zones of upper block 4, marked A, C, E, and G, contain foam with a stiffness of approximately 2.50 kPa and a density of approximately 25 kg/m3, while zones B, D, and F in the surface layer consist of foam elements with a stiffness of approximately 6.9 kPa and a density of approximately 38 kg/m3. In layer of middle block 2, in zones A, C and E there are spring units, while zones B, D, F and G contain foams similar in terms of parameters to the foams used in the top layer. The individual zones of the top block 4', marked as A, C, E and G, contain foam with a stiffness of approximately 1.80 kPa and a density of approximately 25 kg/m3, while zones B, D and F in the top layer contain foam elements with a stiffness of approximately 5.1 kPa and a density of approximately 38 kg/m3. In layer of middle block 2', zones A, C and E there are spring units, while zones B, D, F and G contain foams, similar in terms of parameters to the foams used in the top layer. An additional layer of latex 6 is placed on the top layer of blocks 4 and 4', with the individual blocks having ventilation channels 5. In another embodiment, not shown in the drawing, the top block has a shaped usable surface. In another embodiment, the top block 2 is covered with thermoelastic foam.
