PL 71 811 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest membrana hydroizolacyjna przeznaczona do stosowania w budownictwie, zwlaszcza jako izolacja wodochronna fundamentów betonowych. Znane sa membrany hydroizolacyjne w postaci warstwy nieprzepuszczalnej dla wody. Warstwy te wykonane sa z tworzywa odpornego na uszkodzenia mechaniczne. Znana jest z polskiego opisu W.124932 membrana hydoizolacyjna wykonana z dwóch warstw z róznych tworzyw pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie siatka. Znana jest równiez z opisu W.105024 tasma fundamentowa posiadajaca wzdluznie biegnace pasy z rozmieszczonymi na nich wypuklosciami. Pasy te znajduja sie wzdluz obrzezy tasmy. Istota rozwiazania wedlug wzoru uzytkowego jest membrana hydroizolacyjna posiadajaca nie- przepuszczalna warstwe, na której znajduja sie sciany zaporowe w ksztalcie kratownicy, w której na krawedzi warstwy znajduje sie pas wolny, a sciany zaporowe znajduja sie na calej powierzchni warstwy poza pasem wolnym. Sciany zaporowe sa zintegrowane z warstwa. Grubosc warstwy wynosi od 1 mm do 2 mm. Wielkosc oczek kratownicy utworzonej przez sciany zaporowe (2) wynosi 10 mm do 60 mm. Masa powierzchniowa wynosi 1000 do 5000 gramów na metr kwadratowy. Membrana hydroizolacyjna charakteryzuje sie duza wytrzymaloscia mechaniczna. Sciany zapo- rowe stanowia bariere zapobiegajaca migracje wody. Pas wolny sluzy polozeniu tasmy samoprzylepnej, ulatwiajacej montaz membrany hydroizolacyjnej na budowie przed wylaniem plyty betonowej. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego pokazano na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok izome- tryczny membrany, fig. 2 – widok membrany z góry, a fig. 3 – przekrój membrany. Membrana hydroizolacyjna posiada nieprzepuszczalna warstwe 1, na której znajduja sie sciany zaporowe 2. Grubosc warstwy 1 wynosi 1,3 mm. Sciany zaporowe 2 maja grubosc 2 mm i szerokosc 3 mm. Sciany zaporowe 2 maja ksztalt kratownicy. Na krawedzi warstwy 1 znajduje sie pas wolny 3, o szerokosci 60 mm, a sciany zaporowe 2 znajduja sie na calej powierzchni warstwy 1 poza pasem wolnym 3. Sciany zaporowe 2 sa zintegrowane z warstwa 1 i wytloczone z tego samego kompozytu w jednym ciagu produkcyjnym. Wielkosc oczek kratownicy utworzonej przez sciany zaporowe 2 wynosi 40 mm. Masa powierzchniowa wynosi 1800 gramów na metr kwadratowy. Waterproofing membranes in the form of a water-impermeable layer are known. These layers are made of a material resistant to mechanical damage. A waterproofing membrane made of two layers of different materials with a mesh between them is known from the Polish description W.124932. Also known from W.105024 is a foundation strip having longitudinally extending belts with convexities arranged thereon. These belts are located along the edge of the tape. The essence of the solution according to the utility formula is a waterproofing membrane with an impermeable layer, on which there are dam walls in the shape of a truss, in which there is a free strip at the edge of the layer, and the dam walls are located on the entire surface of the layer, except for the free strip. The barrier walls are integrated into the layer. The layer thickness is from 1 mm to 2 mm. The mesh size of the truss formed by the dam walls (2) is 10 mm to 60 mm. The area weight is 1,000 to 5,000 grams per square meter. The waterproofing membrane is characterized by high mechanical strength. Dam walls constitute a barrier preventing water migration. The free strip is used to lay the self-adhesive tape, which facilitates the installation of the waterproofing membrane on the construction site, before pouring the concrete slab. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an isometric view of the diaphragm, Fig. 2 - a top view of the diaphragm, and Fig. 3 - a cross-section of the diaphragm. The waterproofing membrane has an impermeable layer 1 on which barrier walls 2 are located. The thickness of layer 1 is 1.3 mm. The barrier walls 2 are 2 mm thick and 3 mm wide. The barrier walls have the shape of a truss on the 2nd. At the edge of layer 1 there is a free strip 3, 60 mm wide, and barrier walls 2 are located on the entire surface of layer 1 except free strip 3.
