Talerze ustawione sa równolegle wzgledem siebie w okreslonym rozstawie, w dwóch rzedach przestawionych wzgledem siebie. Dzialanie brony talerzowej jest podobne do dzialania pluga, a jej obracajace sie kroje talerzowe kroja glebe i odwracaja ja, wyko- nujac zabieg uprawowy nazywany talerzowaniem. Wartosc katów cechuje przydatnosc narzedzia do okreslonych zabiegów agro- technicznych. Wyposazenie kazdego kroju talerzowego we wlasne lozyskowanie pozwala na optymalne nachy- lenie talerza do kierunku jazdy i podloza. Pozwala to na dokladne podciecie rzyska, równomierne wy- mieszanie i rozdrobnienie resztek pozniwnych. Efektem czego zostaje przerwane parowanie gleby, resztki roslinne ulegaja szybszemu rozkladowi i nastepuje zmniejszenie nasilenia zwiazków fenolowych negatywnie wplywajacych na rozwój roslin nastepczych. Kroje talerzowe moga byc uzebione, co wspo- maga zaglebianie sie. Wal usytuowany z tylu maszyny zageszcza glebe powodujac szybsze wschody chwastów i samosiewów. Konstrukcja obsady mocowania kroju talerzowego wedlug wzoru uzytkowego posiada element amortyzujacy w postaci sprezyny srubowej walcowej naciskowej, ulozonej w pozycji zasadniczo pozio- mej. Dzieki takiemu ulozeniu sprezyny konstrukcja wykazuje mniejsza sile wzbudzenia w stosunku do znanej konstrukcji obsady mocowania kroju talerzowego, posiadajacego sprezyne w pozycji zasadniczo pionowej. Urzadzenie mozna takze wykorzystac do mieszania z gleba poplonów lub upraw nieuzyt- ków porosnietych samosiewami PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL 71 826 Y1 2 Description of the pattern The subject of the utility model is the construction of the holder for mounting the disc cutter in the disc harrow. A disc harrow is equipped with working tools in the form of concave discs, formed in the shape of a plate, called disc cutters. The plates are placed parallel to each other at a specific spacing, in two rows rearranged relative to each other. The operation of a disc harrow is similar to that of a plow, and its rotating discs cut the soil and turn it over, performing a cultivation procedure called discing. A disc harrow is a tillage tool pulled by agricultural tractors. The working depth is from 5 to 15 cm. It is intended for post-harvest cultivation (with shredded straw) and pre-sowing cultivation, both with plowing and plowing technology. The unit can also be used to mix catch crops or crops in wasteland covered with self-sowing crops with the soil. Depending on the depth of the disc, the angle of position in relation to the direction of movement and the angle of deviation from the vertical, the intensity of the harrow's work may vary. The value of the angles characterizes the suitability of the tool for specific agrotechnical procedures. Equipping each disc cutter with its own bearing allows for optimal disc inclination to the direction of travel and the ground. This allows for precise cutting of the crop, even mixing and grinding of crop residues. As a result, soil evaporation is interrupted, plant residues decompose faster and the intensity of phenolic compounds negatively affecting the development of subsequent plants is reduced. Disc cuts can be toothed, which aids penetration. The roller located at the rear of the machine compacts the soil, causing weeds and self-seeding plants to emerge faster. The use of a disc harrow before sowing ensures thorough mixing of fertilizers with the soil, leveling the surface and obtaining the appropriate soil structure. In known designs of disc harrows, the disc cutter is rotatably mounted on a bearing mounted at the lower end of the beam, with a structure adapted to the diameter and depth of the disc cutter. The upper end of the beam is mounted oscillatingly in a holder attached to the frame. From the operational point of view, in order to ensure stable operation efficiency of the disc harrow and prevent damage to the working elements in heterogeneous soil subjected to the discing process, individual disc coulters of the working unit are mounted using various types of elastic shock absorbers. There is a known construction of the disc coulter mounting holder, which uses rubber shock absorbers with various degrees of elasticity in the form of a section with a profile cross-section, usually round or triangular. The beam is attached to the lower part of the clamp inseparably. The lower and upper clamps include rubber shock absorbers mounted parallel on a rectangular profile beam, perpendicular to the direction of movement. As a result of the force, the rubber is compressed and then returns to its starting position. Rubber shock absorbers lose their elastic properties as the material they are made of ages. The design of the mounting holder for the disc cutter in a disc harrow is also known, in which the disc cutter is mounted and amortized by means of a flat spring. A form of a disc harrow is known from the Community industrial design No. 00002534818 and from the Canadian industrial design No. 161333, in which a structure of the disc coulter mounting holder is used, containing a substantially vertically arranged cylindrical pressure screw spring. In the known holder design, the disc cutter is mounted rotatably via a bearing in the lower part of the beam, which has the shape of a spatially bent section of a flat bar with a structure adapted to the diameter and depth of the disc cutter. The upper end of the beam is mounted oscillatingly in a holder equipped with a spring stop finger, connected to the frame via a mounting plate attached to the bottom of the disc harrow frame beam, and the upper section of its arm rests on the spreader spring stop plate, which on the other hand contacts a stop finger fixed in a holder, attached to a mounting plate. In the construction of the disc cutter mounting holder according to the utility model in a disc harrow, the disc cutter is mounted rotatably via a bearing in the lower part of the beam, which has the shape of a spatially bent section of a flat bar with a structure adapted to the diameter and depth of the disc cutter, the upper end of which is connected rigidly with a rocker mounted oscillatingly and limited by a horizontal stop equipped with a stop finger on the handle PL 71 826 Y1 3 attached to the frame of the disc harrow. The upper section of the disc cutter arm rests on the support plate of a substantially horizontally arranged expansion spring, which, on the other hand, rests on a stop finger fixed in the handle, having a selected stop finger socket on its upper edge. The structure of the disc coulter mounting holder according to the utility model has a shock-absorbing element in the form of a cylindrical compression screw spring, arranged in a substantially horizontal position. Thanks to this arrangement of the spring, the structure has a lower excitation force compared to the known structure of the disc coulter mounting holder, which has the spring in a substantially vertical position. The design according to the pattern ensures appropriate intensity of operation of the disc harrow, and its excitation force is suitable for work both on light soils and in difficult working conditions. Unlike the rubber protection, the design of the holder according to the utility model also ensures a quick return of the disc cutter to its working position. The design of the disc coulter mounting holder according to the pattern also makes it possible to maintain appropriate stiffness of the system and the stability of the disc coulter inclination angle during discing, which in more severe conditions is difficult to ensure in disc harrows with a different design of the disc coulter mounting holder, especially where the protection is a flat spring. The horizontal position of the spring, above the profile of the disc harrow frame, allows for increased space and clearance under the machine frame, which, combined with the appropriate distance between two rows of disc harrows, ensures the flow of post-harvest residues and soil without clogging the machine. In the design according to the pattern, with the horizontal position of the spring, the degree of exposure of the moving elements and the support finger and spring support plate to contact with harvest residues and coarse granulometric fractions (sand) is reduced. This extends the life of the moving elements, the thrust finger and the thrust plate, and makes servicing easier. The subject of the utility model is presented in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the arrangement of mounting the disc cutter in a disc weapon in an exploded view; Fig. 2 shows the holder in a side view; Fig. 3 shows the holder in a top view; Fig. 4 shows the holder in a rear view; and Fig. 5 shows the holder in a bottom view. In the construction of the disc cutter mounting holder according to the utility model in a disc harrow, the disc cutter 1 is mounted rotatably via a bearing 2 in the lower part of the beam 3, which has the shape of a spatially bent section of a flat bar adapted to the diameter and depth of the disc cutter 1, the upper end of which it is rigidly connected to the rocker arm 4, oscillatingly mounted and limited by a horizontal stop 5 in the handle 1, equipped with a stop finger 6, connected to the frame of the disc harrow. The upper section of the beam arm 3 and the disc 1 rests on the support plate 7 of the substantially horizontally arranged expansion spring 8, which, on the other hand, rests on the support finger 6 fixed in the holder 9. The disc harrow with a disc coulter mounting holder according to the pattern is intended for post-harvest cultivation with shredded straw and pre-sowing cultivation, both in plowing and plowing technology. The device can also be used to mix catch crops or crops covered with volunteer crops with the soil. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
