Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest koagulator aeracyjno-sedymentacyjny do oczyszczania ścieków, składający się ze zbiornika z wypełnieniem. Koagulator charakteryzuje się tym, że w zbiorniku zewnętrznym (1) umieszczony jest zbiornik (2) środkowy, który posiada na zewnętrznej ścianie zamontowane kołnierze (3) - korzystnie perforowane, a w nim zbiornik wewnętrzny reakcyjny (4) z wypełnieniem (5) złoża mikroeletrolitycznego umieszczonym na dnie zbiornika i otworami (6) na górze zbiornika, przy czym zbiornik zewnętrzny (1) połączony jest ze zbiornikiem wewnętrznym - reakcyjnym (4) poprzez zawór trójdrożny (7) i pompę (8), przewodem hydraulicznym (9), którego wylot korzystnie zakończony dyszą (10), znajduje się przy dnie zbiornika wewnętrznego reakcyjnego (3). Wypełnieniem (5) złoża mikroelektrolitycznego są cząstki ze stali niestopowej, najkorzystniej w postaci opiłków lub wiórów lub cząstki ze stali niestopowej z domieszką węgla lub miedzi.The subject of the application is an aeration and sedimentation coagulator for wastewater treatment, consisting of a tank with a filling. The coagulator is characterized by the fact that in the outer tank (1) there is a central tank (2), which has flanges (3) mounted on the outer wall - preferably perforated, and inside the reaction tank (4) with the filling (5) of the microelectrolyte bed placed at the bottom of the tank and openings (6) at the top of the tank, while the external tank (1) is connected to the internal reaction tank (4) through a three-way valve (7) and a pump (8), with a hydraulic conduit (9), the outlet of which is preferably ended with a nozzle (10), is located at the bottom of the internal reaction tank (3). The filling (5) of the microelectrolyte bed consists of non-alloy steel particles, most preferably in the form of filings or chips, or particles of non-alloy steel with an admixture of carbon or copper.
