PL 72 015 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest stalowy wspornik sluzacy do oparcia elementu prefabryko- wanego na innym elemencie konstrukcji. Znane sa rozwiazania umozliwiajace oparcie prefabrykowanych belek na slupie lub plyt stropo- wych na belkach za pomoca wsporników zelbetowych wykonstruowanych w elementach, które sa opar- ciem dla reszty konstrukcji. W kazdym wsporniku osadzone sa pionowo prety zbrojeniowe. Natomiast w prefabrykowanej belce osadzona jest rura na etapie jej produkcji. Po zamontowaniu belki na budowie pret zbrojeniowy zostaje umieszczony w rurze, a nastepnie jest zalany zaprawa niskoskurczowa wyso- kiej wytrzymalosci. Stalowy wspornik sluzacy do oparcia elementu prefabrykowanego na innym elemencie konstruk- cji wedlug wzoru uzytkowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zawiera stalowa rure majaca w przekroju po- przecznym ksztalt prostokata i dwa prety zbrojeniowe o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „L”, które polaczone sa nierozlacznie z przeciwleglymi sciankami tej rury. Z rura polaczony jest równiez nierozlacznie pret zbrojeniowy majacy ksztalt zblizony do litery „U”, którego konce ramion obejmuja rure. Dluzsze ramiona dwóch pretów zbrojeniowych o ksztalcie litery „L” usytuowane sa równolegle do scian rury. Wszystkie prety zbrojeniowe stalowego wspornika zabetonowane sa w dolnym elemencie kon- strukcyjnym na etapie jego produkcji w zakladzie. Po ustawieniu tego elementu prefabrykowanego w docelowym miejscu, zostaje wykonany górny element prefabrykowany opierajacy sie na tym dolnym elemencie. W górnym elemencie prefabrykowanym znajduje sie stalowa rura. Zarówno dolny element konstrukcji, jak i górny element prefabrykowany moga miec rózne ksztalty oraz spelniac rózne funkcje. Moga byc belka lub plyta. Stalowy wspornik wedlug wzoru uzytkowego charakteryzuje sie prosta budowa realizowana ko- rzystnie za pomoca polaczen spawanych. Wspornik sklada sie z prostych elementów, które z latwoscia moga byc przygotowane w zakladzie prefabrykacji, eliminujac tym samym koniecznosc korzystania z poddostawców. Stalowy wspornik powoduje zmniejszenie zuzycia materialów, zwlaszcza betonu po- trzebnego do wykonstruowania wspornika. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia stalowy wspornik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia stalowy wspornik w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 – stalowy wspornik, którego prety zbrojeniowe zabetonowane sa w dolnym elemencie konstrukcji, fig. 4, 5, 6 przedstawiaja schematycznie w widoku z przodu róznego ksztaltu elementy prefabrykowane oparte na stalowym wsporniku. Wspornik zawiera stalowa rure 1, majaca w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt prostokata, z która polaczone sa nierozlacznie dwa prety zbrojeniowe 2 majace ksztalt zblizony do litery „L”. Prety te pola- czone sa z przeciwleglymi sciankami rury. Z rura polaczony jest równiez nierozlacznie pret zbroje- niowy 3 majacy ksztalt zblizony do litery „U”. Konce ramion tego preta obejmuja rure i usytuowane sa prostopadle do jej dolnej scianki. Natomiast dluzsze ramiona 4 pretów zbrojeniowych 2 usytuowane sa równolegle do scian stalowej rury. Stalowy wspornik jest czesciowo zabetonowany w zakladzie produ- kujacym elementy prefabrykowane w ten sposób, ze dluzsze ramiona 4 pretów zbrojeniowych oraz pret zbrojeniowy 3 sa zabetonowane w dolnym elemencie konstrukcji 5, 5’, 5’’. Stalowa rura jest usytuowana nieco powyzej tego elementu i równolegla do jego powierzchni. Po umieszczeniu tego elementu w do- celowym miejscu wbudowania, zostaje zabudowany górny element prefabrykowany 6, 6’, 6’’ opierajacy sie na dolnym elemencie konstrukcji. After the beam is installed at the construction site, the reinforcement rod is placed in the pipe, and then the high-strength low-shrinkage mortar is poured in. A steel bracket used to support a prefabricated element on another structure element according to a utility pattern, characterized by the fact that it comprises a steel pipe with a rectangular cross-section and two reinforcing bars with a shape close to the letter "L", which are inseparably connected with opposite sides of this pipe. The pipe is also inseparably connected with a reinforcement rod, which has a shape similar to the letter "U", the ends of which embrace the pipe. The longer legs of two L-shaped reinforcing bars are located parallel to the pipe walls. All the reinforcing bars of the steel bracket are concreted in the lower structural element at the stage of its production in the plant. These bars are connected to the opposite walls of the pipe. A reinforcement rod 3 having a shape similar to the letter "U" is also inseparably connected to the pipe. The ends of the arms of this bar embrace the tube and are perpendicular to its bottom wall. On the other hand, the longer arms 4 of the reinforcing bars 2 are situated parallel to the walls of the steel pipe. The steel bracket is partially concreted in the factory producing prefabricated elements in such a way that the longer arms 4 of the reinforcing bars and the rebar 3 are concreted in the lower element of the structure 5, 5 ', 5' '.
