PL 72 132 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest zespól adsorpcyjny urzadzenia chlodniczego przeznaczo- nego do klimatyzacji pomieszczen lub wytwarzania chlodu w duzych obiektach przemyslowych, zwlasz- cza tam, gdzie powstaja duze ilosci ciepla odpadowego na przyklad w zakladach chemicznych, elek- trowniach, hutach, na jednostkach plywajacych. Zasada dzialania adsorpcyjnego urzadzenia chlodniczego sprowadza sie do wykorzystania efek- tów cieplnych, które towarzysza procesom naprzemiennej adsorpcji i desorpcji czynnika chlodniczego w zlozu sorbentu. Zdesorbowana para ulega skropleniu w skraplaczu i w stanie cieklym zawracana jest ponownie do parownika, gdzie rozpoczyna sie kolejny cykl pracy urzadzenia. Ciaglosc produkcji chlodu zapewnia sie poprzez zwiekszenie liczby zlóz adsorpcyjnych. Kiedy jedno zloze pra- cuje w cyklu adsorpcji, drugie równolegle poddawane jest procesowi desorpcji. Do zasilania adsorpcyj- nych urzadzen chlodniczych mozna wykorzystac niskotemperaturowe zródla energii cieplnej jak na przyklad przemyslowe cieplo odpadowe, energie sloneczna, energie geotermalna. PL PL PL PL PL 72 132 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the adsorption unit of a refrigeration device intended for air-conditioning rooms or producing cold in large industrial facilities, especially where large amounts of waste heat are generated, for example in chemical plants, power plants, steel mills, on vessels. The principle of operation of an adsorptive cooling device comes down to the use of thermal effects that accompany the processes of alternating adsorption and desorption of the refrigerant in the sorbent bed. The working cycle of the device starts with the evaporation of the adsorbate at a very low pressure. According to the physics of this process, the heat of vaporization is removed, i.e. the temperature of the evaporator's surface is lowered, and thus the cooling effect is obtained. The steam is directed to the sorbent bed where it is adsorbed. Then the bed is heated by the water flowing through the system of heat exchanger channels to a temperature that allows for the regeneration of the bed, ie desorption of the refrigerant in the form of steam. The desorbed vapor condenses in the condenser and, in its liquid state, is returned to the evaporator, where the next cycle of operation of the device begins. Continuity of cold production is ensured by increasing the number of adsorption beds. When one bed is operated in the adsorption cycle, the other bed undergoes the desorption process in parallel. Low-temperature sources of thermal energy, such as industrial waste heat, solar energy, and geothermal energy, can be used to power adsorption cooling devices. A device with a box-shaped body is known from the Japanese description of the invention No. JP2017003241, in which the sorbent is placed in elongated cylindrical elements, and the assembly is divided into a sorption part and a desorption part, which work alternately. In each of the formed divided parts and in the gaps between the cylindrical elements adjacent to each other, a feed opening and an outlet opening of the heat exchange center are formed. Between the cylindrical elements and a part of the cylinder wall there are circulation channels of the heat exchange medium. A device with a box-type body is known from the Japanese description of the invention No. JP2016223750, in which it comprises a plurality of tall cylindrical members filled with an adsorption material that enables the adsorption and desorption of a refrigerant and the maintenance of a mobile adsorbed medium to be adsorbed. The cylindrical parts are flattened in the central part, with the top and bottom closed with the walls of the housing. A device with a box-shaped rectangular body in which there is at least one sorption section connected to the condenser and evaporator through steam shut-off valves is known from the Japanese description of the invention No. JP2016217667. The sorption section is provided with an adsorption bed with at least one heat exchanger in the form of a cylindrical body filled with a sorbent. Each heat exchanger has two passageways for the working medium steam. The heat exchangers are spaced apart, and their ends on both sides are permanently attached to two parallel sealing plates fixed horizontally in the sorption section chamber. The essence of the adsorption unit of the refrigeration device, constituting the adsorption bed, formed by heat exchangers in the form of cylindrical members filled with sorbent, which are spaced apart, and their ends on both sides are permanently attached to two sealing plates parallel to each other in rectangular shape, consisting in the fact that the cylindrical parts of the heat exchangers are short sleeves, and their ends are attached to the through-sealing plates through holes covered with a mesh, which create perforations in the places corresponding to the holes of the sleeves. The design-based solution, through the use of short sleeves, the ends of which are fixed in the openings of the sealing plates, enables the creation of a modular structure of the sorption sections, by combining subsequent adsorption units in any configuration, horizontal or vertical, depending on the conditions and limitations of the installation place of the device and reaching the desired cooling capacity. The design of the unit according to the pattern makes it possible to reduce the dimensions of the cooling device. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 schematically shows the adsorption unit in a longitudinal section, Fig. 2 - the adsorption unit in a top view, and Fig. 3 - the adsorption unit in a cooling device. The adsorption unit 6, which is located in each of the sorption sections 4 and 4 of the casing 1 of the cooling device, constituting the adsorption bed, consists of short copper sleeves 8 with a diameter of 9 cm PL 72 132 Y1 3 and a height of 3 cm, in which there is a sorbent 9 in the form of silica gel. The sleeves 8 are spaced apart and their ends are fixedly attached to two sealing plates 10 made of an insulating material parallel to each other. The sealing plates 10 are provided with holes 11 covered by a net 12, which form perforations 13 in places corresponding to the holes 14 of the sleeves 8 attached to them at the front. The sleeves with the sorbent are also heat exchangers. PL PL PL PL
