Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest segment trasy przenośnika zgrzebłowego składający się z profili bocznych (1) prowadzących łańcuch ze zgrzebłami, które to profile połączone są z płytą ślizgową (6) oraz płytą zamykającą (7) i zaopatrzone są w zastawki (8) charakteryzujący się tym, że profile boczne (1) prowadzące łańcuch ze zgrzebłami połączone są rozłącznie z płytą ślizgową (6) poprzez czopy ustalające (3) przechodzące przez otwory (2) na profilach bocznych (1) oraz poprzez umieszczone na czopach ustalających (3) nakrętki (5), a z płytą zamykającą (7) poprzez czopy gwintowane (4) umieszczone na przeciwległych końcach profili bocznych (1) oraz umieszczone na czopach gwintowanych (4) nakrętki (5), a zastawki (8) połączone są rozłącznie z profilami bocznymi (1) poprzez połączenie wahliwe w postaci zawiasu (9) i zapięcia naprężającego (10) zaopatrzonego w ruchomy hak, ponadto płyta ślizgowa (6), płyta zamykająca (7) jak i zastawki (8) są w postaci stalowych rdzeni zatopionych w tworzywie sztucznym.
