Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zabawki przejawiajaca sie w jej oryginalnym ksztalcie i budowie konstrukcyjnej. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, n a których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok perspektywiczny pojazdu, fig.2 - przedstawia jego widok z boku oraz fig. 3 - przedstawia widok z przodu pojazdu. Jak pokazano na fotografiach - zabawka stanowiaca przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z korpusu, który za posrednictwem elementu amortyzujacego polaczony jest z podwoziem wyposazonym w tylnej czesci w dwa kola umieszczone na wspólnej poziomej osi. Natomiast w przedniej czesci korpusu - na pionowej obrotowej osi przechodzacej przez korpus - osadzona jest u góry nad powierzchnia korpusu kierownica, a ponizej pod korpusem umieszczone sa szerokie, ozdobne widelki, których konce ramion polaczone saz przednim kolem. Widelki te maja ksztalt zblizony do parabofi o skierowanych w dól ramionach. Przez konce tych ramion przechodzi os przedniego kola. Os ta - symetrycznie po obydwu stronach zalamana jest w ksztalt litery „z" i zakonczona jest z kazdej strony pojazdu pedalem.Caly korpus zabawki jest tak uksztaltowany, ze w srodkowej czesci tworzy zaglebienie stanowiace wygodne i stabilne siedlisko dla dziecka, w przedniej czesci jest lagodnym lukiem uniesiony w góre i w tylnej czesci jeszcze lagodniejszym lukiem jest takze uniesiony w góre. Ponadto powierzchnia korpusu jest tak symetrycznie uksztaltowana, ze wykonane na niej zaglebienia i wypuklosci imituja budowe motorka ze szczególnym zaznaczeniem zbiornika paliwa i silnika. Równiez kola pojazdu na swej obwodowej powierzchni posiadaja równomiernie rozmieszczone zaglebienia imitujace opony, przy czym na tylnych kolach opony sa znacznie szersze od opony kola przedniego i kola tylne sa pelne. Natomiast opona przedniego kola jest znacznie wezsza i kolo to posiada miedzy szprychami przeswity co znacznie zwieksza atrakcyjnosc zabawki Dekoracyjne zaglebienia wykonane sa takze na raczkach kierownicy i na siedzisku oraz na pedalach. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a three-wheeled vehicle, a toy intended for preschool children. The essence of the design is the new form of the toy, manifested in its original shape and structural design. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the vehicle, Fig. 2 shows its side view, and Fig. 3 shows the front view of the vehicle. As shown in the photographs, the toy constituting the subject of the industrial design consists of a body connected by a shock-absorbing element to a chassis equipped at the rear with two wheels placed on a common horizontal axis. In the front of the body, on a vertical rotatable axis passing through the body, a handlebar is mounted above the body, and below the body are wide, decorative forks, the ends of which are connected to the front wheel. These forks are shaped similar to a parabolic arch with arms pointing downward. The front wheel axle runs through the ends of these arms. This axle is symmetrically bent on both sides into a "Z" shape and terminates on each side of the vehicle with a pedal. The entire body of the toy is shaped so that in the middle it forms a recess, providing a comfortable and stable seat for the child, in the front it forms a gentle upward arch, and in the rear it also forms an even gentler upward arch. Furthermore, the body surface is symmetrically shaped so that the recesses and convexities imitate the structure of a motorbike, with particular emphasis on the fuel tank and engine. The vehicle's wheels also have evenly spaced recesses on their circumferential surfaces, imitating tires, with the rear wheels having tires that are significantly wider than the front tires, and the rear wheels being solid. The front tire is significantly narrower and has gaps between the spokes, which significantly increases the toy's appeal. Decorative recesses are also featured on the handlebar grips, seat, and pedals. Individual vehicle components, such as the body, handlebars, chassis, wheels, forks, and pedals, are finished in various colors, enhancing the toy's decorative appeal and enhancing its educational value, teaching children not only how to ride and steer, but also how to distinguish colors. Colorful stickers can be affixed to the vehicle's surface.
