Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu i budowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 uwidoczniono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii, na której na fig. 2 przedstawiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym na fig. 3 przedstawiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku od strony podstawy oraz na fig. 4 przedstawiono uchwyt meblowy rozlozony na elementy skladowe. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o kwadratowej podstawie. Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fotografii fig. 2 do fig. 4 ma ksztalt bryly skomponowanej z dwóch, róznej wielkosci, polaczonych rozlacznie ze soba elementów, z których jeden stanowa obejme, drugi jest w ksztalcie stylizowanego grzybka, którego noga jest chowana w obejme w ten sposób, ze w rezultacie powstaje bry- la w formie prostopadloscianu, przy czym w nodze grzybka jest umieszczona gwintowana tulejka. Element w ksztalcie stylizowanego grzybka, jest wykonany z drewna, jak pokaza- no na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 2 do fig. 4.Elementy uchwytu moga byc wykonane z róznego rodzaju surowców i w róznych kolorach. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from its shape and construction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the furniture handle, and in the photograph, in which Fig. 2 shows a general view of the furniture handle, Fig. 3 shows the furniture handle from the base side, and Fig. 4 shows the furniture handle disassembled into its component elements. The furniture handle is characterized by having a generally rectangular shape with a square base when viewed from the side. The furniture handle shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photographs Fig. 2 to Fig. 4 has the shape of a solid composed of two different-sized, detachably connected elements, one of which constitutes a clamp, the other in the shape of a stylized mushroom, the leg of which is retracted into the clamp so that a cuboid shape is created, with a threaded sleeve placed in the mushroom leg. The stylized mushroom-shaped element is made of wood, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 2 to Fig. 4. The handle elements can be made of various types of materials and in various colors.
