Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest generator synchroniczny dwuwirnikowy z magnesami trwałymi z pojedynczą sekcją indukowania siły elektromotorycznej oraz układem własnym zmiany kierunku obrotów, który charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z wirnika (5) z zamocowanym układem magnesów trwałych (8), ułożyskowanym w zespole łożysk (3) połączonym na sztywno z jednym wirnikiem (4) generatora synchronicznego i osadzonym w obudowie generatora (2) połączonym na sztywno z wałem (1) na którym osadzono koło napędowe przekładni pasowej (18) o przełożeniu 1:1 współpracujące z kołem (16) napędzanym osadzonym na wale napędowym (17) przekładni zębatej (25) o przełożeniu 1:1 ułożyskowanym łożyskami tocznymi (19) i (22) na końcu którego znajduje się koło zębate (24) napędowe przekładni zębatej (25), której drugie koło zębate (23) osadzone jest na wale (20) ułożyskowanym łożyskami (21) i (27) na którym osadzone jest koło (26) przekładni pasowej (13) o przełożeniu 1:1 zawierającej koło pasowe (11) osadzone na wale (10) połączonym na sztywno z wirnikiem (6) zawierającym uzwojony magnetowód (7), a który to wał osadzony jest w zespole łożysk tocznych (9) i na którym osadzono zespół pierścieni (15) z układem szczotek (14) połączonym z kablem (12) odprowadzającym energię elektryczną.The subject of the application is a two-rotor synchronous generator with permanent magnets with a single electromotive force induction section and a proprietary system for changing the direction of rotation, which is characterized by the fact that it consists of a rotor (5) with a fixed system of permanent magnets (8), mounted in a set of bearings (3 ) rigidly connected to one rotor (4) of the synchronous generator and mounted in the generator housing (2) rigidly connected to the shaft (1) on which the drive pulley of the belt transmission (18) with a ratio of 1:1 cooperating with the driven pulley (16) was mounted mounted on the drive shaft (17) of the toothed gear (25) with a ratio of 1:1, bearing rolling bearings (19) and (22) at the end of which there is a gear (24) driving the gear (25), whose second gear (23 ) is mounted on the shaft (20) bearing bearings (21) and (27) on which the wheel (26) of the belt transmission (13) with a ratio of 1:1 is mounted, containing the pulley (11) mounted on the shaft e (10) rigidly connected to the rotor (6) containing a wound magnetic core (7), and which shaft is mounted in a set of rolling bearings (9) and on which a set of rings (15) with a system of brushes (14) connected to a cable (12) discharging electricity.
