In the following, the subject matter of the utility model will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of an apparatus for analyzing a process suspension sample stream, Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of an apparatus for analyzing a process suspension sample stream, Fig. 3 shows a third embodiment of an apparatus for analyzing a process suspension sample stream, Fig. 4 shows a fourth embodiment of an apparatus for analyzing a process suspension sample stream, Fig. 5 shows a fifth embodiment of an apparatus for analyzing a process suspension sample stream, Fig. 6 shows a sixth embodiment of an apparatus for analyzing a process suspension sample stream, and Fig. 7 shows a slurry analysis system comprising a plurality of apparatuses for analyzing a process suspension sample stream. A first apparatus 1 for analyzing a process suspension sample stream 2, such as a mineral flotation slurry sample, and certain embodiments and variants of the apparatus will be described in more detail. The apparatus includes a flow chamber 3 bounded by a wall 4, an inlet pipe 5 having a first central axis A and configured to introduce a process suspension sample stream 2 into the flow chamber 3, and an outlet pipe 6 having a second central axis B and configured to withdraw the process suspension sample stream 2 from the flow chamber 3. The inlet pipe 5 and the outlet pipe 6 are preferably, but not necessarily, circular in cross-section. An inlet pipe 5 is positioned at the inlet end 7 of flow chamber 3. Flow chamber 3 has a collision end 8 at the opposite end of flow chamber 3 from inlet end 7. The collision end 8 is configured to be impinged by process suspension sample stream 2 which configured inlet pipe 5 introduces into flow chamber 3 to create a turbulent section 9 in process suspension sample stream 2 in flow chamber 3. An outlet pipe 6 is positioned in wall 4 at a distance C from collision end 8. The angle (not designated by a reference numeral or sign) between the first central axis A of inlet pipe 5 and the second central axis B of outlet pipe 6 is from 30 to 120°, preferably from 80 to 100°, most preferably about 90°. The apparatus includes a measurement probe 10 in a flow chamber 3. The measurement probe 10 is configured to analyze a process suspension sample stream 2 by analyzing a turbulent section 9 of the process suspension sample stream 2. The apparatus provides good representativeness of the process suspension sample stream due to the formation of a turbulent section in the process suspension sample stream. This means, for example, that the apparatus removes classification such as laminar flow portions in the process suspension sample stream by creating a turbulent section and analyzing the turbulent section, resulting in a good representative analysis of the process suspension sample stream. Due to the formation of a turbulent section in the process suspension sample stream, the apparatus can be used for analyzing horizontal flow, where classification problems may occur, and for analyzing vertical flows. In the apparatus 1 shown in Figs. 1, 3, 5 and 6, the measurement probe 10 is disposed at least partially between the interference end 8 and the outlet pipe 6 in the flow chamber 3. In the apparatus 1 shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, the measurement probe 10 projects from the wall 4 into the flow chamber 3. In the apparatus 1 shown in Fig. 4, the measurement probe 10 projects from the outlet pipe 6 in the flow chamber 3. The measurement probe 10 preferably, but not necessarily, comprises a pipe 11 delimiting the tubular chamber 12, a window 13 at the free end 14 of the pipe 11, in which the window 13 closes the free end 14 of the pipe 11, a source 15 of electromagnetic radiation in the tubular chamber 12, wherein the electromagnetic radiation source 15 is configured to emit electromagnetic radiation 16 through the window 13, and the electromagnetic radiation detecting sensor 17 is configured to receive scattered electromagnetic radiation 18 scattered from the process slurry sample stream 2 through the window 13. If the apparatus includes a measurement probe 10 as described, the electromagnetic radiation source 15 is preferably, but not necessarily, configured to emit electromagnetic radiation 16 having a wavelength of 150 to 2500 nm. The electromagnetic radiation source 15 may be a lamp or a laser. If the apparatus includes a measurement probe 10 as described, the tube 11 is preferably, but not necessarily, made at least partially of at least one of a metal, a polymer, or a ceramic to improve the wear resistance of the tube 11. If the apparatus includes a measurement probe 10 as described, the window 13 is preferably, but not necessarily, made of sapphire glass or tempered glass and/or includes a coating to improve the wear resistance of the window 13. If the apparatus includes a measurement probe 10 as described, the sensor 17 for detecting electromagnetic radiation may include an optical fiber 22 in the tube 11, said optical fiber 22 being configured to guide scattered electromagnetic radiation 18 to an optical analysis means, such as an optical spectrometer. Alternatively, an optical analysis device, such as an optical spectrometer, may be positioned in the tubular chamber 12. If the apparatus includes a measuring probe 10 as described, an extension path (not shown in the figures) of the outlet tube 6 preferably, but not necessarily, intersects the free end 14 of the tube 11 of the measuring probe 10. An advantage of this arrangement is that the free end 14 with the window 13 is at the outlet, which means, for example, that the sample stream of the process suspension leaving the flow chamber 3 rinses through the window 13. If the apparatus includes a measuring probe 10 as described, the tube 11 of the measuring probe 10 preferably, but not necessarily, extends from the wall 4 in the flow chamber 3 so that the free end 14 of the tube 11 is located in the flow chamber 3 at a distance from the wall 4 and so that the window 13 of the measuring probe 10 is located in the flow chamber 3 at a certain distance from the wall 4. The advantage of this arrangement is that it allows for a better positioning of the window 13 in the turbulent section 9 of the process suspension sample stream 2. In the apparatus 1 shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4, wall 4 includes a wall 19 at the inlet end 7. In the apparatus 1 shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, wall 4 includes a planar interference wall 20 at the interference end 8, and the interference wall 20 extends perpendicular to the first central axis A of the inlet pipe 5. The planar interference wall 20 arranged in such a way provides particularly good turbulence in the process suspension sample stream 2 in the flow chamber 3. If the apparatus 1 has a planar interference wall 20 and a measurement probe 10 of any of the described embodiments having a free end 14 and a window 13 closing the free end 14, the measurement probe 10 preferably extends from the flat collision wall 20 in the flow chamber 3 by a distance D which is greater than the distance C between the outlet pipe 6 and the collision end 8, as illustrated in Fig. 1. The advantage of this arrangement is that the free end 14 with the window 13 of the pipe 11 of the measuring probe 10 is located above the outlet pipe and the window 13 of the measuring probe 10 is therefore flushed with the sample stream of the process suspension leaving the flow chamber 3 and kept clean. If wall 4 of apparatus 1 includes both wall 19 and interference wall 20 as shown, wall 4 preferably, but not necessarily, includes a perimeter wall 21 between wall 19 at inlet end 7 and interference wall 20 at interference end 8. If wall 4 includes a perimeter wall 21 as shown, the cross-section of flow chamber 3 is preferably, but not necessarily, the same between wall 19 and interference wall 20, except at inlet pipe 5, outlet pipe 6 and measurement probe 10. The cross-section may, for example, be a circle, a square, a square with rounded edges, a rectangle, or a rectangle with rounded edges. The distance between the wall 19 and the interference wall 20 is preferably, but not necessarily, 200 to 400% of the width of the flow chamber 3. The width of the flow chamber 3 depends on the cross-sectional shape of the flow chamber 3 and may for example be the diameter of the flow chamber 3 or the distance between the opposite walls. If wall 4 of apparatus 1 includes both wall 19 and collision wall 20, as shown, the cross-section of flow chamber 3 may alternatively vary, i.e., enlarge towards collision wall 20, between wall 19 and collision wall 20. If wall 4 includes circumferential wall 21, as shown, measurement probe 10 may extend from circumferential wall 21 in flow chamber 3. The largest cross-sectional area of flow chamber 3 of apparatus 1 is preferably, but not necessarily, 150 to 350% of the cross-sectional area of inlet pipe 5 to provide sufficient space in the flow chamber for turbulence in process suspension sample stream 2. The inlet pipe 5 preferably, but not necessarily, extends into the section of the flow chamber 3 bounded by the wall 4. This improves wear resistance. The outlet pipe 6 preferably, but not necessarily, extends into the section of the flow chamber 3 bounded by the wall 4. This improves wear resistance. Next, a system, not according to the utility model, for slurry analysis comprising a plurality of apparatuses 1 according to any embodiment as described herein will be described in more detail. In the slurry analysis system, the inlet pipe 5 of each apparatus 1 is in fluid communication with the main sampling means 23, such as a pressure pipe sampling device or a gravity flow sampling device, and configured to receive a sample stream cut from the process stream 24. In the slurry analysis system, the outlet pipe 6 of each apparatus 1 is configured to be selectively in fluid communication with an analyzer 25, e.g., an X-ray fluorescence elemental analyzer, configured to further analyze the process slurry sample stream, or with a return line 26. The following will be described in more detail below. a method, not according to the utility model, for analyzing a stream 2 of a process suspension sample such as a mineral flotation suspension sample and certain examples and variants of the method. The method includes providing an apparatus 1 having a flow chamber 3 bounded by a wall 4, an inlet pipe 5 having a first central axis A and configured to introduce a process slurry sample stream 2 into the flow chamber 3, and an outlet pipe 6 having a second central axis B and configured to withdraw a process slurry sample stream 2 from the flow chamber 3. The inlet pipe 5 in such an apparatus 1 is positioned at an inlet end 7 of the flow chamber 3. The flow chamber 3 in such an apparatus 1 has an interference end 8 at an opposite end of the flow chamber 3 relative to the inlet end 7 and configured to be impinged by the process slurry sample stream 2 which the inlet pipe 5 configured introduces into the flow chamber 3 to form a turbulent section 9. in a sample stream 2 of the process suspension in a flow chamber 3. An outlet pipe 6 in such an apparatus 1 is disposed in a wall 4 at a distance C from the interference end 8. The angle between a first central axis A of the inlet pipe 5 and a second central axis B of the outlet pipe 6 in such an apparatus 1 is from 30 to 120°, preferably from 80 to 100°, most preferably about 90°. The method comprises providing a measuring probe 10 and placing the measuring probe 10 in the flow chamber 3. The method includes introducing a process suspension sample stream 2 through an inlet pipe 5 into a flow chamber 3 such that the process suspension sample stream 2 impinges on a collision end 8 and causes a turbulent section 9 to form in the process suspension sample stream 2 in the flow chamber 3. The method includes discharging the process suspension sample stream 2 through an outlet pipe 6 from the flow chamber 3. The method includes analyzing the process suspension sample stream 2 by analyzing the turbulent section 9 of the process suspension sample stream 2. The method provides good representativeness of the process suspension sample stream due to the formation of the turbulent section in the process suspension sample stream. This means, for example, that the method removes classification, such as laminar sections present in a process suspension sample stream, by creating a turbulent section and analyzing the turbulent section, thereby obtaining a good representative analysis of the process suspension sample stream. Because of the creation of a turbulent section in the process suspension sample stream, the method can be used to analyze both horizontal flow, where classification problems may occur, and vertical flows. The method may include positioning a measurement probe 10 at least partially between the interference end 8 and the outlet tube 6 in the flow chamber 3, as shown in Figs. 1, 3, 5, and 6. The method may include positioning the measurement probe 10 so that it extends from a wall 4 in the flow chamber 3, as shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6. The method may include positioning the measurement probe 10 so that it extends from the outlet tube 6 in the flow chamber 3, as shown in Fig. 4. The provided measurement probe 10 preferably, but not necessarily, comprises a tube 11 bounding the tubular chamber 12, a window 13 at the free end 14 of the tube 11, wherein the window 13 closes the free end 14 of the tube 11, a source 15 of electromagnetic radiation in the tubular chamber 12, wherein the source The electromagnetic radiation source 15 is configured to emit electromagnetic radiation 16 through a window 13, and the electromagnetic radiation detecting sensor 17 is configured to receive scattered electromagnetic radiation 18 scattered from the process slurry sample stream 2 through the window 13. If the method provides a measurement probe 10 as described, the method preferably, but not necessarily, includes emitting electromagnetic radiation 16 having a wavelength of 150 to 2500 nm from the electromagnetic radiation source 15. The electromagnetic radiation source 15 may be a lamp or a laser. If the method provides a measurement probe 10 as described, the provided probe tube 11 is preferably, but not necessarily, made at least partially of at least one of a metal, a polymer, or a ceramic to improve wear resistance. If a measurement probe 10 is provided in the method as described, the provided window 13 of the measurement probe 10 is preferably, but not necessarily, made of sapphire glass or tempered glass and/or includes a coating to improve wear resistance. If a measurement probe 10 is provided in the method as described, the provided sensor 17 for detecting electromagnetic radiation of the measurement probe 10 may include an optical fiber 22 in the tube 11, said optical fiber 22 being configured to conduct scattered electromagnetic radiation 18 to an optical analysis means, the method comprising conducting scattered electromagnetic radiation 18 from the sensor 17 for detecting electromagnetic radiation to the optical analysis means. Alternatively, an optical analysis device, such as an optical spectrometer, may be disposed in the tube 11. If the method provides a measurement probe 10 as described, the method preferably, but not necessarily, comprises placing the measurement probe 10 in the flow chamber so that a path extending from the outlet tube 6 intersects the free end 14 of the tube 11 of the measurement probe 10. An advantage of this arrangement is that the free end 14 with the window 13 is at the outlet, meaning, for example, that a sample stream of the process suspension rinses through the window 13. If the method provides a measurement probe 10 as described, the method preferably, but not necessarily, comprises placing the measurement probe 10 in the flow chamber 3 so that the tube 11 of the measurement probe 10 protrudes from the wall 4 of the flow chamber 3 so that the free end 14 of the pipe 11 is located in the flow chamber 3 at a distance from the wall 4, and so that the window 13 of the measuring probe 10 is located in the flow chamber 3 at a distance from the wall 4. The advantage of this arrangement is that it allows for better positioning of the window 13 in the turbulent section 9 of the process suspension sample stream 2. The method may include providing apparatus 1 having a wall 4 having a wall 19 at the inlet end 7. The method may include providing apparatus 1 having a wall 4 including a planar interference wall 20 at the interference end 8 such that the interference wall 20 extends perpendicular to a first central axis A of the inlet pipe 5. If the method includes providing apparatus 1 having a wall 4 including a planar interference wall 20 and a measurement probe 10 of any described embodiment having a free end 14 and a window 13 closing the free end 14, the method preferably includes positioning the measurement probe 10 so that it extends from the planar interference wall 20 in the flow chamber 3 by a distance D that is greater than the distance C between the outlet pipe 6 and the outlet pipe 5. the interference end 8, as illustrated in Fig. 1. The advantage of this arrangement is that the free end 14 with the window 13 of the tube 11 of the measuring probe 10 is located above the outlet pipe and the window 13 of the measuring probe 10 is therefore rinsed with the sample stream of the process suspension and kept clean. If the method comprises providing an apparatus 1 having a wall 4 comprising a wall 19 and a planar interference wall 20, the provided wall 4 of the apparatus 1 preferably, but not necessarily, additionally has a peripheral wall 21 between the wall 19 at the inlet end 7 and the interference wall 20 at the interference end 8. The cross-section of the flow chamber 3 of the provided apparatus 1 may, except at the inlet pipe 5, outlet pipe 6 and measurement probe 10, be the same between the wall 19 and the interference wall 20. The cross-section may, for example, be a circle, a square, a square with rounded edges, a rectangle, or a rectangle with rounded edges. In such a case, the distance between the wall 19 and the interference wall 20 is preferably 200 to 400% of the width of the flow chamber 3 in the provided apparatus 1. The width of the flow chamber 3 depends on the cross-sectional shape of the flow chamber 3 and may for example be the diameter of the flow chamber 3 or the distance between the opposite walls. If wall 4 of apparatus 1 has both a wall 19 and a collision wall 20 as shown, the cross-section of flow chamber 3 of provided apparatus 1 may alternatively vary, such as enlarge, towards collision wall 20 between wall 19 and collision wall 20. If wall 4 has a peripheral wall 21 as shown, measurement probe 10 may be arranged to extend from peripheral wall 21 to flow chamber 3. The largest cross-sectional area of flow chamber 3 of provided apparatus 1 is preferably, but not necessarily, 150 to 350% of the cross-sectional area of inlet pipe 5. Inlet pipe 5 of provided apparatus 1 extends preferably, but not necessarily, to the section of flow chamber 3 bounded by This improves wear resistance. The outlet pipe 6 of the supplied apparatus 1 extends preferably, but not necessarily, into the section of the flow chamber 3 bounded by the wall 4. This improves wear resistance. It will be apparent to a person skilled in the art that, as technology advances, the basic idea of the present utility model can be implemented in various ways. The present utility model and its embodiments are therefore not limited to the above examples but may vary within the scope of the claims.PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
