Z opisu zgloszeniowego wzoru uzytkowego PL334143A1 znany jest zespól laczacy plyty war- stwowe, w którym kazda z plyt sklada sie z metalowych warstw wierzchnich z umieszczonym pomiedzy nimi rdzeniem z innego, korzystnie izolacyjnego, materialu. Ten znany zespól laczacy plyty warstwowe stanowia konce laczonych plyt, z których kazda posiada z jednej strony odgieta warstwe wierzchnia. W jednej plycie, bezposrednio w poblizu warstwy wierzchniej, rdzen wystaje poza obreb odgietej jej czesci. W drugiej plycie odgieta czesc warstwy wystaje poza obreb rdzenia. Nowe zlacze do laczenia plyty warstwowej do stalowej konstrukcji zwieksza nosnosc polaczen pomiedzy plytami warstwowymi a konstrukcja. Well-known solutions for connecting sandwich panels to metal structures use long self-drilling screws. However, due to low stiffness, forces in the plane of the skin are transferred only to the internal cladding, which limits the load-bearing capacity of such connections. From the patent description PL178714B1, a joint of roof sandwich panels is known, in which one panel has a lower cladding protruding beyond the thermal insulation layer and bent parallel towards this layer, and the lower cladding of the other panel has a longitudinal recess with a width greater than the length of the protruding part of the cladding. The upper cladding of the boards has longitudinal, perpendicularly bent collars, with the first collar being higher than the second collar. Both stand-up collars in the upper part are bent at an angle of 180°, creating a ridge. From the description of the application for invention PL339871A1, a combination of roof sandwich panels is known, in which the panels are composed of two claddings made of sheet metal, varnished on both sides, which are inseparably connected to the core, finished with a groove and a tongue. The contact plane, conventionally derived from between the cladding of each board, divides the elements connecting the boards so that the position of the rabbet, the groove and the tongue of the load-bearing node is directed to the right. The rabbet consists of two appropriately shaped linings, and the node is the mutual connection of the supporting elements of the bracket with the guide. From the description of the utility model application PL334143A1, there is a known assembly connecting sandwich panels, in which each panel consists of metal surface layers with a core of another, preferably insulating, material placed between them. This known assembly of sandwich panels consists of the ends of the connected panels, each of which has a bent top layer on one side. In one plate, directly near the surface layer, the core protrudes beyond the bent part. In the second plate, the bent part of the layer protrudes beyond the core. Between the boards, along their connection, there is a strip whose cross-section is similar to the letter L, the shorter arm of which is connected to the lock formed by the surface layers on the other side of the board of the connecting unit. The purpose of the utility model is to increase the load-bearing capacity of the connections between sandwich panels and the structure. A joint for connecting a sandwich panel to a steel structure containing a self-drilling screw, according to the utility model, is characterized by the fact that it contains a profile in the shape of a cylinder open on both sides, in the upper part of which there is an inlet hole, which ends with a hole placed on the opposite side of the profile, outlet hole, and on the profile, from the side of the inlet hole, there is a circular flange housing, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the profile, and in the central part of this flange housing there is a through hole for a self-drilling screw, and on the profile, under the flange housing, there is sealing washer. Preferably, grooves are made in the upper part of the profile, covering at most 25% of its external surface, and the profile diameter is from 50 mm to 60 mm. The new joint for connecting the sandwich panel to the steel structure increases the load-bearing capacity of the connections between the sandwich panels and the structure. Thanks to the use of a large profile diameter, the pressure area against the steel structure is much larger, which reduces stresses in the sheet metal. The stiffness of the profile also enables the transfer of in-plane forces to the external cladding of the sandwich panel, which doubles the load-bearing capacity of the connection. Including the external cladding of the sandwich panel in cooperation, while simultaneously making connections between the external cladding of the adjacent sandwich panels, allows for the transfer of forces from one panel to the other, which significantly increases the stiffness of the entire cladding, thanks to which the cladding cooperates better with the structure in transferring loads, increasing its stability and reducing its effort, which leads to its greater load-bearing capacity and more economical design. The subject of the utility model is explained in more detail in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a joint for connecting a sandwich panel to a steel structure in longitudinal section. The joint for connecting the sandwich panel 1 to the steel structure, according to the utility model, in the first embodiment, is characterized by the fact that it contains a profile 2, which has the shape of a cylinder open on both sides, the diameter of which is 50 mm. In the upper part of profile 2, there is an inlet hole, which ends with an outlet hole, which is in the lower part of profile 2. In the upper part of profile 2, from the side of the inlet hole, there is a circular flange fitting 3, which in the central part has a through hole in which a self-drilling screw 4 is placed, which presses the joint to the upper strip of the sandwich panel 1 and absorbs the transverse force. The flange fitting 3 is several millimeters thick. The diameter of the flange fitting 3 is larger than the diameter of the profile 2. A sealing washer 5 is placed on the profile 2, under the flange fitting 3, which prevents water from entering the hole in the sandwich panel 1. On 25% of the outer surface of the profile 2, grooves 6 are made in its upper part, which makes the profile corrugated, which allows for a tighter fit to the external cladding of the sandwich panel 1 and a more effective transfer of loads to it. Placing the joint requires previously drilling a hole in the sandwich panel 1 with the diameter of profile 2. The joint for connecting the sandwich panel 1 to the steel structure, according to the utility model, in the second example of implementation, the same as in the first example, except that the diameter of profile 2 is 55 mm, and the grooves 6 are made on 10% of the outer surface of profile 2. A joint for connecting sandwich panel 1 to a steel structure, according to the utility model, in the third embodiment example, the same as in the first example, with this that the diameter of profile 2 is 60 mm, and the grooves 6 are made on 15% of the outer surface of profile 2. A joint for connecting sandwich panel 1 to a steel structure, according to the utility model, in the fourth embodiment, the same as in the first example, with this that the flange 3 has a thickness of two millimeters. A joint for connecting the sandwich panel 1 to a steel structure, according to the utility model, in the fifth embodiment, the same as in the first example, except that the flange fitting 3 has a thickness of six millimeters. A joint for connecting the sandwich panel 1 to a steel structure, according to the utility model, in the sixth embodiment, the same as in the first example, except that the flange fitting 3 has a thickness of ten millimeters.
