Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy zestawu ciężkiego do kolejki podwieszonej, znajdującego zastosowanie przy transporcie ładunków o bardzo dużej masie i/lub gabarytach w górnictwie podziemnym. Zestaw transportowy ciężki (1) podwieszony jest przejezdnie na torze jezdnym za pomocą pogrupowanych parami i usytuowanych szeregowo wózków jezdnych (2). Każda para jezdnych (2) ma swoją trawersę podstawową, z których każda ma siedlisko przegubowe o pionowej osi obrotu O<sub>1</sub>. Pod trawersy podstawowe podwieszone są trawersy pośrednie również z siedliskami przegubowymi, w których od dołu zamocowane są trawersy dolne z siedliskami przegubowymi. W siedliskach przegubowych osadzone są od góry trawersy poprzeczne, z których każda na obydwóch swych końcach ma suwaki ślizgowe (12) na łańcuchach (13) osadzone przesuwnie w poziomie w podłużnych szczelinach korpusów podłużnic. Podłużnice wyposażone są w siłowniki hydrauliczne napędzające cięgna wyposażone na końcach w zawiesia do podwieszania transportowanych elementów (1). Korzystnie siedliska przegubowe są przegubami kulowymi o pionowej osi obrotu O<sub>1</sub>, O<sub>2</sub>, O<sub>3</sub>.The application concerns a heavy set for a suspended monorail, used for the transport of loads of very large weight and/or dimensions in underground mining. The heavy transport set (1) is suspended on the carriageway by means of trolleys (2) grouped in pairs and arranged in series. Each pair of wheels (2) has its basic traverse, each of which has an articulated seat with a vertical axis of rotation O<sub>1</sub>. Under the basic traverses, intermediate traverses are suspended, also with articulated seats, in which lower traverses with articulated seats are attached from the bottom. In articulated seats, transverse traverses are embedded from above, each of which, at both ends, has sliding sliders (12) on chains (13) set movably horizontally in the longitudinal slots of the stringer bodies. The stringers are equipped with hydraulic cylinders that drive the tie rods, equipped at the ends with slings for suspending the transported elements (1). Preferably, the articulated seats are O<sub>1</sub>, O<sub>2</sub>, O<sub>3</sub> vertical axis ball joints.
