Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest brodzik prysznicowy do stosowania w pomieszczeniach la- zienkowych. Znane brodziki z ukladem odplywowym utworzone sa z czaszy, wytloczki wykonanej z tworzyw sztucznych, najczesciej z akrylu oraz maja naniesione natryskowo wypelnienie warstwy pianki poliure- tanowej o nizszej gestosci. Wypelnienie to stanowi podpore brodzika posadzkowego przykladowo we- dlug zgloszenia nr PL W26691 pt. „Brodzik posadzkowy". Z opisu wzoru uzytkowego nr PL 68222 ujawniono brodzik prysznicowy skladajacy sie z prosto- katnego korpusu wyposazonego w niecke zawierajaca prostokatna rynne umieszczona wzdluz jednego z boków korpusu w miejscu splywu wody i wyposazona w otwór odplywowy. Brodzik prysznicowy wedlug wzoru uzytkowego sklada sie z czaszy wykonanej z blachy stalowej w ksztalcie prostokata. Wypelnienie czaszy brodzika stanowi pianka poliuretanowa o minimalnej gesto- sci 40 kg/m 3 . PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Design The subject of the utility model is a shower tray for use in bathrooms. Known shower trays with a drainage system are made of a bowl, an extrusion made of plastic, most often acrylic, and have a spray-applied filling of a layer of lower-density polyurethane foam. This filling provides support for the floor shower tray, for example, according to application no. PL W26691 entitled "Floor Shower Tray." The description of utility model no. PL 68222 discloses a shower tray consisting of a rectangular body equipped with a basin containing a rectangular gutter placed along one of the sides of the body at the water outlet and equipped with a drainage hole. The gutter is in the form of a recess in the bottom of the basin and is covered with a cover. This solution is characterized by a recess at the edges where the bottom of the basin meets the gutter, which is overlapped by the edges of the cover. Furthermore, the cover is an open-work plate. Preferably, the open-work plate is in the form of a grid. The cover is made of aluminum. Preferably, the cover thickness is equal to the height of the recess. Grooves are preferably located on the underside of the cover edge, the length of which is greater than the depth of the recess. The body is made of acrylic. The shower tray, according to the utility model, consists of a rectangular steel sheet bowl. The tray bowl is filled with polyurethane foam with a minimum density of 40 kg/m³. Beneath the filling is an adhesive joint of polyurethane foam with a well-known waterproofing mat. The shower tray has an opening with a socket for attaching a drain assembly with a plastic sleeve within, which forms its housing. The shower tray has a step at the junction of the polyurethane foam and the side edges of the walls for sealing after installation in its intended location. The solution according to the utility model, using a steel sheet bowl, extends the life of the shower tray, while filling the bowl with polyurethane foam significantly reduces the noise of water falling onto the tray and ensures thermal comfort. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the shower tray in half cross-section. Example of implementation: The shower tray has an embossed bowl 1 made of rectangular steel sheet and an opening with a socket 7 for mounting a drain set with a PVC sleeve 6 placed inside, which constitutes its housing. Polyurethane foam 3 with a minimum density of 40 kg/m3 is injected from the underside of the bowl 1. Then, after leveling the surface, an adhesive joint 4 made of polyurethane foam with a waterproofing mat 5 is applied. After installing the shower tray in its intended location, the tray is sealed by a step 8 located at the contact point of the polyurethane foam 3 and the side edges of the shower tray walls.
