Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest urzadzenie do przechowywania i platnej samoobslugowej wymiany pustych butli z gazem propan-butan na pelne butle z gazem propan-butan, napelnione gazem propan-butan. Sprzedaz i/lub wymiana pustych butli z gazem propan-butan (nazywanych dalej butlami) odbywa sie zazwyczaj w punktach wydawania firm dostarczajacych gazy przemyslowe w taki sposób, ze klient dostarcza pusta butle, zwraca wspomniana butle pracownikowi punktu wydawania i w zamian moze otrzymac pelna butle. Stacje paliw oferuja inna mozliwosc wymiany butli; butle zwykle sa przechowy- wane w zamykanych drucianych klatkach. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a device for storing and, for a fee, self-service exchange of empty propane-butane gas cylinders for full propane-butane gas cylinders filled with propane-butane gas. The sale and/or exchange of empty propane-butane gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as cylinders) typically takes place at the dispensing points of companies supplying industrial gases. The customer delivers an empty cylinder, returns the said cylinder to the dispensing point employee, and may receive a full cylinder in return. Gas stations offer another option for exchanging cylinders; cylinders are typically stored in locked wire cages. Gas station staff exchange or sell full cylinders, which also involves manually moving the cylinders. This activity is physically demanding for the operator, as a 10 kg cylinder containing its contents and casing can weigh up to 25 kg. This practice is currently inconvenient for gas station staff, as women typically work at gas stations. Payment for the dispensed gas cylinder is typically made inside the gas station, meaning both the employee and the customer must proceed from the dispensing point to the cash register. This is not only a waste of time but also requires two gas station staff members. At night, this gas cylinder exchange procedure is risky due to the possibility of accidents and possible attacks on employees. French patent application FR3002358 A1 describes the design of a device for the automatic storage and distribution of domestic gas cylinders. The device has an external frame mounted on support legs and is equipped with compartments that are closed by doors. Each compartment is designed to hold one gas cylinder. A fullness detector detects the presence or absence of a cylinder in the chamber. The detector is equipped with a weight sensor, i.e., a strain gauge, an electronic spring scale, or a pressure-measuring piston, located at the level of one of the support legs. The weight sensor measures changes in the device's weight. US patent application US2017140600 A1 describes a modular device for dispensing propane cylinders. The device has a main module connected to a number of add-on modules with spaces for accommodating large items, which are dispensed after payment is made via a credit card reader located in the control compartment of the main module on the front wall. The device is powered by alternating current and can be switched to direct current or to power by means of batteries charged by alternating current or solar energy or other sources. In turn, European patent application EP0269492 A1 discloses the design of a self-service dispensing device with return of dispensed packages, in particular cylinders of liquefied gas, having a cap protecting the filling head, in which there are two compartments, each constituting a place for a bottle, one intended to receive an empty dispensed container and the other containing a full container, the first being equipped with a means for detecting the weight and/or shape of said empty container and the second with a means for holding a full packaging container, said holding member of the second place only releasing the container when the sensing member of the first place detects the presence of an empty container in said first place. According to the invention, the means for detecting the placement of an empty bottle in the first compartment comprises a hook or similar means for gripping the bottle cap, which, under the action of the bottle's weight, lifts a collar or other similar means surrounding the cap and over the body of the full bottle located in the second compartment. The invention enables verification of whether a dispensed package has been safely returned with the protective cap. European patent application EP277874992 A1 discloses the design of an improved storage and dispensing device that comprises at least one section for storing and dispensing gas cylinders. The section has a number of compartments for storing gas cylinders. Each compartment has a lockable and releasable door and means for detecting the presence of a gas cylinder in the compartment. The device includes means for releasing the door of the empty chamber to accept an empty gas cylinder, which, when detected by the detection means, releases the door of the chamber containing the filled gas cylinder. In summary, devices for storing and self-service replacing empty propane-butane gas cylinders with full propane-butane gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as devices) are known, which consist of a plurality of cylinder compartments of different heights, placed one on top of the other and standing next to each other, fitted and tightly connected to each other, with lockable doors. In the known devices, the vertical projection of the cylinder compartments is identical, which facilitates their stacking. In the known devices, the individual compartments are stably attached to each other, for example, by means of screw connections, forming a compact unit. Given that two types of cylinders are most commonly used and interchanged, for example, those with a 2 kg and 10 kg fill, known devices use two types of lockers. The height of the locker for smaller cylinders is half the height of the locker for larger cylinders, and the surface area is the same. In known devices, a judicious combination of individual lockers allows the creation of a rectangular device. Devices are also known in which a control module is included in a group of lockable lockers and is stably mounted. This module includes a payment terminal that is part of the device and is connected electrically/electronically, wired or wirelessly, to electronically controlled elements – electronically controlled locks and internal verification elements of the lockable cylinder lockers. In known devices, each lockable cylinder compartment has a door equipped with an electronic lock, connected to a control module, which also serves as a payment terminal operating in accordance with applicable accounting regulations. It also has a verification device that indicates whether the compartment is occupied and recognizes whether the cylinder has the correct shape and weight, whether it is full or empty, and whether the compartment door was opened after the cylinder was inserted or removed. This data is displayed on the control module panel and/or the operator panel. Solar-powered systems are also sometimes used as a power source for known devices for storing and replacing gas cylinders. Due to the specific nature of the stored cylinders, which are intended for the transport and storage of liquefied propane-butane gas, a hazardous material with high volatility, flammability, and susceptibility to explosion, devices for storing and self-service exchanging empty gas cylinders for propane-butane gas constitute areas of relatively increased risk, which is exacerbated by a gas leak caused by leaking cylinder components and improper closure. The device, as designed in the utility model, for storing and self-service exchanging empty propane-butane gas cylinders for full propane-butane gas cylinders is characterized by an external gas leak sensor connected to a light alarm system, a control module, and an operator panel. The device's design, as per the utility model, is characterized by increased operational safety, and the use of a leak sensor informs about the occurrence of a gas leak and its possible accumulation, creating a significant risk of explosion. Activation of the sensor, activating the alarm system, and transmitting an appropriate signal to the control module and operator panel allows for early leak detection, notification of the leak, and the implementation of effective measures to prevent the explosion of gas leaking from the cylinders stored in the device. Other advantages and effects of the present utility model are shown in the drawing, where: Fig. 1 shows a diagram (front view) of a device for storing and self-service exchanging empty propane-butane gas cylinders with full propane-butane gas cylinders, Fig. 2 shows a vertical view of a device for storing and self-service exchanging empty propane-butane gas cylinders with full propane-butane gas cylinders. A device for storing and self-service replacing empty propane-butane gas cylinders with full propane-butane gas cylinders, hereinafter referred to as "device (Z)", is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The device consists of a supply unit and at least two pairs of lockable cylinder compartments A1, A2, B1, B2, arranged on top of each other and next to each other, aligned and closely connected by doors D, with identical vertical projection and at least two different heights, wherein the lockable cylinder compartments A1, A2 reach half the height of the lockable cylinder compartments B1, B2. Each lockable cylinder compartment A1, A2, B1, B2 is equipped with an electronically controlled door D lock 1 and an internal verification element 2 for assessing the size and weight of the cylinder. Control unit C, comprising a payment terminal which is part of device Z and is electronically connected, via a cable or wireless connection, to the electronically controlled door lock 1 of D and the internal verification element 2 of each lockable cylinder compartment A1, A2, B1, B2, is assigned to and closely connected to lockable cylinder compartments A1, A2, B1, B2. The shape and external dimensions of control unit C are the same as those of lockable cylinder compartments B1, B2. Lockable A1, A2 cylinder lockers accommodate small cylinders weighing 2 kg, while lockable A1 cylinder lockers for empty cylinders are reserved for empty cylinders, and lockable A2 cylinder lockers for full cylinders are reserved for 4 full cylinders, while lockable B1, B2 cylinder lockers are reserved for large cylinders weighing kg, while lockable B1 cylinder lockers for empty cylinders are reserved for empty cylinders, and lockable B2 cylinder lockers for full cylinders are reserved for full cylinders. The described configuration shown in Fig. 1 illustrates a device Z composed of three lockable compartments A1 for empty cylinders, three lockable compartments A2 for full cylinders, five lockable compartments B1 for empty cylinders, five lockable compartments B2 for full cylinders, and one control module C. Lockable compartments B2 for full cylinders, reserved for large, full cylinders, constitute the lower row of lockable compartments, complemented from the left by two lockable compartments A1 for empty small cylinders and two lockable compartments A2 for full small cylinders. The upper row, composed of five lockable compartments B1 for empty large cylinders, is mounted on the lower row of lockable compartments B2 for full cylinders. Two lockable compartments A1, A2 for small cylinders are attached to them from the left, one on top of the other. The top row ends on the left with the control unit C, connected to the central operator control panel. The shape of this assembled device resembles a cuboid. Externally, the device is equipped with a gas leak sensor 3, which indicates gas leaks and is connected to the control module C and the light alarm system S. An alternative power source for the device is a solar system. The device operates as follows: the initial situation can be defined as all lockable compartments A1 and B1 for empty cylinders are empty and ready to accept empty cylinders. All lockable compartments A2 and B2 for full cylinders hold full cylinders. Doors D of all lockable cylinder cabinets A1, A2, B1, and B2 are closed. When returning their empty cylinder to replace it with a full one, the customer selects an action on the control module C panel, such as exchanging the empty large cylinder for a full large cylinder. Payment instructions for the replacement will appear. The customer will pay by credit card or cash via the payment terminal. The door of one of the lockable empty cylinder lockers B1 will then open, the customer will insert the empty cylinder inside, and close the door of the lockable empty cylinder locker B1. If the internal verification element 2 evaluates the returned cylinder as valid, the door of one of the lockable full cylinder lockers B2 will open, and the customer will collect the full cylinder. As soon as the customer closes the door of the now empty locker B2, the payment terminal integrated with the control module C will print a receipt (tax document) for the customer. The operator may, at their discretion and if necessary, fill empty lockable compartments B2 with full cylinders or lockable cabinets A2 with full cylinders. The same applies to removing empty cylinders from lockable cabinets A1 and B1 for empty cylinders. Any faults, including a gas leak alarm, will be displayed on the control module panel C and the central operator control panel. The device can be used for the storage and self-service exchange of empty propane-butane gas cylinders for full propane-butane gas cylinders for a fee.
