Konstrukcja wykroju niweluje ryzyko niepoprawnego uformowania koszyka. 2–5 przedstawiaja etapy skladania i klejenia wykroju, fig. 6 przedstawia sklejony wykrój w postaci, w której trafia do uzytkownika, fig. 7 i 8 przedstawiaja etapy skladania opakowania do postaci gotowej, fig. 9 przedstawia koszyk w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku, a fig. 10 przedstawia koszyk w widoku z góry. Wykrój koszyka wedlug wzoru uzytkowego wykonany jest z pojedynczego arkusza tektury falistej. Wykrój dzielony jest liniami giecia na cztery prostokatne panele przylegajace do siebie wzdluz dluzszych wymiarów: panel dna 1, panele boczne 2 oraz panel dzielony liniami giecia i ciecia na zakladki 3 i uchwyt 4. Panel dna oraz panele boczne 2 wyposazone sa wzdluz krótszych wymiarów w oddzielone liniami giecia 9 klapy boczne 7 w ksztalcie trapezu. W jednym z narozy tych klap 7 znajduja sie oddzie- lone liniami giecia trójkatne skrzydelka 7a. Utility model PL57667Y1 describes a cuboid-shaped cardboard basket with cutouts and step-shaped protrusions in the longer sides and bottom walls. These protrusions are located in the lower corners of the basket. Each shorter side is connected at the top by a fold to a transverse wall connecting the longer sides. At the bottom, the shorter side ends with a folded tab on the outside of the basket, which rests on the protrusions. The basket has a handle located in its central part, which is connected to the longer sides by folds. The basket is formed from a single sheet of material divided by fold lines into four rectangular panels, with one panel containing fold lines and a handle, defined by cut lines. The disadvantage of this solution is that its assembly is more time-consuming, and the additional steps result in a loss of time, which translates into increased packaging costs. Other solutions available on the market, however, offer less protection against damage during transport, are less durable, and also tend to self-close and do not adhere to the contours of the basket. The basket blank is made from a single sheet of material divided by fold lines into a bottom panel with a flap, side panels, and a panel divided by fold lines and cut lines into side folds and a handle. The cut-out is characterized in that the side panels and the bottom panel are equipped along their shorter dimensions with trapezoidal side flaps separated by bending lines, in which in one of the corners there is a wing with a triangular outline separated by a bending line, and the tabs have the shape of rectangles connected to trapezoids, the shorter bases of which lie on the bending lines which are also the shorter edges of the panel with a handle, so that in the corners of this panel there are triangular fields, and the panel with a handle is equipped along its shorter dimension with trapezoidal side flaps, the longer bases of which lie on the bending lines, and in one of the corners of the tabs and side flaps there are triangular wings separated by bending lines, while the dimensions of the tabs and side flaps perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cut-out are equal to the shorter dimension of the side panels. This solution can be glued on processing machines such as folder-gluers. The design of the cutout eliminates the risk of incorrect basket formation. A corrugated cardboard basket is a single-use packaging, significantly lighter and cheaper than plastic crates. Another advantage of the basket is often its attractive appearance, achieved by applying multi-color prints. Thanks to the arrangement of flaps and gluing points, the packaging can be formed quickly and intuitively, without generating time losses, while increasing the durability of the packaging. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a basket blank, Figs. 2–5 show the stages of folding and gluing the blank, Fig. 6 shows the glued blank as it reaches the user, Figs. 7 and 8 show the stages of folding the package into its finished form, Fig. 9 shows the basket in a perspective view from above and from the side, and Fig. 10 shows the basket from above. The basket blank according to the utility model is made from a single sheet of corrugated cardboard. The blank is divided by bending lines into four rectangular panels adjacent to each other along their longer dimensions: bottom panel 1, side panels 2, and a panel divided by bending and cutting lines into tabs 3 and handle 4. The bottom panel and side panels 2 are equipped along their shorter dimensions with trapezoidal side flaps 7, separated by bending lines 9. In one of the corners of these flaps 7, there are triangular wings 7a, separated by bending lines. Side flaps 3 have the shape of rectangles connected to trapezoids, the shorter bases of which lie on bending lines 9', which also constitute the shorter edges of the panel with handle 4. In the corners of the panel with handle 4, there are triangular fields 5, which enable stacking of the baskets. The panel with handle 4 is equipped along its shorter length with trapezoidal side flaps 8, the longer bases of which lie on the bending lines 9'. In one of the corners of the folds 3 and the side flaps 8 there are triangular wings 3a, 8a, separated by bending lines. The bending lines on the surfaces of the folds 3 and the side flaps 8 are mirror images of each other. Perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 0 of the cut-out, the dimensions of the folds 3 and side flaps 8 are equal to the shorter dimension of the side panels 2. The center of the handle 4 has the shape of a rectangle topped with inverted triangles, the bases of which are located on the bending lines separating the handle 4 from the side panels 2. The bottom panel 1 is equipped along the longer dimension with a narrow flap 6. After gluing on a processing machine, i.e. a folder-gluer, and appropriate forming of the cut-out according to the utility model, a transport basket is created. The glue is placed in designated places on the flap 6, the flaps 7a of the side flaps 7 of the side panels 2, and on the surface of the flaps 3 and side flaps 8. The flaps 7, 8 are glued together by the flaps 7a, 8a, and additionally, the flaps 3 are glued to the side flaps 8, which enables automatic basket forming. The bending lines on the surfaces of the flaps 3 and side flaps 8, as well as the indentation in the flap 3a of the flaps 3, as a recess for the glue flap, further facilitate basket forming.
