Znane z polskiego wzoru uzytkowego nr W26543 spiochy posiadaja takie samo rozwiazanie jak w obecnym wniosku, jednak tam nieprzemakalny material wystepuje jedynie w tylnej czesci. Obecny w niniejszym wniosku wszyty w przód i tyl spiochów nieprze- makalny material lepiej zabezpiecza przed przemoczeniem. Znalezione rozwiazania wynalazców dotyczace tego typu odziezy sa inne niz zaprezentowane w niniejszym wzorze uzytkowym. Allara Maria Kaballa nr CA2792299 przedstawila rozwiazanie w postaci dwóch zamków biegnacych po bokach pleców od nogawek do dekoltu. Meiqin Zhong nr CN101438861 prezentuje dwuczesciowa pizame i nie uzywa zamków suwakowych. Meiqin Zhong nr CN205831151 stosuje mnogosc zamków suwakowych oraz klamer na rekach, nogach i tulowiu, jednak zadne z rozwia- zan nie jest podobne do moich. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada wszyty zamek suwakowy w szwie bocznym nogawki Fig. 1, 2 (f), który przechodzi przez czesc brzuszna, rozumiana jako odle- glosc miedzy krokiem a pachami, dalej do szwu bocznego drugiej nogawki, konczac sie zamkiem su- wakowym na koncu nogawki krótkiej badz dlugiej Fig. 1 (g). Spiochy moga wystepowac w trzech moz- liwych dlugosciach rekawa – na ramiaczkach Fig. 1 (a), z krótkim rekawem Fig. 1 (b) i z dlugim rekawem Fig. 1 (c) oraz w dwóch opcjach dlugosci nogawek do kazdej dlugosci rekawa – z krótkimi nogawkami Fig. 1 (d) i z dlugimi nogawkami Fig. 1 (e). The rompers are designed to facilitate the work of caregivers caring for bedridden individuals by: - facilitating diaper changes, - preventing the romper and bedding from getting wet. Rompers fastening at the back with a zipper in the crotch are known on the market. However, due to the location of the zipper, this solution is uncomfortable for the caregiver of the bedridden individual and does not provide adequate access to the diaper. The pajamas known from Polish utility model no. W26543 have the same design as the one in the current application, but the waterproof material is only in the back. The waterproof material sewn into the front and back of the pajamas in this application provides better protection against soaking. The inventors' solutions for this type of clothing differ from those presented in this utility model. Allara Maria Kaballa, no. CA2792299, presented a solution in the form of two zippers running along the sides of the back from the legs to the neckline. Meiqin Zhong, no. CN101438861, presents a two-piece pajama and does not use zippers. Meiqin Zhong, no. CN205831151, uses a multitude of zippers and clasps on the arms, legs, and torso, but none of the solutions are similar to mine. The subject of the utility model is characterized in that it has a sewn-in zipper in the side seam of the trouser leg Fig. 1, 2 (f), which passes through the abdominal part, understood as the distance between the crotch and the armpits, further to the side seam of the other trouser leg, ending with a zipper at the end of the short or long trouser leg Fig. 1 (g). The rompers can be available in three possible sleeve lengths – with straps Fig. 1 (a), with short sleeves Fig. 1 (b) and with long sleeves Fig. 1 (c), and in two leg length options for each sleeve length – with short legs Fig. 1 (d) and with long legs Fig. 1 (e). The zipper can be sewn in to open from the right to the left leg or from the left to the right. This solution provides quick and easy access to the diaper, as well as a convenient way to change a person while lying down. At the same time, due to its ease of use, it makes the rompers more durable. The second characteristic feature of the utility model is the sewn-in waterproof material in the back (Fig. 3 (i)) and in the front of the rompers (Fig. 4 (j), in areas exposed to dirt, extending from above the knees to above the waist. This material can be sewn inside the rompers under the main material from which the rompers are made, as a separate piece of material sewn into the main material, or as material sewn onto the main material. This solution prevents the rompers and bedding from getting wet.
