Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oscieznica drzwi przeznaczona do obsadzenia w murze budynku i zamocowania skrzydla drzwi. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wykonczeniu listew mocujacych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia oscieznice wraz z drzwiami w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia oscieznice wraz ze skrzydlem drzwi osadzona w murze budynku w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A-A na fig. 1, fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane oscieznicy wraz ze skrzydlem drzwi osadzona w murze budynku w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A-A na fig. 1, fig. 4 przedstawia druga odmiane oscieznicy wraz ze skrzydlem drzwi osadzona w murze budynku w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A-A nafig. 1, fig. 5 przedstawia polaczenie listew maskujacych wedlug szczególu „a" na fig. 1 w powiekszeniu, fig. 6 przedstawia polaczenie listew maskujacych w przekroju wzdluz linii B-B na fig. 5, fig. 7 przedstawia listwy maskujace w widoku z góry. Oscieznica drzwi sklada sie z dwóch elementów pionowych l oscieznicy i nadproza futryny 2 oscieznicy przykrytych od strony skrzydla drzwi 3 wsuwanymi listwami maskujacymi 4, a od drugiej strony stalymi listwami maskujacymi 5 jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2 do fig. 4. Wsuwane listwy maskujace 4 i stale listwy maskujace 5 skladaja sie z dwóch opasek pionu 6 oscieznicy i opaski naroza 7 oscieznicy. Opaski naroza 7 oscieznicy maja ksztalt ceownika a ich konce stycznie polaczone sa z opaskami pionu 6 oscieznicy za pomoca klamry 8 jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 5 i fig. 6. Oscieznica drzwi osadzona jest w murze 9 budynku, w oscieznicy zamocowane jest skrzydlo drzwi 3 jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the subject, manifested in the shape and finish of the mounting strips. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the frame with the door in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the frame with the door leaf embedded in the building wall in a cross-section along line A-A in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a variant of the frame with the door leaf embedded in the building wall in a cross-section along line A-A in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 shows a second variant of the frame with the door leaf embedded in the building wall in a cross-section along line A-A in Fig. 1, fig. 5 shows the connection of the cover strips according to detail "a" in fig. 1 in enlargement, fig. 6 shows the connection of the cover strips in cross-section along line B-B in fig. 5, fig. 7 shows the cover strips in top view. The door frame consists of two vertical elements 1 of the frame and the door frame lintel 2 of the frame covered on the side of the door leaf 3 with slide-in cover strips 4 and on the other side with fixed cover strips 5 as shown in the attached drawing fig. 2 to fig. 4. The slide-in cover strips 4 and fixed cover strips 5 consist of two vertical architraves 6 of the frame and a corner architrave 7 of the frame. The corner trims 7 of the door frame are in the shape of a channel and their ends are tangentially connected to the vertical trims 6 of the door frame by means of a clamp 8 as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The door frame is embedded in the wall 9 of the building, the door leaf 3 is mounted in the frame as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. In the first version shown in Fig. 3, the cover strips 4^, 51 are connected to the door frame by means of connecting grooves 10. In the second version shown in Fig. 4, the cover strips 4^1 are connected to the door frame by means of screws JJ_. The door frame according to the industrial design is characterized by having corner trims of the door frame which are cover strips in the shape of a channel which are connected to the trims vertical of the frame along the line lying below the surface of the lintel of the frame frame.
