Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest mechanizm regulacji parametrów przeplywowych podczas ruchu wentylatora promieniowego. Wentylatory typu promieniowego sa szeroko stosowane w róznych galeziach przemyslu. Odbywa sie to poprzez zmiane obrotów silnika napedowego a wiec wymiane silnika, stosowanie silnika dwubiegowego, badz falownika skojarzonego z elektrycznym silnikiem napedowym. Wynika z powyzszego, ze w dalszym ciagu nalezy poszu- kiwac nowych rozwiazan konstrukcyjnych w zakresie regulacji parametrów przeplywowych, zwlaszcza podczas ruchu wentylatora promieniowego. 2 – widok walka sterujacego z pakietem uszczelniajaco-slizgowym, fig. 3 – widok przyslony. Centrifugal fans are widely used in various industries. Quite often, for technological reasons, among other reasons, it is necessary to regulate flow parameters. In centrifugal fans, the process of regulating parameters is more difficult and expensive compared to axial fans. In centrifugal fans, a common method of regulating flow parameters is by changing the swirl at the impeller inlet. This is known, among others, from patent PL 225452. The disadvantage of this type of solution is its low efficiency at the extreme range of axial guide vane angles. Therefore, a more advantageous solution is to change the impeller rotational speed. This is achieved by changing the drive motor speed, i.e., replacing the motor, using a two-speed motor, or using an inverter coupled to the electric drive motor. This method of parameter regulation is very effective, but expensive due to the high investment costs. Other less expensive solutions are known, but they are mostly at the research stage. This applies particularly to design mechanisms for regulating parameters during fan operation. For example, the design solution according to patent PL 234339 involves smoothly changing the outer diameter of the impeller by extending or retracting the blade tips. The disadvantage of this solution is the very high cost of the mechanism, which applies to large-sized and highly loaded centrifugal fans. This is precisely the type of fan we encounter in practice. Another effective and economical method for regulating the flow parameters of centrifugal fans is to change the angles of the blade sections at the trailing end. These solutions are known from patents PL 230 491 and PL 230 637. The design solution according to the patent is also very expensive to produce and has limited availability in operation. However, the design solution according to the patent only allows for adjusting the rotor blade tips when the fan is stationary, which limits its range of applications and constitutes its fundamental drawback. An effective way to regulate the parameters of a radial fan is to change the effective width of the rotor during the fan's movement. This solution is known from patent PL 233167. Unfortunately, this solution is still in the research phase. It follows from the above that new design solutions for regulating flow parameters, especially during the movement of the radial fan, should be sought. The design solution according to the subject utility model is one such example. The purpose of the utility model is to develop a design solution for a mechanism for regulating the flow parameters of a centrifugal fan that is functional, easy to implement, and simultaneously usable during fan operation. The mechanism for regulating the flow parameters of a centrifugal fan is characterized by a control shaft with a central hole and radial holes equipped with a sealing-sliding package, mounted in a smooth-surface hole, connected by a pin sliding in a shaft cutout, and connected to a sleeve with a cone-ended connection to a diaphragm that slides relative to the impeller blades. Preferably, the diaphragm has a cutout in the shape of the impeller blade profiles and relief cutouts with the outline shown. Preferably, the sleeve has sealing rings and guide rings, and the sleeve space is cyclically supplied with grease via a flexible connector. The subject of the utility model is presented in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows an axial cross-section of the mechanism, Fig. 2 – a view of the control shaft with a sealing-sliding package, Fig. 3 – a view of the aperture.
