Description

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest separator kabli montowanych w uchwytach kablowych tras kablowych, wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego. Znane sa separatory kabli, zestawione z dwóch wzajemnie pasujacych do siebie rozlaczalnych polówek w postaci korpusu, majacych z jednej strony wklesla powierzchnie do przyjmowania kabla, a z drugiej strony powierzchnie, uksztaltowana do wzajemnego stykania sie ze soba i ustalenia obu polówek w segment. Oczywiscie kazda polówka 2 separatora 1 moze byc wykorzystywana oddzielnie do podpierania pojedynczego kabla. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a cable separator made of plastic for installation in cable holders of cable routes. Cable separators are known, composed of two mutually compatible, detachable halves in the form of a body, each having a concave surface for receiving the cable on one side and a surface shaped to contact and secure the two halves into a segment. For example, a plastic separator is known, each half having a concave surface for receiving the cable on one side and a series of longitudinal ribs and latching projections for detachable assembly on the other. Each half has a clamping hook on one identical side for placement on the cable holder clamp. Thanks to the identical shape of the halves, the separator can be used to secure two cables, or, if only one half is used, three parallel cables. The purpose of the utility model is to develop a segment composed of two halves, which will have a compact, closed structure, enabling their easier assembly, as well as easy positioning and supporting of each of the segment halves on the cable ladder rung, the walls of the tray and on the wire of the mesh tray, while simultaneously receiving the cable. This problem is solved by having the locating and supporting surfaces of each half shaped as two rectangular chambers, formed by longitudinal walls, a common wall, and side walls, each containing two Napa-type latches positioned opposite each other. The side walls of one chamber are lowered relative to the other walls, and one longitudinal wall is shaped in a two-step manner and, together with the lowered side walls, forms a lock that locks the halves against each other. Each longitudinal wall of the chambers has a cutout in the center. An advantage of the utility model is the easy assembly of the halves into a segment, as well as their separation, allowing only one half to be used to support a single cable. The longitudinal walls in the chambers provide secure support on the cable ladder rungs. The cutout in the longitudinal walls allows for easy positioning of the segment half on the wire at the bottom of the mesh tray. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the separator assembled from the halves into a segment, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the bottom side of the segment half. As can be seen in Fig. 1, the separator 1 is assembled from two identically shaped halves 2 into a segment. Each half 2 has on one side a concave contact surface 3 for the attached cable, here for two parallel cables, and on the other side, as shown in Fig. 2, it has two chambers 4, 5 closed by longitudinal walls 6, 7, a common wall 8 and side walls 9, 10, so that the chambers 4, 5 form a rectangle. In each chamber 4, 5 there are two Napa-type latches 11, as a male and female latch, which are arranged oppositely in each chamber 4, 5. On the side of chamber 4, each half 2 has a cable holder clip 12. The side walls 10 in chamber 4 are lowered in relation to the other walls of chambers 4, 5. The longitudinal wall 7 of chamber 5 is designed as a two-step wall. Thanks to this design of the walls 7, 10 and the latches 11, one half of the 2 can be easily pushed into the other, and thus they can be securely assembled into segment 1. In the central area of the longitudinal walls 6, 8, and 7, a cutout 14 is made, which allows half 2 of segment 1 to be placed on the wire of the mesh tray to support the cable. Of course, each half 2 of the separator 1 can be used separately to support a single cable. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
