Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest dwuczłonowe mimośrodowe złącze kątowe, do łączenia dwóch elementów konstrukcji. Dwuczłonowe mimośrodowe złącze kątowe utworzone jest poprzez dwie obejmy utworzone ze zgiętych na kształt litery U płaskowników, przy czym kształt zagięcia dostosowany jest do przekroju poprzecznego łączonych elementów. Na końcach ramion obejm wykonane są współosiowe otwory, których oś przebiega prostopadle do powierzchni płaskownika, przez które po ustaleniu współosiowo obydwóch obejm przeprowadzona jest śruba, na której końcu umieszczona jest nakrętka zaciskająca łączone elementy. Pomiędzy stykającymi się ze sobą powierzchniami obejm umieszczono na śrubie podkładki karborundowe zwiększające stabilność geometrii złącza.The subject of the application presented in the drawing is a two-member eccentric angle joint for connecting two structural elements. The two-member eccentric angle joint is formed by two clamps made of flat bars bent in the shape of the letter U, wherein the shape of the bend is adapted to the cross-section of the elements being connected. Coaxial holes are made at the ends of the arms of the clamps, the axis of which runs perpendicularly to the surface of the flat bar, through which, after both clamps are set coaxially, a screw is passed, at the end of which a nut is placed to tighten the elements being connected. Carborundum washers are placed on the screw between the surfaces of the clamps that are in contact with each other, increasing the stability of the geometry of the joint.
