Forma wtryskowa (1) do wytwarzania cienkościennych i smukłych wyprasek, składająca się z dwóch naprzeciwległych połówek (3, 4), w których jedna jest zaopatrzona w matrycę (5), a druga posiada stempel (6), tworzące razem gniazdo wtryskowe (7), formujące wypraskę i w której stempel (6) jest wyposażony we wkładkę blokującą (8), która zamocowana jest w nim suwliwie i może się wysuwać ze stempla w kierunku matrycy i która blokuje wzajemnie położenie matrycy (5) i stempla (6) po zamknięciu się formy wtryskowej (1), które następuje po zetknięciu się dwóch połówek formy wtryskowej (3, 4), a stempel (6) w swojej podłużnej osi posiada mechanizm wypychający (9), który dąży do wysunięcia wkładki blokującej (8) ze stempla (6) w kierunku matrycy (5) i który zawiera trzpień (10), element sprężysty (11) oraz śrubę regulacyjną (12).
