Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nóż do cięcia rur, który zawiera ramę z hakowym wygięciem oraz ostrze. Rama złożona jest z dwóch płyt bocznych (1) oraz płyty środkowej (2), której krawędzie boczne zamocowane są pomiędzy tymi płytami bocznymi (1). Płyta boczna (1) ma kształt zbliżony do ceownika o zaokrąglonych krawędziach zewnętrznych, zaś na końcu jednego z jego ramion jest hakowe wygięcie (3). Płyta środkowa (2) ma kształt płaskiego prostopadłościanu, który na jednym końcu ma hakowe wygięcie (3), a na drugim końcu ma półkoliste wybranie (4). Długość łuku hakowego wygięcia (3) płyty bocznej (1) jest większa od długości łuku hakowego wygięcia (3) płyty środkowej (2). Przy krótszych krawędziach hakowych wygięć (3) płyt bocznych (1) i płyty środkowej (2) są trzpienie (5), zaś prostopadłościenna część płyty środkowej (2) i części ceownikowe płyt bocznych (1) stanowią uchwyt (6) noża. Na powierzchni bocznej ściany środkowej jest gniazdo na trapezowe ostrze (8), które zamocowane jest w nim rozłącznie, przy czym gniazdo posiada cztery uchylne elementy zaczepowe (7) do mocowania tego ostrza (8), które są rozmieszczone w gnieździe po dwa w dwóch równoległych rzędach. Jeden z rogów ostrza (8), przy jego dłuższej podstawie jest wyprowadzony do wnętrza połączonych hakowych wygięć (3) płyt bocznych (1) i płyty środkowej (2).
