Abstract

Dysza koncentryczna gazów palnych kotła grzewczego na biomasę, w szczególności drewno opałowe charakteryzuje się tym, że zbudowana jest w postaci przestrzennego, ceramicznego korpusu składającego się z elementu A dolnego (2) i elementu B górnego (3). Element A dolny (2) posiada na części frontowej wlot spalin (4) dyszy w formie wycięcia o kształcie trapezu, natomiast w tylnej ścianie, która jest nachylona w stosunku do dolnej ścianki korpusu pod kątem od 40° do 70° i posiada co najmniej 7, ale nie więcej niż 40 stożkowych otworów (7) wlotu powietrza wtórnego. Średnica stożkowych otworów (7) od strony wnętrza dyszy wynosi co najmniej 5 mm, ale jest nie większa niż 12 mm, natomiast po zewnętrznej dyszy średnica otworu wynosi co najmniej 8 mm, ale nie więcej niż 25 mm. Element B górny (3) w centralnej części posiada prostokątny wylot spalin (6), który jest około połowę mniejszy od wlotu (4) dyszy.The concentric nozzle of combustible gases of a heating boiler for biomass, in particular firewood, is characterized in that it is constructed in the form of a spatial, ceramic body consisting of a lower element A (2) and an upper element B (3). The lower element A (2) has a flue gas inlet (4) of the nozzle in the form of a trapezoidal cut-out on its front part, while in the rear wall, which is inclined in relation to the lower wall of the body at an angle of 40° to 70° and has at least 7, but not more than 40 conical holes (7) of the secondary air inlet. The diameter of the conical holes (7) on the inside of the nozzle is at least 5 mm, but is not greater than 12 mm, while on the outside of the nozzle the diameter of the hole is at least 8 mm, but not more than 25 mm. The upper element B (3) in its central part has a rectangular flue gas outlet (6), which is about half the size of the inlet (4) of the nozzle.
