Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do plyn- nych wyrobów spozywczych, w szczególnosci do jogurtów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rzut prostopadly butelki bez nakretki w ujeciu schematycznym, fig. 2 widok butelki bez nakretki w rzucie prostopadlym, natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia fotografie butelki wraz z zamknieciem wedlug wzoru przemyslowego z uwidocznieniem indywidualnej kolorystyki. Cechami istotnymi butelki wedlug wzoru jest to, iz stanowi ja bryla od dolu majaca ksztalt obrotowego stozka scietego zwezajacego sie ku górze, w kierunku srodkowej czesci butelki, który poprzez pierscien usytuowany posrodku butelki przechodzi w czasze utworzona z obustronnie scietej elipsoidy obrotowej. Od góry czasza jest zakonczona glówka w ksztalcie walca podzielonego pierscieniem na dwie czesci. W górnej czesci utworzonego z takiego podzialu walca znajduje sie gwint dla nakretki wykonanej jako nakretka dwudzielna, której górna czesc jest po- laczona z pierscieniem dolnym za pomoca zgrzewów rozmieszczonych punktowo po obwodzie. W przypadku przekrecenia górnej czesci nakretki nastepuje trwale zerwanie punktowych zgrzewów, których naruszenie sygnalizuje stan otwarcia bu- telki. Gwint na górnym walcu glówki butelki jest gwintem wspólpracujacym z zamk-nieciem typu twist. W górnej czesci etykiety jest umieszczony znak towarowy, pod którym jogurt wystepuje w obrocie gospodarczym. Kolorystyka logotypu jest utrzy- mana w barwach bialo-niebiesko-granatowych. W srodkowej czesci etykiety maja- cej postac termokurczliwej folii naciagnietej trwale na butelke jest umieszczony napis „black" wykonany malymi, stylizowanymi literami alfabetu lacinskiego. Kolorystyka liter napisu jest utrzymana w kolorze czarnym, z bialymi obwiedniami wokól nich. W dolnej czesci etykiety, w sasiedztwie krawedzi dna butelki malymi literami alfabetu lacinskiego jest naniesiony napis „owoce lesne • forest fruits". Kolorystyka liternictwa ciemnoniebieska, otoki wokól liter w kolorze bialym. Na polu etykietowym nierównomiernie rozlozone rysunki przedstawiajace owoce les- ne, w postaci jagód, jezyn i czarnej borówki. Kolorystyka pola etykietowego jest utrzymana w barwach od niebieskiej, poprzez intensywny granatowy do czarnej. Butelka jest wykonana z nieprzezroczystego, gladkiego tworzywa sztuczne- go w kolorze bialym, matowym - jak pokazano na fig.2 i jest pokryta na calej swej powierzchni folia o oryginalnej kolorystyce, przy tym jest zamykana nakretka jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig. 3. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface design, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic orthogonal view of the bottle without the cap, Fig. 2 shows an orthogonal view of the bottle without the cap, and Fig. 3 presents photographs of the bottle with the closure according to the industrial design, highlighting the individual color scheme. The essential features of the bottle, according to the design, are that it is a solid body at the bottom, shaped like a truncated cone of revolution, tapering upward toward the center of the bottle. This shape, through a ring located in the center of the bottle, transforms into a bowl formed by a truncated ellipsoid of revolution on both sides. At the top, the bowl terminates in a cylindrical head divided into two parts by a ring. The upper part of the cylinder formed by this division contains a thread for a cap made as a two-part cap, the upper part of which is connected to the lower ring by spot welds placed around the circumference. If the upper part of the cap is twisted, the spot welds are permanently broken, signaling the bottle's open state. The thread on the upper cylinder of the bottle head is compatible with a twist-lock closure. The upper part of the label features the trademark under which the yogurt is sold. The logo is white, blue, and navy blue. In the center of the label, which is a heat-shrinkable film permanently stretched over the bottle, is the inscription "black" in lowercase, stylized Latin letters. The letters are black, with white outlines around them. At the bottom of the label, near the edge of the bottom of the bottle, the inscription "fruit of the forest • forest fruits" is printed in lowercase Latin letters. The lettering is dark blue, with white outlines around the letters. The label area features unevenly distributed illustrations of forest fruits, such as blueberries, blackberries, and bilberries. The label field colors range from blue, through intense navy blue, to black. The bottle is made of opaque, smooth plastic in a matte white color, as shown in Fig. 2, and is covered with a foil in the original color over its entire surface. It is closed with a cap as shown in the attached illustration, as shown in Fig. 3.
