Znany jest balkon z opisu patentowego PL211451 wykonany z prefabrykowanej wspornikowej plyty zawierajacej beton minimum klasy C 30/37 wraz z dodatkiem uszczelniajacym i napowietrzajacym o klasie ekspozycji srodowiska eksploatacji korzystnie XFI. PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a cantilever balcony structure for mounting on an existing single-family or multi-family building. Existing buildings without balconies do not meet the increasing demands for living comfort. Numerous solutions for add-on balconies, mounted on the exterior wall of an existing building, are known. In many existing solutions, the transfer of live loads and the required anchoring of the balcony to the building structure are ensured by the use of external columns supporting the balcony's supporting frame, or by additional elements connecting the balcony to the building's supporting structure – which requires adaptive construction work on the residential side. The solution described in European patent application EP 0939172 enables the installation of a balcony without the need for interior work, but requires the balcony floor slab to be supported by external columns on the side adjacent to the building wall, where the floor slab is mounted on brackets secured with anchors in the concrete ceiling slab. The anchors, threaded through the plaster layer, insulation layer, and concrete exterior wall, are secured with corrugated ends and pin extensions in the ceiling slab using a chemically cured adhesive. In Polish patent application description P-288183, the dead load and live load of the balcony are transferred via vertical girders placed on the exterior wall and secured by internal strips placed on the interior side of the wall, on the top floor of the building. The balconies, with their metal cage structure and rectangular supporting frame and rigidly connected balustrade, are suspended from the girders. Exterior columns and girders inherently detract from the aesthetics of the building, while access to the interior during construction work is very inconvenient for residents. Patent description PL211451 describes a balcony constructed from a precast cantilever slab containing concrete of at least class C 30/37, along with a sealing and air-entraining additive with an environmental exposure class of preferably XFI. Anchoring reinforcing bars are arranged in the slab in at least two sets, preferably one on each side of the balcony, perpendicular to the anchoring side of the balcony. Between the sets of bars, in the outermost strip of the balcony slab, directly adjacent to the building ceiling, are recesses in which thermal insulation blocks, preferably in the form of polystyrene or mineral wool, are embedded. The outermost strip of the slab, directly adjacent to the building wall, is shaped like a threshold with a side wall beveled upward. Whereas, from the description of utility model PL65644Y, a balcony for mounting on an existing building is known, characterized in that the supporting frame in a top view has the shape of a rectangular letter "C", with connection nodes made at the ends of the side arms having feet, in which holes are made for anchors embedded with a chemically hardened joint in the building's floor ring beam, while the floor slab is placed on a horizontal support protruding inwards along three sides of the supporting frame and it is a composite panel glued to the support, having a core of insulating material and a sheet metal sheathing, moreover, on the ends of the side, upper arms of the balustrade, vertical plates with an anchor hole are fixed, fixed with a chemically hardened joint in the vertical element, which is connected to the ring beams or slabs ceilings of adjacent floors, especially in an internal column or partition wall. A cantilevered balcony for mounting on an existing building, having a steel cantilevered structure consisting of end and middle load-bearing brackets, where between the end load-bearing brackets perpendicular to the wall there are intermediate beams, which are permanently and inseparably connected to the front beam at the front, and is equipped with a balustrade and a load-bearing grid constituting a substructure for the finishing layer of the floor slab, characterized in that the sheathing of the balcony structure is formed by a front beam closing the structure at the front, to which two end load-bearing brackets and two middle brackets are permanently and inseparably attached, each equipped with spacer brackets, which consist of two large front plates, which have four holes for anchors glued to the building ring beam, and a small plate, which has four welded screws, the The spacing corresponds to the spacing of the holes in the sheet metal wall strip, with the edge brackets, central brackets, and intermediate beams between them arranged at equal distances from each other and perpendicular to the end beam. Each edge bracket and central bracket is permanently but detachably connected to a large sheet metal plate with holes for anchors glued to the building wall. The intermediate beams are permanently and inseparably connected to the end beam at the front, and permanently and inseparably connected to the sheet metal wall strip at the rear. This structure provides a substructure for the finishing layer in the form of a floor slab. The structure is equipped with sheets with holes to which the balustrade posts are screwed. The balcony balustrade is anchored to the building wall in a known manner. The railing's handrail is finished with a sheet metal plate with a hole for an anchor bonded to the wall. The balcony, as shown in the utility model, is designed for installation on the wall of a residential building. Figure 1 shows the balcony from above, Figure 2 from the side, and Figure 3 from the front. The balcony is a steel cantilever structure consisting of two end load-bearing brackets 1 and two middle brackets 2. Each of the end brackets 1 and middle brackets 2 is equipped with spacer consoles consisting of two front plates: a large one 4 and a small one 12. The large plate 4 has four holes for anchors 5 glued to the building ring, and the small plate 12 has four welded screws 13, the spacing of which corresponds to the spacing of holes in the wall strip made of sheet metal 7. The brackets are connected by a front beam 3 closing the balcony structure from the front. Between the extreme supports 1 and the central supports 2, perpendicular to the building wall, are intermediate beams 6, which are welded to the front end beam 3 at the front and to the sheet metal wall strip 7 at the rear, which connects all the supports. After precisely embedding the glued-in anchors 5 in the building wall, the spacer brackets of the supporting supports 1 and the central supports 2 are screwed to them. This structure forms the substructure for the finishing layer of the floor slab. The structure is equipped with sheets with holes 8, to which the balustrade posts 9 are screwed in a known manner. The balustrade handrail 10 is attached to the wall, while the balustrade handrail 10 is terminated with a sheet metal with a hole 11 for the anchor 5 glued to the building wall. The installation method involves precisely embedding (in the building's ring beam) glued-in anchors 5, to which spacer brackets are screwed. The use of brackets allows for finishing the building's facade before the balcony is installed. Once installed, the balconies are ready for use. The railings 9 are attached to the walls at the level of the handrail 10 only stiffen the railing and do not transfer any load. The ability to separate the railing from the supporting structure significantly simplifies storage and transport of individual components.
