Abstract
Aplikator do nakładania powłoki siatkowej na materiały laminarne charakteryzuje się tym, że ma środki do wykrywania pokrywanych płyt i ich względnego położenia względem ramy maszyny przy użyciu co najmniej jednej fotokomórki wykrywającej (11), układ pozycjonowania przy użyciu enkodera w silniku (16) przenośnika materiału urządzenia, zapewniający podparcie (1) rolki siatki (2), środki napinające i prowadzące poprzez przeplatanie siatki przez co najmniej trzy rolki napinające i prowadzące (3), jak również następującą po niej regulacyjną rolkę napinającą (5), płaszczyznę przesuwu przed cięciem tworzącą kąt 35° w stosunku do płaszczyzny poziomej, przy czym aplikator zawiera zmotoryzowany układ cięcia poprzecznego mający drugą płaszczyznę przesuwu po cięciu przylegającą do pierwszej, umieszczoną na niższej płaszczyźnie w stosunku do pierwszej i o identycznym nachyleniu dodatkowo zapewniony jest wkład rolkowy, przez który przepływa cięta siatka, jak również środki dociskowe do zespołu siatki i elementu, które następnie są przesuwane.An applicator for applying a mesh coating to laminar materials is characterized in that it has means for detecting the plates to be coated and their relative position relative to the machine frame using at least one detecting photocell (11), a positioning system using an encoder in the motor (16) of the material conveyor of the device, providing support (1) for the mesh roll (2), tensioning and guiding means by weaving the mesh through at least three tensioning and guiding rollers (3), as well as a subsequent regulating tensioning roller (5), a sliding plane before cutting forming an angle of 35° with respect to the horizontal plane, the applicator comprising a motorized cross-cutting system having a second sliding plane after cutting adjacent to the first, located on a lower plane with respect to the first and with an identical inclination, a roller insert is additionally provided through which the cut mesh flows, as well as pressing means for the mesh and element assembly, which are then moved.
