Description

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest tarcza perforowana do laczenia elementów wiez podporo- wych, przydatnych w budownictwie do podpierania elementów konstrukcyjnych o duzej masie wlasnej. Wieze podporowe buduje sie z elementów modulowych, w szczególnosci pionowych ram, stezen, rygli i paneli pomostowych. Do laczenia stezen i rygli z pionowymi ramami stosuje sie tarcze perforo- wane, mocowane na rurach pionowych ram wiezy. Przykladowe konstrukcje wiez podporowych znane sa z PL/EP 2134908 czy tez US2002036118A. Wykorzystywane w wiezach podporowych i innych mobilnych rusztowaniach tarcze perforowane maja zasadniczo postac pierscieniowego krazka z centralnym otworem przelotowym, poprzez który osadza sie tarcze na pionowych rurach wiez badz rusztowan. W pierscieniowym krazku wykonane sa naprzemienne duze i male otwory, przewaznie po cztery male otwory i cztery duze otwory. Duze otwory w pierscieniowym krazku przeznaczone sa do przylaczenia stezen, zas male otwory do przylaczenia rygli i pozwalaja na obrót rygli wokól pionowej osi rur nosnych. Generalnie duze otwory w pierscienio- wym krazku maja postac wydluzonego otworu o dluzszych równoleglych krawedziach przebiegajacych lukowo i obwodowo, oraz krótszych krawedziach przebiegajacych promieniowo, przypominajace ksztal- tem ziarno fasoli. Ponadto male otwory w pierscieniowym krazku maja postac wydluzonego otworu o dluzszych, lukowych krawedziach przebiegajacych promieniowo oraz krótszych krawedziach przebie- gajacych obwodowo, przypominajace ksztaltem zarys beczki. Wyposazenie tarczy perforowanej w klinowa szczeline pozwala na latwe wspawanie w przedmiotowe wyciecie, prostopadle do osi pionowej, poziomej rury ramy modulu wiezy. PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a perforated disc for connecting elements of support towers, useful in construction for supporting structural elements with a high dead weight. Support towers are constructed from modular components, particularly vertical frames, braces, beams, and bridge panels. Perforated discs are used to connect the braces and beams to the vertical frames, mounted on the vertical tubes of the tower frames. Examples of support tower designs are known from PL/EP 2134908 and US2002036118A. Perforated discs used in support towers and other mobile scaffolding generally take the form of an annular disc with a central through-hole through which the discs are mounted on the vertical tubes of the towers or scaffolding. The annular disc has alternating large and small holes, typically four small holes and four large holes. The large holes in the annular disc are intended for connecting braces, while the small holes are intended for connecting the beams and allow the beams to rotate around the vertical axis of the supporting tubes. Generally, the large holes in the annular disc take the form of an elongated hole with longer parallel edges running in an arc and circumference, and shorter edges running radially, resembling the shape of a bean. Furthermore, the small holes in the annular disc take the form of an elongated hole with longer, arc-shaped edges running radially and shorter edges running circumferentially, resembling the outline of a barrel. Examples of such perforated discs are known, for example, from DE3909809A1, PL/EP 2134908, DE2449124 A1 or EP 936327A1. The utility model relates to a perforated disc for connecting elements of support towers, in the form of an annular disc with a central through hole, in which the disc is made of alternating large and small holes, wherein four large holes are made in the annular disc and the outer edge of the annular disc in a top view has a wavy shape. The essence of the utility model is that the annular disc incorporates a wedge-shaped slot along its entire width, with edges converging toward a central through-hole and with an angular range of 15°–35°. Furthermore, the annular disc incorporates three small holes. The perforated disc's wedge-shaped slot allows for easy welding into the slot, perpendicular to the vertical axis, of the horizontal tube of the tower module frame. This results in better penetration during welding and, therefore, a stronger, more durable connecting node. Furthermore, the wavy shape of the outer edge of the annular disc prevents the tower components, such as stands with a perforated disc attached, from rolling on the ground during storage or transport. The utility model is presented in detail in the description below and in the attached drawing, which illustrates a perforated disc in a top view. The perforated disc for connecting support tower elements is in the form of an annular disc 1 with a central through hole 2. The outer edge 3 of the annular disc 1 has a wavy shape when viewed from above. A wedge-shaped slot 4 is made in the annular disc 1 along its entire width, with edges converging towards the central through hole 2 and an angular range of 15°–35°, in particular 25°. Furthermore, the annular disc 1 has four large holes 5 known from the prior art and three small holes 6, alternately and evenly distributed around the circumference of the annular disc 1.
