Abstract

Wciskany dwukanałowy profil jest nośnikiem elementu uszczelniającego i ma zastosowanie tam, gdzie występuje potrzeba uszczelnienia elementów stałych z obrotowymi bądź suwliwymi. W tym przypadku elementem uszczelniającym jest szczota wsuwana w kanały teowe (4), natomiast profil, który jest monolitycznym, elastycznym i symetrycznym elementem (1) mocowany jest przez kanał montażowy (2) i zaciskany zaciskiem (3) na korpusie. Charakteryzuje się tym, że jest elementem, który daje się kształtować na łuku podczas montażu. Cały wciskany dwukanałowy profil wygląda jak odwrócona litera „T”, gdzie w nóżce litery „T” jest kanał montażowy (2) z zaciskiem (3) pochylonym do wewnątrz kanału (2), natomiast po przeciwległej stronie, daszku litery „T” znajdują się dwa kanały teowe (4), w które wsuwane są szczotki uszczelniające, przedzielone przegrodą (5), tworząc jednolity profil montażowy.The pressed-in two-channel profile is a carrier of the sealing element and is used where there is a need to seal fixed elements with rotating or sliding ones. In this case, the sealing element is a brush inserted into the T-channels (4), while the profile, which is a monolithic, flexible and symmetrical element (1), is mounted through the mounting channel (2) and clamped with a clamp (3) on the body. It is characterized by the fact that it is an element that can be shaped on an arc during assembly. The entire pressed-in two-channel profile looks like an inverted letter "T", where in the leg of the letter "T" there is a mounting channel (2) with a clamp (3) inclined towards the inside of the channel (2), while on the opposite side, the roof of the letter "T", there are two T-channels (4), into which the sealing brushes are inserted, divided by a partition (5), creating a uniform assembly profile.

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest konstrukcja wciskanego profilu dwukanalowego, który jest nosnikiem elementu uszczelniajacego i ma zastosowanie wszedzie tam, gdzie wystepuje potrzeba uszczelnienia elementów stalych z obrotowymi lub suwliwymi. W technice uszczelnien stosuje sie nie tylko silikonowe profile uszczelniajace o róznych ksztal- tach, ale równiez szczotki przeciwkurzowe wsuwane badz przyklejane. Niestety sa takie miejsca, gdzie brak jest kanalów na wsuniecie szczotki lub brak miejsca na jej przyklejenie. Wtedy zastosowanie maja róznego rodzaju profile z kanalami do wsuniecia takich szczotek. Wciskany dwukanalowy profil, wedlug wzoru uzytkowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest monoli- tycznym elementem, który daje sie ksztaltowac na luku podczas montazu. Wciskany dwukanalowy profil przedstawiony jest na Fig. 1. Wciskany dwukanalowy profil jest elastycznym, monolitycznym, symetrycznym elementem [1] z kanalem montazowym [2] i zaciskiem [3] oraz z kanalami teowymi [4] i rozdzielajaca owe kanaly prze- groda [5]. Kanal montazowy [2] z zaciskiem [3] jest po przeciwnej stronie co kanaly teowe [4], gdyz kanal montazowy [2] przez zacisk [3] mocowany jest do korpusu, natomiast w kanaly teowe [4] wsuwa sie szczotki uszczelniajace, które uszczelniaja dana szczeline. Caly wciskany dwukanalowy profil wy- glada jak odwrócona litera „T", gdzie zacisk [3] przez pochylenie do wewnatrz kanal montazowego [2] konstrukcje umozliwia zalozenie profilu na rózne grubosci korpusów. Unfortunately, there are places where there are no channels for inserting a brush or no space for gluing it. In such cases, various types of profiles with channels for inserting such brushes are used. The press-fit two-channel profile, according to the utility model, is characterized by being a monolithic element that can be shaped into an arc during assembly. The press-fit two-channel profile is shown in Fig. 1. The press-fit two-channel profile is a flexible, monolithic, symmetrical element [1] with a mounting channel [2] and a clamp [3] as well as T-channels [4] and a partition [5] separating these channels. The mounting channel [2] with the clamp [3] is on the opposite side to the T-channels [4], as the mounting channel [2] is attached to the body through the clamp [3], while sealing brushes are inserted into the T-channels [4] to seal the given gap. The entire press-fit two-channel profile looks like an inverted "T", where the clamp [3] by tilting the mounting channel [2] inward allows the profile to be mounted on bodies of various thicknesses.
