Krucha struktura szkla powoduje, ze przeprowadzenie badania wytrzymalosciowego polaczenia klejowego szklo-metal bezposrednio utwierdzonego do uchwytu maszyny wytrzymalosciowej wiaze sie z uzyskaniem wyniku wytrzymalosci zniszczenia szkla. W publikacji pt. „Wplyw wybranych parametrów technologicznych obróbki mechanicznej na wytrzymalosc polaczen klejowych szkla sodowego" A. Ru- dawska, P. Piskur, Przetwórstwo tworzyw, 4, 2016, 347–355, przedstawiono badanie, gdzie zakladkowe polaczenia klejowe utworzone z dwóch próbek szkla, poddawane byly badaniom wytrzymalosciowym. W rezultacie tego badania autorzy zauwazyli wylacznie zniszczenie próbki przed spoina klejowa. W publikacji pt. „Influence of Various Factors to mechanical properties of glued joint in glass", Structures and Architecture, K. Machalická, M. Eliášowá, 2013, przeprowadzono badania wytrzymalo- sciowe na scinanie polaczen klejowych szklo-metal w specjalnym uchwycie. 1 przedstawia widok izometryczny przodu uchwytu ustalajaco-mocujacego, fig. 2 – widok z góry uchwytu, fig. 3 – widok z boku uchwytu, fig – widok izometryczny przodu uchwytu z zamocowanym polaczeniem klejowym, a fig. 5 – widok izometryczny tylu uchwytu z zamocowanym polaczeniem klejowym. Uchwyt ustalajaco-mocujacy polaczenie klejowe zakladkowe sklada sie z prostopadlosciennej podstawy 1. Nastepnie próbke szkla 8 mocuje sie do uchwytu za pomoca elementu mocujacego 7, który przykreca sie do podstawy 1 PL PL PLDescription of the design The subject of the utility model is a holder for locating and fastening an adhesive lap joint, particularly a glass-to-metal joint, used in shear strength testing on a testing machine. The brittle structure of glass means that conducting a strength test of a glass-to-metal adhesive joint directly clamped to the testing machine holder is associated with obtaining a result of the glass's destruction strength. The publication entitled "The influence of selected technological parameters of mechanical processing on the strength of adhesive joints of sodium glass" A. Rudawska, P. Piskur, Przetwórstwo plastikowej, 4, 2016, 347–355, presents a study in which lap adhesive joints created from two glass samples were subjected to strength testing. As a result of this study, the authors only observed destruction of the sample before the adhesive joint. In the publication entitled "Influence of Various Factors on Mechanical Properties of Glued Joints in Glass", Structures and Architecture, K. Machalická, M. Eliášowá, 2013, shear strength tests of glass-metal adhesive joints were carried out in a special holder. The adhesive joint was constructed by joining two glass samples to a metal sample. The glass samples were located on both sides of the metal sample. The holder used in the study consisted of two joined plates with rectangular recesses. The adhesive joint was placed between two adhesive joints so that the glass samples were located in the rectangular recesses. The purpose of the utility model is to develop a fixture for securing and fixing an adhesive lap joint, particularly a glass-to-metal joint subjected to shear strength testing, that allows for the glass sample to remain in the same position during testing and ensures the test is conducted correctly. The essence of the fixture for securing and fixing an adhesive lap joint, equipped with screws and wing nuts, as designed in the utility model, is that it consists of a cuboidal base, to the upper surface of which two opposite, vertical, cuboidal lateral locating elements and a horizontal, cuboidal upper locating element are attached using screws. The lateral locating elements and the upper locating element are arranged on the base in the shape of an inverted "U." Midway along the holder's length, a horizontal, cuboidal mounting element is attached to the upper surface of the side retaining elements and to the base using two screws with wing nuts. A beneficial effect of the utility model is that the use of the mounting and mounting fixture allows for shear strength testing of glass-to-metal adhesive joints without the risk of damaging the glass sample. During the strength test, the glass sample, which is part of the adhesive joint, rests its upper edge against the upper retaining element, preventing it from being damaged. This allows for proper performance of the adhesive joint shear strength test. Furthermore, the shear strength test using the mounting and mounting fixture in the testing machine is faster due to the clear ability to determine the adhesive joint being tested. Another advantageous effect of the utility model is that the design of the holder enables simple replacement of the adhesive joint after the strength test. The utility model is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an isometric view of the front of the locating and fastening holder, Fig. 2 – a top view of the holder, Fig. 3 – a side view of the holder, Fig. 1 – an isometric view of the front of the holder with the adhesive joint attached, and Fig. 5 – an isometric view of the rear of the holder with the adhesive joint attached. The locating and fastening holder for the adhesive overlap joint consists of a cuboidal base 1. Two oppositely located, vertical, cuboidal side locating elements 3 and a horizontal, cuboidal upper locating element 4 are attached to the upper surface of the base 1 using screws 2. The side locating elements 3 and the upper locating element 4 are arranged on the base 1 in the shape of an inverted "U". In the middle of the holder's length, a horizontal, rectangular mounting element 7 is attached to the upper surface of the side retaining elements 3 and to the base 1 using two screws 5 with wing nuts 6. The operation of the holder is such that a glass sample 8, joined with a metal sample 9 by an adhesive joint, is placed on the base 1 between the side retaining elements 3 and the upper retaining element 4 in such a way that the metal sample 9 is facing upwards. Then, the glass sample 8 is attached to the holder using a mounting element 7, which is screwed to the base 1. PL PL PL
