Description
Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest manipulator dzwigniowy z oslona sferyczna. Dotychczas znane i stosowane sa manipulatory drazkowe, zwane równiez dzojstikami, sluzace do sterowania ruchem obiektów na ekranie komputera, robotami lub wózkami inwalidzkimi. Ze zgloszenia patentowego nr US4479038 A znany jest manipulator o ruchu ograniczonym wokól osi X i Y, czyli osi prostopadlych do osi drazka manipulatora do uruchamiania czterech umieszczonych przelaczników kierunku ruchu sterowanego elementu. W zgloszeniu patentowym nr TW201723721 A opisano manipulator posiadajacy drazek z mozli- woscia obracania i pochylania w kierunkach osi X i Y. Manipulator drazkowy wedlug tego zgloszenia posiada stól uszczelniajacy o ksztalcie wycinka sfery, na którego górnej powierzchni znajduje sie pier- scieniowa plytka uszczelniajaca, która uksztaltowana jest tak, aby stanowic czesc sfery. Celem wzoru uzytkowego jest zabezpieczenie ukladu dzwigniowego przed naciskiem stopy. Istota manipulatora dzwigniowego posiadajacego korpus,w którym w czesci centralnej zamoco- wana jest dzwignia, wedlug wzoru uzytkowego, jest to, ze korpus polaczony jest z wewnetrznymi pod- porami podstawy, która posiada w czesci zewnetrznej kolnierz z wewnetrzna powierzchnia sferyczna, na której opiera sie zewnetrzna powierzchnia sferyczna oslona, tworzac z kolnierzem przegub kulisty. Wewnetrzna powierzchnia sferycznej oslony opiera sie na wewnetrznych podporach korpusu posiada- jacych kuliste powierzchnie zewnetrzne. W czesci srodkowej sferyczna oslona posiada uchwyt, w któ- rym zamocowana jest jednym koncem dzwignia. Sferyczna oslona posiada wewnetrzne elementy opo- rowe oraz zewnetrzne elementy orientujace. Sferyczna oslona posiada zebrowanie miedzy uchwytem, a wewnetrznymi elementami oporowymi. W dolnej czesci podstawy znajduja sie otwory. Korzystnym skutkiem wzoru uzytkowego jest to, ze zapewnia obrót dzwigni w trzech plaszczy- znach przez jednoczesne odchylanie wokól osi X i Y oraz obrót wokól osi Z, przy czym nie powoduje przenoszenia sily osiowej wzdluz osi dzwigni. Obciazenie wzdluz osi dzwigni przenoszone jest przez elementy o ksztalcie sferycznym, które moga posiadac wewnetrzne zebrowanie podnoszace zwieksza- jace sztywnosc konstrukcji. Wzór uzytkowy jest ponadto odporny na zanieczyszczenia w postaci wody i piasku. Korzystnym skutkiem wzoru uzytkowego jest sterowanie wózkiem inwalidzkim za pomoca stopy w sposób umozliwiajacy plynna i bezpieczna jazde wózkiem zapewniajac trwalosc manipulatora dzwigniowego. Wzór uzytkowy zostal przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój wzdluzny manipulatora w widoku ukosnym, fig. 2 – manipulator w widoku ukosnym, a fig. 3 – przekrój wzdluzny manipulatora w widoku prostopadlym do plaszczyzny przekroju. Dzialanie manipulatora dzwigniowego wedlug wzoru uzytkowego podczas kierowania wózkiem inwalidzkim za pomoca stopy polega na tym, ze osoba kierujaca wózkiem inwalidzkim umieszcza stope na sferycznej oslonie 2, która posiada mozliwosc obrotu wokól osi X i Y. Uzytkownik wózka wyczuwajac polozenie zewnetrznych elementów orientujacych 2c sferycznej oslony 2 kontroluje kat obrotu sferycz- nej oslony 2. Dodatkowo oslona posiada mozliwosc obrotu wokól osi pionowej Z. Sferyczna oslona 2 posiada uchwyt 2a dzwigni 1, w którym zamocowany jest górny koniec dzwigni 1, przy czym sferyczna oslona 2 i dzwignia 1 maja wspólny srodek obrotu. Obrót i odchylenia dzwigni 1 wywoluja powstawanie sygnalów w ukladzie elektronicznym, z którym polaczony jest dolny koniec dzwigni manipulatora. Sy- gnaly te przekazywane sa do sterownika, a nastepnie do silników napedzajacych wózek inwalidzki. Kat obrotu dzwigni 1 polaczonej ze sferyczna oslona 2 ograniczony jest przez wewnetrzne elementy opo- rowe 2b sferycznej oslony 2. Obciazenie wywolane przez nacisk stopy osoby kierujacej wózkiem inwa- lidzkim przenoszone jest przez sferyczna oslone 2 na podpory wewnetrzne 3a korpusu 3, przez co dzwignia manipulatora nie przenosi sily wzdluz swojej osi, co powodowaloby ryzyko uszkodzenia ukladu elektronicznego. Dodatkowo oslona posiada na powierzchni wewnetrznej zebrowanie zwiekszajace sztywnosc konstrukcji manipulatora i odpornosc na nacisk zewnetrzny. Zebrowanie znajduje sie miedzy uchwytem 2a, a wewnetrznymi elementami oporowymi 2b. Korpus 3 posiadajacy wewnetrzne podpory 3a zamocowany jest na podporach wewnetrznych 4a podstawy 4, która posiada w zewnetrznej czesci kolnierz 4b z wewnetrzna powierzchnia sferyczna, która stykajac sie z zewnetrzna powierzchnia sferycznej oslony 2 tworzy przegub kulisty. Piasek i woda, które moglyby przedostac sie z podeszwy buta miedzy powierzchniami przegubu kulistego tworzonego przez sferyczna oslone 2 i kolnierz 4b podstawy 4 usuwane sa przez otwory 4c znajdujace sie w dolnej czesci podstawy 4. Montaz manipulatora polega na przytwierdzeniu podstawy 4 do konstrukcji wózka inwalidzkiego oraz polaczeniu ukladu elektronicznego manipulatora ze sterownikiem napedów wózka. PL PL
Claims (4)
1. Manipulator dzwigniowy posiadajacy korpus (3), w którym w czesci centralnej zamocowana jest dzwignia (1), znamienny tym, ze korpus (3) polaczony jest z wewnetrznymi podporami (4a) podstawy (4), która posiada w czesci zewnetrznej kolnierz (4b) z wewnetrzna powierzch- nia sferyczna, na której opiera sie zewnetrzna powierzchnia sferyczna oslona (2), tworzac z kolnierzem (4b) przegub kulisty, zas wewnetrzna powierzchnia sferycznej oslony (2) opiera sie na wewnetrznych podporach (3a) korpusu (3) posiadajacych kuliste powierzchnie ze- wnetrzne, a w czesci srodkowej sferyczna oslona (2) posiada uchwyt (2a), w którym zamoco- wana jest jednym koncem dzwignia (1).
2. Manipulator, wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze sferyczna oslona (2) posiada wewnetrzne elementy oporowe (2b) oraz zewnetrzne elementy orientujace (2c).
3. Manipulator, wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze sferyczna oslona (2) posiada zebrowanie miedzy uchwytem (2a), a wewnetrznymi elementami oporowymi (2b).
4. Manipulator, wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze w dolnej czesci podstawy (4) znajduja sie otwory (4c).
